I had Purchased Lenova K3 Note on  22.07.2015 Video Call Option Not found in Calls log Unable to make video calls by 3G Idea Cellular network or Skype & other app downloaded.unable access Mobile banking to login  please resolve issues at earliest.

Are you having problems connecting to all wifi's or just this one? If just this one, you could try updating the router fimware.
Your Lumia supports video calling using Skype.

    No clue why you cannot make video calls over your cellular operator... have you tried contacting them?
    If you're referring to FaceTime, it is currently limited to Wi-Fi only.
    Sending files via Bluetooth is not a supported feature of the iPhone or iOS.  A simple search of the web or these forums would have made that abundantly clear.
    Threatening to throw away valuable items in these forums only serves to make you look less than intelligent.  No one here is an Apple employee, we are all users like yourself.  As such, we could care less what you do.  If you choose to be stupid, that's up to you.

  • Lync 2013 Mobility Client - Video Call Issue (Everything Else works).

    Hey Technet’ies,
    I have been struggling for a couple of weeks now to resolve one of the final issues with a Migration/Upgrade Project on Lync Server 2013.
    I have nearly every Lync Client Scenario working well except the Mobility Client (outside of the domain) which cannot successfully complete a Video
    Call to a Windows Desktop Client (inside the domain) – the toast pops up, but when we click accept - it just times out after 15 seconds

    The strange thing is every other Video Call scenario works;

    Lync 2013 Desktop Clients, Lync 2011 Mac Clients, IOS and Android Mobility Clients – all latest versions.
    External NAT (via Cisco Routers ACL’s)
    Internal Windows Firewall Currently off on all Servers
    All Certs / DNS Configured as per Technet Recommendation
    I have reviewed / analysed a number of log/trace files – looking for some/any information on the problem;
    Mobility Client (cmlogX.log)
    Windows Desktop Client (*.etl) / Microsoft Message Analyzer
    Lync 2013 Server (CSController)
    With all my looking I could not make out an error except a timeout (15 seconds) on the Mobility Client log (which I currently can’t find).
    Clearly we are missing something and I have gone up and down our implementation a number of times, the only semi-unknown is our old 2010 Pool / Central Management Server (which is currently pretty much redundant but the majority of users still on).
    I would really appreciate any feedback anyone can provide or any insight anyone may have on this challenge.

    So I completely missed that blog post of yours (out of the 100's I have read) and you are the first person to clearly say (in simple terms) to point the lyncweb.contso.com to the public IP address on my internal DNS, I have just made that change and see
    if it will correct the issue - will wait for replication. 
    Also I am running IIS / AAR as Reverse Proxy (not ISA) and had the Internal DNS Host A of lyncweb.contso.com and lyncdiscover.contso.com point back to my Reverse Proxy Internal NIC (i.e. 10.1.1.32) as the External NIC is isolated on in the Perimeter Network,
    is this correct?
    So it now goes like this
    *Inside Domain*
    lyncdiscover.contson.com --> 10.1.1.32 (Reverse Proxy Internal Nic) --> 10.1.1.26 (Front End Server)
    lyncweb.contson.com --> 201.183.0.1 (Reverse Proxy External Nic - Public IP) --> 10.1.2.16 (Reverse Proxy External Nic) --> 10.1.1.26 (Front End Server)
    Does this make any sense, I know ISA and IIS/AAR are pretty much interchangeable.

  • Why can I not make video calls using Skype?

    I'm really baffled. I have a month old MacBook Air. I use Skype daily for work and personal business. Never had a problem until this evening. I went to make a video call and Skype was not linked with the camera - there was no option to make a video call and when I went into Preferences, it said I had no camera. I then used FaceTime - person I was calling also had FaceTime, so it wasn't an issue - but I've now spent an hour trying to solved the problem, including logging in and out of Skype, closing the app and reinstalling, all to no avail. The camera functions fine with FT and other apps - why will it not sync up with Skype after it's worked fine? Anyone have a clue? Thanks in advance.

    FIX: 
    1. You need Time Machine
    2. Go to folder /Library/CoreMediaIO/Plug-Ins/DAL/
    3. Copy AppleCamera.plugin to good place (usb memory stick is the best place).
    4. Go to Time machine in date that skype work fine.
    5. Change AppleCamera.plugin with file from Time Machine
    6. Restart system, Now skype need to work with camera.

    Hey Shib,
    For CUPC Desk Phone Troubleshooting, assuming both end points are Personal Communicator Clients, follow the below steps:
    1)  CAST Issue
    For both End Points, make sure that the CAST shows connected under CUPC -> Help -> Show Server Health -> Desk Phone Video Section
    The phone must be connected to the computer on which Cisco Unified Personal Communicator is running by Ethernet cable.
    2) Firmware Issue
    If the end users are controlling 79xx, make sure that the firmware is 9.2(3) or higher. If you are running SCCP9-2-1S, then you will run in the Defect: CSCtq48538    Phone does not send CallStateMessage through CAST connection to PC and have to upgrade the firmware to 9.2(3)
    3) Roles and Permissions
    Besides the Standard CTI Enabled and Standard CCM End User, if the end users are controlling 99xx or 88xx, then make sure they also have these additional Roles and Permissions
    Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf
    Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover Mode
    4) Video Enabled
    This setting should be enabled by default, however, make sure that under the Device Configuration Page (CCM Admin -> Device -> Phone -> Affected User's Device
    The PC Port and Video Capabilities fields must be enabled for the phone in Cisco Unified Communications Manager.
    Now if after verifying all of the above configuration the video call fails then I suggest testing CUPC Soft Phone Video by changing to Soft Phone Mode on both the End Points (You can only change to soft phone mode, if you have the Client Services Framework Device deployed for the end users). If that fails as well, I suggest to engage Cisco Tac for further troubleshooting as we would then need to collect the following:
    Clean Detailed PRT from CUPC on both End Points
    Detailed CCM and CTI Traces from Call Manager
    Calling and Called Party Info

    When I try to do video call in Skype or yahoo messenger people say they can't see me.

    For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
    The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
    Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
    If you've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall try opening iTunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT) as you start iTunes, then going to Edit > Preferences > Store and turning off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. You may find iTunes will now start normally.

    After this update all apps should be updated in your case may be its not happened. You can uninstall & re-install the applock. It will start working. While uninstalling dont delete any app data so that it should fetch your old passwords etc.

    I assume you have a webcam ? (Just checking!)
    Run the Skype setup which includes a little window that shows the video working as a test. If you can be sen there you should be okay.
    Also, ask the person you are calling if on their status window, if there is a small camera next to your name indicating you have a webcam available. If it isn't there, it suggest that your system is not making the webcam available.

    That might be a question best directed to Skype and not here in the forums.  Skype does have an app for BlackBerry however it's available only to U.S. subscribers using Verizon.  (This information might be out of date at this writing; that's the most up-to-date info I have.)  Seeing as these forums are staffed (not the right choice of words) by volunteers who love BlackBerry phones and not by RIM developers, your chance of getting the answer you seek might be slim.

    Still no fix for video playback stuttering in this version. Maybe it will help some of you having iPod problems, but I don't see any other improvements.

    Hi, can I video call form my e71 to my PC (or mac). I have downloaded Skype and Fring  and tried to call myself from Mac but no video options are available. The instructions for Fring suggest you just opt for video call - but it;'s not there. Searched on the net and a lot of people say they are doing it - like it isn't an issue. Wondering if it could be an 02 thing? Any help would be appreciated

    I have been scouring the web for solutions to this problem.
    However, it would appear that :  Skype does not allow video calls on Nokia E71 !!
    I have even posted on the Skype forum itself.  It's amazing how many people have asked the same question.
    Surprisingly, there have been NO responses.  Which leads one to conclude that Nokia E71 is out of luck, where skype is concerned !!
    You can only make voice calls.  No video.
