Guten Tag,
ich habe ein Lenovo A 600 Smartphone gekauft. Nun möchte ich die Dateien, Telefonnummern auf meinem Medion Lap Top verwalten. Via Blue Toth habe ich es noch nicht geschafft und via Kabel habe ich auch keine Verbindung. Muss ich da noch etwas herunterladen dass das funktioniert? Wo bekomme ich eine Deutsche oder Englische Gebrauchsanweisung?

LENOVO-Smartphones werden nicht in Deutschland verkauft und daher gibt es für die Geräte auch keine deutschen Anleitungen.
Der offizielle Verkausstart in Deutschland wird wohl das zweite Quartal 2014 sein.
Ich kann aber gern einmal eine Anfrage an unsere Zentrale weiterleiten.
Bitte geben mir noch einmal die genaue Produktbezeichnung des Smartphones an, da ich die von Dir angegebene Produktbezeichnung nicht gefunden habe.
Die bisher verkauften Modelle mit einem "A" oder einer "6" sind das A66, S650, A630.

Does VZW declaer value on FedEx return lables? ($600 smartphone being returned)

After activating the replacement smartphone from Verizon, I just had the
original smartphone dropped off at FedEx using the return label provided
by Verizon Wireless.
The FedEx label showed "DECLARED VALUE $*********" with no valued
filled in.
If FedEx loses the package, who is responsible? VZW, FedEX, or me?
I'm a little nervous because VZW said I would be billed $600 retail price
of the phone if it's not returned within 5 days.

If you made copies of everything, Verizon or FedEx will be responsible for any lost packages. I've seen posts on here where Verizon claims they never got the returned phone from the customer, and they were charged full price because of that. How or if they got it fixed, I don't know.

PROBLEM REGARDING LENOVO A 850 SMARTPHONE

Thank you for joining me into the Lenovo Community.
I am not certain if I have started the thread in the right place, if I have not, admins please help me transfer this thread where needed.
One of our Customers is going to purchase our Remote Control application, in order to access and remote control their Android Smartphones, from their Windows PCs (Windows Computers to access and remote control their Android phones). The Customer is using Lenovo as their smartphones (about 2000 of them).
However, our application needs to be signed by Lenovo in order to fully install and run on a Lenovo Android smartphone.
I do not have access to the Support department, nor to the Development department of Lenovo in China.
Is there a way that you would recommend I take, either by contacting Development directly, or Support, and where would that be? China or US?

Use the "auto search" feature of the remote to see get the code.
In the manual, it's under "WHAT IF NONE OF THE CODES WORKED"
Here's a summary:
program the TV, use code 922
Press Play
then Press Fast forward.
Keep pressing fast forward until your tv turns off (go slow, if you go to fast you can use rewind to go back a code).
when it turns off, the remote found the code, press OK to save it.

Lenovo A6000 Plus touch screen not responding

I own a Lenovo A6000 Plus mobile. Some parts of my screen do not respond at times but after a few hours it again starts responding. This cycle has been repeating for a month. Kindly suggest me a solution and whether this is a software or hardware issue.

Hello Sir, I had recently buyed a Lenovo A6000 plus smartphone from flipkart around 8-9 days back. From the very first day It's touch was sometime not responding for which I had to press power button twice and it continued to work.So I had not taken this problem seriously. But from last 3 days it frequenty stops responding and many a times automatic touch events are occuring When I downloaded a Multitouch Testing App Then I found that central part of the touch is mostly in touched state so that when I touch it's actually second touch for my mobile.Since blue dots appear for first touch event and Red for second touch .I Informed this issue to Flipkart for which they asked me to download their smartapp and their executive asked me to open that app and touch the screen. I followed same process. On the next day they informed me That they were not able to find any manufacturing defect in it. So they asked me to reset my phone and update the software I followed same steps but still problem is not fixed. So I want to ask that is this really a software problem or Flipkart is actually trying to fool me?? Thanks for replying.

Please help me decide on an all-in-one

Hoping to buy an all-in-one soon mainly for uni work. Will also be using it for general web browsing, youtube, watching movies, etc. No gaming.

Biggest screen out of the 4, not so great i3 processor (don't know if it makes much of a difference), plus risk of shipping from US and the product potentially having probems working in Australia in terms of compatabiliy, or for whatever reason..

The E73z is on sale on the Australian Lenovo website right now for $799. It comes with everything probably neede including an i3 processor.

Duplicated events on iCal after .mac sync

Thre facts:
I have a TREO600, a desktop mac, and a powerbook, both running Tiger 10.4.4.
Due to some other problems with syncing the TREO, I have purchased the Missing Sync from MarkSpace, and that works very well to sync the palm with the desktop.
I started syncing my two computers with .mac lately, and I have nothing but trouble. Nearly every sync throws up some conflicts, often about events that have long passed. I went through the long list of conflicts EVERY time this happens, but iSync seems to complain about new conflict nearly everytime I sync.
Moreover, it seems to duplicate certain (but not all) events on my iCal after it has synced with .mac.
This is super annoying. I have seen that there are many different posts on duplication already, but none of them seem to match my problem, though there definetly seems to be a general problem with iSync not being very good at checking for duplicates.
Any ideas how to solve this?

Because you are running the Missing Sync for Palm OS in a Mac OS X 10.4 or later environment, the synchronization of your data is a separate process controlled by .Mac Sync. In order to correct the issue, you should perform a reset, replacing all of the records on .Mac with the records from iCal and the Address Book, which should, incidently, be contemporaneous with your Treo 600 smartphone.
To do that, launch System Preferences and select the .Mac pane. Press the Advanced tab, then the Reset Sync Data… button in the lower left corner of the dialog box. Reserve the default directional data transfer from .Mac to your machine by pressing the right-facing arrow beneath the .Mac icon. This will shift directional flow so that data moves from your computer to the .Mac servers. You can keep the Replace: All Sync Data value in the drop-down menu above, or choose to synchronize only one data type [Calendars or Contacts] by selecting the appropriate value. If you synchronize them separately, you must repeat this process for the other data type.
This event will transfer a complete set of records from iCal and the Address Book to the appropriate storage locations on the .Mac servers, replacing the non-matching data currently stored there. It will not affect your continued use of the Mark/Space Contacts, Events and Tasks menu, and will not change the data stored on your handheld the next time you synchronize.

Sync ok but outlook 2003 contacts filed by first name

I have a Treo 600 smartphone using the palm os and just bought BB Rim curve 8310. The sync went fine but all my contacts are filed by first name which is unacceptable. The "file as field" in outlook does not come up in the advanced sync choices. Please tell me how to change this. Many thanks.

Iphone 5 camera flash - over exposes

My iphone 5 32mb camera flash isn't working as it should. When it's on or on auto it over exposes the photo - any ideas? Is there a setting I need to change? I've searched high and low and can't find anything relevant on the phone. It's really annoying as I use the phone a lot for pictures and it can't be used at night or in a darkened situation at all! Not what I expect from a £600 smartphone!

Like any point-and-shoot camera, the flash on the iPhone is of limited utility. You paid 600 pounds for a smartphone which is not the same thing as paying 600 pounds for a camera. You are never going to get the same results you would with a DSLR. You will get the best results by turning on more lights when possible. If you need to use the flash, be sure not to get too close to your subjects as it will wash them out. You might also try using an app like Camera+. It does a nice job enhancing pictures that were taken in low light and are too dark.

Sound Problem in Z1Compact after new 4.4 kitkat update

Hi, i am facing sound problem while incoming calls, messages and Whats app after installing 4.4 kitkat recently..
pls suggest with possbile solution.,

Same problem here with the KK update.. The mysterious 25/03/2014 update did not fix these soud issues..
The sound is incredibly low and seems to come from the ear plug on top of the phone (even when I have no ear plug connected in...) and not from the bottom speaker; And when miraculously the sound comes from the bottom speaker it is craked and saturated..
Very annoying, I hope Sony will fix this issue soon cause I miss a lot of calls and notifications.. What's the point to have a phone if I can't receive calls...?
What a pity for a 600$ smartphone..
I really think to sell it and go buy another brand, I'm very disapointed with Sony.. Nice products but **bleep**ty service (and please, do not tell me to reset the phone or wathever, it's been 3 days I struggle with the forums "solutions" and still have these sound problems...)

IPhone 6 freezing due to wifi connection

iphone 6 here. 16gb. Freezing in the last two weeks at home due to some sort of wifi troubleshooting. I use an airport express.
COnnection to the wifi network is almost and always very good. House is small. loses wifi connection a lot Of times during the day. And sometimes it freezes with one bar of wifi signal. After that the only thing to do is hard reset on iPhone. Sometimes sfter rebooting wifi is not available anymore on the iPhone. did a full restore twice from iTunes in one week. Restore was hard to do because iTunes wasn't able to connect with the iPhone or lost communication during connection to it.
THis is not the Apple we kknow. This is clearly a software bug and the reason i kept on choosing apple was due to its software performance.
I Am frustrated to need to full restore in a week a 600€ smartphone. It is sad I get frustrated with this and with the daily hard resets.
I Believe apple is loosing its mojo, and I wish they could get back on track with problems that should have been tested during beta. Lots of people are suffering from the same freezing issues.
THis is a sad moment for Apple but their stocks are growing so I don't believe they give a flying concern about it.

Did you check the recommended settings for Wi-Fi networks?

Did you already reset the network settings in Settings/General/Reset? You will have to fill in all the passwords for other known networks again after that.

Cannot send emails from my corporate account with Smartphone Lenovo K920 (Vibe Z2 Pro)

Hi All,
I bought a Smartphone Lenovo K920 (Vibe Z2 Pro).
I have configured my hotmail account and everything is working perfectly.
But for my corporate email account (with IMAP Settings), incoming emails are ok but when I try to send emails, I get the message "email failed to send".
For information, I have used the same settings on my Android tablet and everyting is fine from this side.
Does someone has the same issue?

How to sync contacts and calendar with CloudMagic?
....Security must be blocking CloudMagic from accessing contacts&calendar.You're using contacts from the Gmail account I suppose.
Go to the Security app>Privacy Guard and set CloudMagic as ''Trusted'' or grant CloudMagic access to Personal information.
Then go to Settings>scroll down to Accounts and resync the Google and CloudMagic accounts.
Let me know how it goes.

Problemas Batería Lenovo Smartphone S660

Hola. Compré un lenovo S660 smartphone nuevo en San Andres, Colombia. Anda súper rapido y me encanta pero la batería NO dura más de 5 (cinco) hs. Lo llevé a la tienda donde lo compre y me dieron una bateria nueva (la abrieron delante mio). Qué solución tiene este problema? De q me sirven los 4 núcleos si se me descarga tan rápido?. Con ambas baterias se comportó de igual manera. Al terminar la carga completa empieza mostrando el 100% de carga y en menos de una hora ya esta en 80%. Se come (devora)la bateria literalmente hablando. Alguien puede respindwrme? Muchas Gracias.

Hola Buen día Jorge. Te cuento que he solucionado el inconveniente con algo sencillo. Primero respondo a tu pregunta. El cellular NO se me descarga en modo reposo, sólo al estar conectado a internet. No lo utilizo mucho con juegos, pero por ej para ver videos o fotos ya descargados, eso no afecta tanto a la batería. Lo que pude hacer es algo simple y que ya había leído. Disminuí el brillo de la pantalla (sin ponerlo en automático). Ahora me dura 1 día entero usándolo bastante y a veces hasta 2 días. He mirado las aplicaciones que se ejecutan en segundo plano y hay una herramienta de seguridad contra virus, spyware, que en este momento no recuerdo bien su nombre pero tengo entendido que viene incluída de fábrica y otras más. Lo que sí me mejora notablemente es una utilidad que trae esa herramienta de seguridad llamada "Limpieza" que lo que hace es liberar aplicaciones innecesarias que están en ejecución en la memoria RAM de 1 GB del cel. le corro seguido esa utilidad y el % de batería disminuye más lentamente. Apenas termino de cargar el cel y lo enciendo, puedo ver ahora, desde que he bajado la intensidad del brillo de la pantalla, que disminuye rápido sólo desde el 100 al 80%. Al ver esto corro la utilidad Limpieza y se empieza a frenar. A partir de ahi, me dura un montón, incluso mirando videos online de youtube. Muchas gracias por tu respuesta. I am on my third s4 in three weeks because of overheating. The first fried itself into oblivion. The second overheated, and would shut down. The current one is 48 hours old, overheated 5+ times on my way home from work after having it for 24 hours...and fried the sim card reader.
I had a loaner S3...24 hours after having it: boot loop.
The entire S3/S4/S5 line is defective. Verizon is insane for letting their reputation turn to sh!t because they are ignoring it, and insist on replacing like for like (S4 for S4), and enraging their customers. I have BEGGED every day for TWO WEEKS for a replacement that is NOT another S4.
