Lenovo a7000 Games installation Problem

Hello Team !!! I am using lenovo a7000. When I install apps like modern combat 5 , it says " The package duplicate permission null ". Please help me with this. But the same app is installing for other android users. Thank you......!!!!

No it's not for all games it's for those which are present in the secure zone ie even if you uninstall the pre-installed games still it's present in secure zone because of which when u install from those games from somewhere else it shows permission null Solution u have to install it from play storeRe:ajphoenix wrote:

Lenovo Tablet 2 Installation Problems - Help would be GREATLY appreciated as Lenovo WILL NOT HELP.

Hi everyone. I've been pulling my hair out with this and I'm just about at my breaking point after 15 some hours of messing with this but I thought I would give it one last shot.
I have a Lenovo Tablet 2 that originally came with Windows 8 and later was upgraded via the store to 8.1. When I went to do a complete format and re-install it asked me for media. This product does not come with media. I figured the worst thing was that I would have to go the long way and install Windows without the recovery partition and reinstall all the drivers manually. Boy was I wrong. I booted to my UEFI enabled USB Windows 8.1 installer stick which was created using the new Mediacreationtool that Microsoft released to make either an ISO or USB stick. Knowing this is UEFI only (more on that later), I downloaded the ISO and created the USB stick using RUFUS. That booted fine and i blew away all the partitions and started the install. Install goes fine until the very last step and says "windows could not update the computer's boot configuration". The end. Game over. I can't get past this. I've tried the following:
1. Created a DaRT disc and did a complete clean of the drive
2. tried a Windows 10 Disc - same thing
3. Tried to edit the BCD using bcdedit command (more on that later) and nothing.
I've probably done a half dozen other random things and I'm still back at the same position here. The big issue with this device is that it is 32BIT UEFI only BIOS. Terrible to work with because everything considers UEFI to be a 64bit only function so there isn't much that I can even get to boot.
Back to BCD Edit. Anything I try to do just gives me the result of "The boot configuration data store could not be opened. The volume for a file has been externally altered so that the opened file is no longer valid.". I cannot createstore, edit the store, or do anything with it.
Again, i'm at wits end here. I contacted Lenovo and it's out of warranty so they told me to pound sand. I asked them just for a recovery media which every device should come with and **bleep** the OEMs for not doing that aymore and they told me to go pound the same mound of sand. Help would be GREATLY appreciated. This thing is slowly walking it's way to the trash can. It's a mental thing at this point now and I have to get this working. Please help. Thank you.

Yup, we had to do a clean install and same issue nothing will work after a stock clean install of windows 8.1 pro or 8 pro or 8n or 8.1n or any 8-1 for that mater we tried 6 loads with same issue on the IO file for the atom CPU Chipset...When you try to download the drivers from there site for the IO drivers and install it stop there and does not work with there Leveno drivers and if out of warentee they do not even care if there own leveno drivers for 8.1 do not work with 8.1 for the IO drivers on Leveno download site...When we called Microsoft they even sugest getting another tablet from another better supported MFG. WOW I own 4 Leveno products and almost got a new tablet a few nights ago but will not get any more leveno products till I research the issues they have with stock roms! Reinstalls should be much more friendly and updates should be listed correctly on the web site...They do not say it is a ported win8.0 frankinstien windows load when you buy their tablet. But they should say it is kinda windows 8.0 almost and that only there usb key will let you reaload the hack-up windows the tablet needs.

OTG problem in Lenovo A7000

I am facing problem on otg since past. OTG doesn't work properly especially with mouse and also keyboard. Also Lenovo A7000 has not update the 5.1.1 lollipop.

I have already mentioned this in other discussion thread but was never got noticed by lenovo staff. So once again for your kind infirmation I am explaining about this issue. After the s142 update any new contact added under the Google account is not getting synced to google servers though in setting-> accounts-> google accounts its always showing synced recently but changes don't get updated on the server. This is another serious issue in s142 update. Pls don't let it unnoticed. My humble request to lenovo staff is to kindly look into this matter . At least acknowledge this issue. I don't know how else I can bring this issue to your notice. People will loose each and every contacts added after this update.
PS: Issue exist even after factory reset.

Lenovo A7000 - move to SD card option not featuring

Hello,
I have bought a new Lenovo A7000 and i am facing the gollowing problems,
1) app cannot be moved to the SD card ----option only not showing in the app info
2) in file manager you can see the external storage but in installed VLC player you cannot see the External storage or the SD card contents
3) in the setting--storage SD card contents is not showings in levels
for all the three points i have posted the the images pls check and rectify the problem

I'm facing the same problem with my lenovo A7000....Whichever app I'm downloading from playstore, it's getting saved in internal storage (not is SD)
I tried with multile SD cards (4Gb,16Gb), no go!
Could you please fix this bug and update the same to us ASAP with the help of your engineering team..
1 more issue which I have is:

[SOLVED] Several post installation problems

Hello all,
I have just installed Arch on my Lenovo laptop. Installation was successfull but since I've been having all kinds of problems.
- I get a message at boot that says "Failed to mount /dev/sda6" which is normally mounted as /
- Despite the above the system boots at emergency mode asking me give root password for maintenance (Ctrl+D does not change anything) after which it automatically logs me in as root.
- I have installed KDE but I can't get it to start at login. I have to su as a simple user and start it with startx. KDE starts but when I logout I get scrambled text at screen which barely reads "Give root password for maintenance" (the same as at the beginning). Afterwards I tried to re-enable and restart kdm in order to make it start at boot. Now when I login to KDE it freezes from the beginning. Freezes completely. I have to shutdown the laptop with the hardware button.
They seem as different problems but I feel it's part of the same problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like I'm in for a treat. I chroot-ed, did a full upgrade in case there was an even newer kernel (and there was, 3.10.7). After the upgrade I copied /boot/vmlinuz-linux, /boot/initramfs-linux.img and /boot/initramfs-linux-fallback.img to /boot/efi/EFI/arch/ renaming the files vmlinuz-arch.efi, initramfs-arch.img, initramfs-arch-fallback.img respectively. I unmounted everything and rebooted. Now reFINd freezes as soon as it tries to boot Arch.

Lenovo a7000-a Data connection disabled automatically & issue on social networking

I hv Lenovo A7000-a with latest firmware upgrade but I can't connect data in 2g Vodafone India(Bhubaneswar). I can't use WhatsApp,fb,twitter and other applications in 2g network.I can't sent messages even don't receive messages in WhatsApp, fb,twitter & some other apps like taht..sometime data connection disabled automatically. yes Bhavesh i am totally disopointed its very poor support lenovo people first two days iam happy 3 day starting struggle becouse i updated s142 update. i am great fan of asphalt 8 but gameloft mod apk was not istalling.what necessary about Octocore proccessor 2 gb ram not installing mod apps totally waste of money this is not a mobile just like iron box

Hi friends , i do have Lenovo a7000 . since the 1st update i am facing a severe problem of messaging apps lagging and taking too much time to open the messaging app . I found out the Issue of this problem that since they introduced star marke near the name of the thread this problem started and since then this problem persists . so if any one if still facing this issue please do tell me . and lenovo JAMEZ Please provide a solution to this issue as it takes to much time to open banking secure sms which gives us very less time to enter authentication code. I have tried to install Solaris 8 on my Dell machine.
I have tried to boot both directly via CD and by using Device Configuration Assistant on a floppy..
The first screen says this....

I have heard about the ACPI that may be a Power Managemnet Tools or something, it always be found in Microsoft Window 2000 Device Manager, sorry I can't help you to solve the problems.....because I also have some installation problem on my Intel paltform @_@.

Installation problem on SUSE 12.1

I'm a Linux beginner and I am trying to install LV on SUSE 12.1

The installation started and it looks quite all right, but when I try to start LabVIEW, the application just sits in the taskbar for about 20 seconds and then just disappears.
Any ideas?
Is there a way to debug to see what's going on?

Unfortunately, there are no versions of LabVIEW supported on SUSE 12.1 at present. Here's a link to LabVIEW version compatibility with different Linux distributions. I saw from your other forum that you're attempting to install LabVIEW 2009, which is certified for SUSE 11.0 at the latest.

Installation Problem on Win8

Hello all
I need your help for troubleshooting an installation problem on a Win8 (x64) client. There is already JavaJRE installed, but we wanted to install some other versions, too. But it didn't work. So we tried to unistall to curently version. This was running badly. Now there entry is removed from windows software, but the software is still on the system. Always if we try to install any java, we get a failure message with no error discription. So we looked for some installation logs, but I can't find the problem. Can you have a look? What can I do?
