Lenovo C540 Touch, Bluetooth driver install?

Dear Lenovo enthusiasts,
Is there a bluetooth installed on Lenovo C540 AIO Touch? How do I know if bluetooth is installed? If not, can I install bluetooth?

You can check Device Manager
Press WIndows key + X and select Device Manager
Under Device Manager the Bluetooth Device will show with a Bluetooth Icon
Spoiler (Highlight to read)
If you don't have that then you might not have a Bluetooth Install or detected.
I have seen two Website where this Model is Displayed but both does not have Bluetooth as an option so it is possible that your system does not have one too.
One Option I would suggest it to get a Bluetooth USB Reciever.
Its so small and cost effect

GX630 bluetooth driver install problem

I got the GX630 a week ago.... I tried turning on the Bluetooth and it tried to install the device but it couldn't find a driver when I pointed to the CDrom driver disk. I read the manual and browsed the MSI driver download page for the GX630 and no bluetooth driver is listed. The manual says the bluetooth is in combo with the modem. Does this mean the modem driver is used? Thanks in advance.

Problems with Bluetooth driver install

Ideapad S10e.
For some time, Bluetooth has not worked on my PC, and no BT-icon on the lower bar.
So I decided to download and reinstall the driver.
Starts off fine, but at about 3/4 into the "configuring Bluetooth services", the installation hangs.
Still hanging after 30 mins or so. Did a new download and install, same hangup.
Had to kill the install, then I rebooted ok.
After this I now have the BT-icon on the lower bar, and I am able to pair with my phone,
suggesting that BT may be basically ok.
But no response if I click on "My bluetooth places".
Anyone has a clue to this one ?

Consumer ? The top end iMac ? Certainly my local shop has a different definition of consumer. Agreed the Mac Pro is HIGH performance and also a high price.
For most of my needs I am happy with the Mac, a little disapointed with boot camp but that is all. Not just the game, but also the bluetooth keyboard - just can't get it to work. Works perfectly in OS/X which I guess is the main thing.
Only real niggle in OS/X is the mighty mouse seems to be a bit sporadic with the right click. Works for a time and then doesn't. Very annoying, mainly becuase when it is working properly it is brilliant - so infuriating when it doesn't.
Still - early days yet, and still learning - so hopefully I will sort everything out to my satisfaction.

Generic bluetooth driver for Windows 8.1

Hi ,
When I install windows 8.1 theres is no Bluetooth driver installed in it. I have laptop with dell wireless 365 Bluetooth card. I am unable to get the driver from dell website for it. my laptop Dell Inspiron N4030.
I want to know isn't there any generic driver available in windows 8.1 for Bluetooth support as it provides many generic drivers upon installing.

Since Windows 8.1 was just released for a couple of weeks, we'd better to wait for some compatible drivers and update packages for your game from manufacturers.
We can try to install drivers applied to Windows 7 in compatible mode for test. If it doesn’t work, we have to wait for Dell’s update.

Lenovo G460E can't install bluetooth driver

Hey guys, I'm having problem installing the bluetooth driver of Lenovo G460E, it says that I need to turn on the adapter of bluetooth, I tried pressing Fn + F5, nothing happened! What should I install to turn on the bluetooth adapter? I can't seem to find to application for it, can you also give me link for it? Thank you very much in advance!
By the way, my operating system is Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit.

Install first ReadComm Software,then turn the bluetooth radio on,it will automatically install.

Cannot get Bluetooth adapter on PC to sync with Ipod Touch Keep getting no driver installed message. Adapter works with other bluetooth devices, help please

I cannot get my iPod Touch to sunc with my Bluetooth adapter. The adapteer works with other BT devices. I received a message stating "no device driver installed" I am presuming the message is associated witht eh iPod. Any help or ideas appreciated.

The BT profiles on the iPod do not allow pairing with a computer. See:

Lenovo g580 2189 driver install problem

I have a lenovo g580 with windows 8
when i try to install drivers i get some errors,any driver with other error:
smart audio hd with dolby- failure with non reason'
tuchpad ealn....-"ask for dspint package"
i download all the drivers from lenovo official web and i have energy mangement for windows 8
one more problem is in "fn" function,i dont see any fn function in the screen (no wifi,bluetooth,tuchpad,camera....)
only music. when i touch fn+f5 to turn off/on wifi the system shows on "airplane mode".

finally did it!!!! i had the same problem and now it works!
you first install the driver, and will tell no driver found ..., then go in C:\drivers\Bluetooth Driver (CyberTan, Liteon)\Broadcom\Win64 and execute Inst.exe and let it install all what it needs, don't press anything. if it still not works try install the same exe after activating bt with fn+f5.
win64 is for the one who have 64bit and I think that win32 will work for the one who have 32bit.
le: I have win7, i think it works the same for win8.. try it..
le2: and something else, I disabled UEFI from bios. I don't know if this is important, but it works for me with UEFI disabled.

Ideapad A720 Windows 8 Pro can't install the bluetooth driver

I upgraded to Windows 8 than went to the Lenovo site and down loaded a few of the drivers that it needs (primarily the NVIDIA video driver), however Windows 8 forced me to uninstall the Bluetooth driver before doing the upgrade.
Downloading the Bluetooth A720 Windows 8 driver from the support site doesn't seem to work. You run the install, it unpacks than dies and does run. trying to force the setup to run from the driver folder throws an error saying I am missing the blue tooth license.
Any guess here? everything else seems to be work on Windows 8 great, multi-touch 27" is gorgeous just opening bing.com is a cool experience.

slmgr.vbs /upk
slmgr.vbs -ipk YOUR-ACTIVATION-KEY-HERE
slmgr.vbs -ato
As I known, during clean installation of Windows 8 pro, we need to enter the product key.
What kind of Windows 8 pro did you try to install on your Windows 8 PC? Is this just a pro package? or full version?

[REQUEST] rtl8723au_bt bluetooth driver for lenovo yoga 13

Hello.
I have a lenovo yoga 13 laptop with 8723 wireless card.
Wifi is working bacause of dkms-8723au-git package. As I know, in 3.15 kernel it will work out of the box and lwfinger will no longer maintain this source code.
Bluetooth is not working and there is no bluetooth driver in aur. It is required to install another package from here https://github.com/lwfinger/rtl8723au_bt.
I cannot build this package, because when I run make command it ends with error make[1]: *** /lib/modules/3.14.4-1-ARCH/build: No such file or directory. Also there was written about no dkms support in code. But I cannot fix it, because I am still noob in Archlinux. And for some reason it is written "Support kernel version 2.6.32~3.13.0" in readme.txt. I have already 3.14.4-1-ARCH kernel.
Could anyone help me to fix that and make aur package for other people to get bluetooth work on lenovo yoga 13?

I think bluez5 is ok, because when I run bluetoothctl it can detect my cluetooth controller now. However, I cannot start working with it

Ok, it is not powered on. In troubleshooting section in wiki there are some instructions about such situation. I do all as described in wiki:

G710 Windows 7 Pro x64 Bluetooth + Wireless driver install errors (can't install)

Hi all,
I've recently just purchased the G710 i3 model as a birthday gift for my dad. It originally came with Windows 8 installed but my father prefers Windows 7 so I've installed this on a SSD (replacing the 1TB drive).
After updating Windows 7 Professional x64 with updates via ethernet I started to install all the drivers in the following order:
note: downloaded x64 drivers (for obvious reasons)
chipset
graphics (intel hd4600 first followed by nvidia gt 720m)
NIC LAN
Audio
Bluetooth and Wireless (won't work - see below for errors)
Touchpad
Card Reader
Webcam
Intel Management Engine (ME)
Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver (RST)
BatteryCare (replacing the Lenovo Energy Management)
I've downloaded all from the Lenovo web site except up to date Chipset, ME and RST from Intel.
All drivers except for the Bluetooth and Wireless have installed fine. All Fn keys work except for the "Airplane Mode" (guessing due to the driver not being installed).
These are the following errors I get:

I tried the 32 bit version of the driver and got exactly the same result.
Can this be fixed so it can work? I'm hoping it's not just me.

The extraction maybe looking at a missing folder.
When you downloaded the driver
WLAN and Bluetooth Driver (Intel, Broadcom, Qualcomm) for 64-bit Windows
When you doubleclick it it should pop up a winodw where you hit next , agree then it shows a page where you can see a box with a browse button. can you share if you are getting that?

Lenovo G400 Bluetooth Driver infected with Virus

i am using a lenovo G400 notebook since last 4 months and wasn't able to install the bluetooth driver.
recently i formatted my laptop and downloaded the driver for fresh installation.
The driver got installed but the bluetooth wasn't working and it was reporting "device not found"
then i updated my Antivirus from net, NOD32 antivirus and it reported that the bluetooth driver contains a trojan.
i checked the downloaded installation file and it too had trojan.

Windows 8.1 is not starting after installing Bluetooth driver

I cannot start Windows 8.1 Pro (64Bit) after enabling Virtualization ( because I need HYPER-V ) from BIOS settings.
It was perfect before installing RaLink Bluetooth Driver update.
I use "HP ENVY 15 Touchsmart j001tx" laptop.

HYPER-V and Bluetooth individually works fine. But laptop is not starting up when both are installed. Please help me.

Can't Install bluetooth driver on Windows 8 64 bit. MSI GE620DX

I cant install the provided Windows 8 64bit Bluetooth driver from the MSI download page. Tried many times, Reboot Uninstall current driver, install again, and ETC.
I had sent a question to MSI already, it's been a month already since I sent a ticket and I still got no update or fix from MSI Support.
Does MSI support usually take this long to provide fix or reply for this kind of issues? I felt disregarded cause I haven't got any reply aside from the advise to download the driver on the MSI download page; which is the driver that is not working. I've already sent them a message that It won't work. -_-
The Bluetooth function of my Laptop is useless as of now.

I finally got this fixed. I uninstalled all Bluetooth related drivers and programs using Ccleaner and clean all its traces in the registry as well, rebooted and tried installing the provided Bluetooth driver provided on the MSI Download Page and succeeded.

How do I install Windows 7 please?

I have tried this a few months ago. You can study the steps and try it on your unit.

Problem while installing bluetooth driver

I am using windows 7 ultimate OS in my dell Inspiron N5110. There is no Bluetooth icon in my control panel and because of that I cannot connect my Bluetooth devices to my laptop. While I was downloading Bluetooth driver from an external source a windows
popped out which says that Bluetooth adapter cannot be detected in your system. Is there any problem with my Bluetooth adapter hardware? Can anyone suggest me a way to get rid of this problem? Thanking you in advance.

try uninstalling all the drivers you just installed for your printer and plug in your printer and run software update from the  on the upper left of the screen. if there are no drivers available for that, you might have to wait as suggested by your local apple tech.
