Lenovo does not recognise anymore my ID and my password

HiWhen I am trying to register my new lenovo destop, the Lenovo website does not recognise anymore my ID and my email and may password.this is very frustating because I am 100% sure of my email and my ID and when I am trying to reset the pasword I have got the following message: "A user account with given name was not found".Obviously this is not correct beacuse I have check my emails from lenovo which gave me my ID.Any help?ThanksRichardhttps://shop.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/gbweb/LenovoPortal/en_GB/account.workflow:ResetPassword?UniqueURLID=1437223927177

You will have to try to recover the password or contact Apple for help.

have you backed up in the past with iTunes or iCloud? If so, it is possible that you will not lose this information, but I cannot guarantee anything.
Check for backups in iTunes by going to Preferences > Devices > Device backups
If you do not see any, and your iPad is still in working order, check for iCloud backups in Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup
Also, if your iPad is still in working order, you can backup with itunes before restoring : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766

If you are having issues setting up your new Apple TV with your Apple ID, you may want to double check that the info is current and correct by logging into "Manage my Apple ID" as outlined on this page:

After having updated the software on my apple tv, i cannot set up home sharing on it (let alone itunes!) simply, the apple tv does not recognise my apple id and password anymore

i have updated the apple tv software (on one apple tv, ihave 2) after having used for 2 years withou any problem.
i tried to log in again to watch movies already purchased but i cannot. the itunes store is not available and the home sharing does not recognise my id and password. on my pc i have alsoupdate to the latest software my itunes.
the second apple tv where i am still resisting tomupdate the software works very well as always.

hope this message finds you all in time. The recent Apple TV update 5.1 is terrible. Apple knows it is which is why (thankfully for some relentless user -I have no idea who but I believe it was under threat) they have allowed to sign 5.0.2 again which means you can downgrade your Apple TV 2 and 3 to a 5.0.2 version via iTunes. Who knows how long they will keep the window open but I have downgraded my ATV early this morning. I couldn't post this earlier because I was out all day but I am doing it now.
Here's how to do it:
1) Connect your ATV to your computer via a Mini USB (not included with ATV but included with many other electronic devices) - in order for your ATV to appear in iTunes you must FIRST plug the USB cable to your computer and ATV and only THEN plug the power cable.
2) Download your ipsw restore file from Apple.
5.0.2 (ATV 2): AppleTV2,1_5.0.2_9B830_Restore.ipsw
5.0.2 (ATV 3): AppleTV3,1_5.0.2_9B830_Restore.ipsw
3) In iTunes select yout ATV, hold SHIFT and click on Restore
4) Find and choose the downloaded IPSW file in the Open Dialog Box and hit Next
5) As long as Apple still signs that version the Restore process will begin and will take a few minutes to complete.

IPhoto 08 does not recognise iPhone 4 formats and will not import!!!!!!

I have upgraded to an iPhone 4 but when I connect it to my iphoto 08 library, it recognises there are images on the iPhone but does not show the images.
When I try and import it says an unsupported format.
Any ideas/thoughts/HELP??????????

Okay, found the problem.
Using a third party dock, Sync's the iPhone fine but does not seem to work well with iPhoto!

Computer does not recognise Adobe Acrobat/Distiller and cannot Pdf

I recently installed a new version of Adobe creative suite 4, just as an unregistered trial, but I found that my computer could not handle the programs, and began to crash any time I attempted to create a pdf.
So I uninstalled just the Acrobat part of the package, hoping that I would still be able to use my old Adobe 5 to Pdf from Autodesk CAD.
However now that I have uninstalled, I still cannot Pdf. And moreover, my computer no longer automatically recognises Adobe 5 as the default program for opening Pdf's, it makes me select the program from a list.
Is there any way to fix this? Would uninstalling and reinstalling help? Pdfing from CAD is essential to my work.

The simplest way is to just do a repair (Control Panel>Add Remove Programs ...). For AA5, it will likely show up at change and remove. Select the change and you should be able to fix things. If that does not work, then uninstall, remove the Acrobat 5 folder, and use the MS Cleanup Tool. Then reboot and install. Acrobat and Reader are such that if you install more than one version, uninstalling any will most likely break all others -- exactly your problem. The association problem can be fixed with Windows explorer, but other things may also be broken that make a repair or reinstall a good idea.

Are you apple devices still on the same network as the printer?
To check this, go into settings and select WiFi. Make sure that it is turned on and you have a check mark next to the same wireless network that the printer is connected to.
After that, go into "General" and make sure that bluetooth is turned off.
If you are still having issues after completing these steps, please let me know and I'll give you some more troubleshooting steps that may help us get this issue resolved.

Latest version does not recognise my playlist or libraries!!Help

Looks as though the latest version of i-tunes has loaded itself onto my pc. I was happy with the old version....because it worked! can I download and use a previous version?
New version does not recognise my Playlists , libraries and i cant locate newly downloaded songs.
I've tried following i-tuned help to restore libraries. i.e removing the library file to desk top and then the old one to trash, still nothing ...any help greatly appreciated.

Asterisk IVR does not recognise SPA8800 caller interactions

I have successfully integrated a SPA8800 into our Asterisk system. Now we can dial-out and dial-in via the PSTN connected to the SPA8800 and into Asterisk. The problem however is when the call is presented the Asterisk IVR where the caller is expected to press either extension numbers or numeric options — Asterisk does not recognise the pressed keys and the IVR just continue playing. All other calls via the SIP trunks are processed correctly when the caller interacts with the IVR.
Please help.

There are several methods to pass DTMF thru SIP channel (in-band, out-of-band/SIP_INFO, AVT). You need to configure SPA8800 according to Asterisk requirements (or vice versa).
Also note that in-band signalling doesn't work well trougth compressed codecs like G.729. You need to use uncompressed codecs like G.711 for it.

Time machine does not recognise new imac

I backed up a new imac using time machine and a 1TB time capsule.
The imac died, and I have a second brand new imac.
Using the migration assistant/restore from time machine, I was able to restore my old system - note when this was completed, after 3 days, I had to create a new user, then go back and switch to the user that I recovered.
Now when I try to set up time machine, it does not recognise the current system, and wants to create a brand new back up of the entire system. I do not have enough room on my time capsule to do this, plus I don't want to lose my previous back ups.
I am currently using the computer as recovered from time machine, so don't understand why it wants to start from scratch and what I can do.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have part of the answer, but cannot -at least yet - find the rest of the answer in older discussions.
The name of you backup file is YourMachineName_YourMACaddress.sparsebundle. Time Machine is using the MAC address of your (1st) network adapter as a unique identifier. Your new machine has a new MAC address so Time Machine thinks it's a different machine. Which it is in one sort of way, but you want to treat it as the same machine and continue backups.
It's not as simple as renaming the sparse bundle changing the MAC address part of the name to the new MAC address.
If you look the contents of the TC disk you see a "hidden" file named '.YourMacAddress' which contains 16 bytes of data - some kind of token?
I know there was a discussion of this - in these forums I believe - and possible practical information on how to change things so they'd work like you wish, but so far I can't find it.
Note: YourMACaddress and YourNewMacAddress are the 12 hex digits of your machines MAC addresses in ASCII.

IChat Does not recognise my Sony handycam. help

iChat does not recognise my Sony Handycam and says no Camera is attached. However if I have imovies open my camera works and iChat says Camera is in use. What do i need to do to get the video working on iChat.

iChat requires a DV input where as iMovie can see almost anything from TV signals, mpegs to DV.
Does the camera output in DV (even if it is Firewire) ?
Can it be changed on the camera if not ?
This Utility has helped with some DV cams that put out mpegs and others that are USB

Hi everyone, I just received 2 brand new iPod Nanos for my kids for Christmas, thought I'd be smart and sync them both now before wrapping them so I don't have to be messing around with them on the day. One synced without a problem, then using the same cable, same computer, same USB port, the 2nd one came up with "The USB device has malfunctioned and Windows does not recognise it" I've tried restarting my computer, unplugging and reinserting the USB. Is there anthing else I can try before returning it? Thanking you for any help.

I have solved my problem, I ended up ringing Apple and got an awesome lady who told me to reset it by pressing the sleep button and menu button together for about 10 seconds and once it actually turned on for the first time the computer then recognised it, so it's all good, :-) Thank you lovely lady!
