Lenovo Enhanced Experience for W7

What happens to Lenovo Enhanced Experience for W7, if another version of W7 is installed on a PC with preinstalled Enhanced Experience? Is the feature lost altogether - or can it be downloaded again from Lenovo's site?

If you do not have Lenovo install Windows 7, which includes Lenovo Enhanced Experience, later on in the new installation of Windows and can not lose more. Even with the update, you can not get only the original factory settings.

W530: Intel Rapid Start/Smart Response tech/Lenovo Enhanced Experience

I have W530 configured by Lenovo for RAID 0 with two HDDs. I was wanting to install a mSATA SSD. I've seen two Intel Technologies and the LEE 3 (listed in the subject) that you can utilize if you have an mSATA SSD. I want to know if the two Intel techs are actually different programs or just different names for the same thing. In this lenovo thread, they seem to be used synonymously. However, I have found to pdf files that contain different instructions on how to set them up: here and here. The ladder seems like it was intended for a specific motherboard; however, the intel programs downloaded are different in both pdfs. Can anyone shed some light on whether or not these are different technologies, and if so, what the differences are.
Lastly, the Lenovo Enhanced Experience looks like a combination of the Intel programs. It seems that they just slapped there name on Intels programs Anyone know anything on that?

Also, I was looking at the tabook.pdf and it shows the W530 uses the Mobile Intel QM77 Express Chipset. The first pdf I posted showed that the Intel Z68 Express Chipset was required for the Intel Rapid Start tech. is the W530 compatiable with either of the Intel Techs?

X220 Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0

Hi, I recently got Lenovo X220, and installed Crucial SSD c300 and transferred the image from the existing hard drive (so no clean install of windows 7). From what I read, I should be able to take advantage of Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0 since it was not a clean install and all partitions from the original hard drive is still preserved. However, can someone tell me how to turn this feature on? Or is this automatic once the laptop recognizes SSD? I looked under Toolbox, but could not find anything. Thank you.

Dear Lenovo support/community,
from when I created a new user on Windows 7 (Lenovo original installation) I note a very annoying message warning at each shutdown which inform me about "waiting for task host scheduler on shutdown" etc..
Do you have a know solution inside the Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0?

I understand you get error message while shutting down the system.
As the web link you refer in the article given the solution to install service pack 1
Install service pack 1 and check as it will fix the issue.

Lenovo Enhanced Experience 1.0/2.0 and T500

Do I need to do anything to take advantage of Lenovo Enhanced Experience 1.0/2.0 on my T500 with Win7 x64? Since the machine is being configured by my company's IT department, I don't know whether they properly setup the laptop with this Lenovo Enhanced Experience. I assume the this enhanced experience should improve the performance of Win7 on Lenovo laptop, right?

Lenovo will not tweak a non-preload for consumers and it's not possible to download/install either. They do offer a Imaging Services for enterprise/business and in that case it's possible to get all the tweaks as well. The full details what those tweaks actually are is a big secret.
For companies that bulid their own image and do not use the Imaging Services there will be no Lenovo Enhanced Experience. I have seen that many people mix Enhanced Experience with Device Experience which is available for download, but these are two different things.
So to answer your question betalemer you probably don't have enhanded experience. If your company did a good job with the image the performance might not suffer that much from the lack of EE.

Ideapad Y730 - Lack of Lenovo Enhanced Experience

I was reading about the Lenovo Enhanced Experience that comes with Windows 7. I was surprised that the list of laptops did NOT include the Ideapad Y730. Does anyone know why a laptop of this caliber was not included in the Lenovo Enhanced Experience Program?

Lenovo Enhanced Experience 8 and Lenovo ThinkPad Edge S430

Hi,
My Lenovo ThinkPad Edge S430 is listed in the "supported W8" systems, http://shop.lenovo.com/gbweb/gb/en/learn/products/ee8/index.html
But what is "Lenovo Enhanced Experience 8"? Should be some software available? Should be something available? So far, I got my hands over some drivers (card reader, hotkey, active protection system) and little more. Should something else be installed in the notebook to improve it's performance?

Windows 7 Lenovo Enhanced Experience

Hey guys,
I just read the post on the new EE machines and was wondering whether it's just a BIOS and Software update or complete different hardware? For instance, If I buy the new x200 Tablet with multitouch now, will I be able to upgrade it later, to make it as fast as an Enhanced Experience machine?

If you go throught the above mentioned article you will notice that lenovo's thinkvantage and other technoogies are increasing the the effciency of the inbuilt features of WIndows 7!

Lenovo Enhanced Experience 2.0 Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Hello, sorry for my English, my Windows is slow and I want to reinstall it. But I dont have DVD with original Windows 7 with EE 2.0. On my HDD it is not too. Where can I download original Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Slovak version with EE 2.0 ? My laptop is Lenovo IdeaPad Z570 blue. Thank you.

i would recommend that you call Service to request a factory recovery dvd set.

Lenovo Enhanced Experience

Is it possible to upgrade this piece of software on a T400? I'm reading a lot of good reviews due to its fast boot and shut down times.

Doesn't say it supports T400 but it seemed to install fine on mine. Reduced startup to desktop by ten seconds, but my Windows has been acting weird lately so my numbers won't be too relevant.

2. Is there driver package for T61p with all Lenovo drivers in order not to install each of them separately after the installation of standart windows 7 (not EE)?
You can use Lenovo system update to get all drivers easily. Windows 7 is not yet supported in system update but will be soon.

every port will install native under vista x64. if displaylink isn't picked up then you can download the driver here.

No Equalizer (AKA Enhancements tab) For SoundMax Driver

Is there a way I can get the Enhancements tab For my Lenovo ThinkPad T60p?
I really only want an equalizer for when I'm watching YouTube videos and other things that do not have an equalizer.
Also, my graphics card crashes a lot, is this because it is old, I overpower it (I play 3D games), or a combination?
