Someone know where i can download a working driver for windows 8.1 ?
The driver published for windows 8.1 in 16 october fails when i launch any game the driver crash
I reinstalled the so too and tried with amd website drivers but my card is no supported

I just upgraded my pc from windows 7 to windows 10 but, unfortunately the amd display driver did not work for the upgraded version.. searched the hp support for windows 10 drivers but apparently they do not hav any drivers for windows 10 for this pc..my pc model HP Pavilion G6 1200tx. Looking for AMD AHCI storage driver for Windows 7 64bit

I plan to downgrade Notebook 15-F009VM with AMD E1-2100 processor to Windows 7 64 bit. It looks like it has an AMD AHCI storage controller. Can anyone direct me to the driver so that I can load the Windows 7 OS on the system?

It seems that several folks are unable to find the right driver.
All I can tell you is that you can try the drivers in the Packages folder from the chipset driver at the link below. First driver on the list.

You can use a free file utility like 7-zip to extract the file folders from the exe file vice running it.

Welcome to the forum!
There is no official W7 driver for Radeon 9000, since your GPU is considered too weak to run that OS. You'll have to search the web for a modded driver.

Question.. i'm having a problem with my AMD/ATI VIDEO DRIVE.. It has been suggested to uninstall the program.. will my laptop run properly or how do i resolve this issue.. i no longer have a warranty it is almost 4 years old...

Your graphics card(and most hardware) requires drivers to run efficiently. If you do not have proper drivers installed your graphics card may run at full performance and overheat. The best thing to do is go to the AMD website and download the latest drivers for your graphics card.
Btw what problem are you facing?

AMD/ATI video driver and the display

I have had the computer shut down on me three times and go to the blue screen with the error statement about the video driver failing to work. I am also recieving the maintance message that the AMD/ATI video driver and the display are not working properly but it could not find a solution. I have an HP Pavilion dv7-7121nr. I believe also referred to as an beats audio envy.

It seems that you're getting a bsod error about the graphics. I will try to assist you with this.
Start with updating the graphics.
AMD High-Definition (HD) Graphics Driver
If that doesn't work, you can try using the HP Recovery Manager to reinstall the factory default drive.

ERROR MESSAGE: amd/ati video driver stopped working properly

I have an HP Pavillion dv7 Notebook PC, Prod# A1T60UA#ABA. My screen has gone black a few times while I have been using it and it takes a long time for my notedbook to boot up. I have received an error message from HP action center that the AMD/ATI Video Driver has stopped working properly I have an Intel Graphics Kernel Mode Driver - Intel Corporation - 8.15.10.2476 and an ATI Radeon Kernel Mode Driver - ATI Technologies Inc. - 8.01.01.1178 currently installed. I think these are my graphics drivers. I went to the HP Driver download and only found the Intel driver version that is currently on my system. I also have the current bios version on my sysem. I ran a complete diagnostics (5 hours) and everything passed.
I have searched the support forum an have not found a solution to my problem.
I am running operating system windows 7, 64 bit

Solve a problem with AMD/ATI Video Driver HP Touchsmart 610-1280

I get an error message saying that my AMD/ATI Video Driver has stopped working correctly and I need to update my driver but when I do on HP Support it says that the page doesn't exist. Any ideas where i can get this driver or how to fix this?

I understand that when you go to update your drivers on your HP TouchSmart 610-1280qd CTO Desktop PC AMD Graphic Drivers page you are getting page cannot be displayed. I am providing you with a direct link the HP TouchSmart 610-1280qd CTO Desktop PC Drivers. When there simply choose the operating system that you are using from the drop-down box and click NEXT. You can then scroll down till you see Driver - Graphics and click on it and you will see the link to your graphics card download page. Click on that and you are at the page you are needing.

Lenovo Thinkpad 8 Wifi driver for Windows 10?

I've installed Windows 10 Technical Preview on my Lenovo Thinkpad 8. It's been working pretty nicely, except for one thing: the Broadcom Wifi card driver (Broadcom BCM4324 Wireless LAN Driver). Since this doesn't work I have to use a USB antenna.
This driver has gotten no update since the release of the Thinkpad 8! I tried running it in "Windows 8 compatibiliy mode" and that still doen't work. Does anŷone know of a possible way to make it work (either with an update, or an older driver in compatibility mode)? Any idea or suggestion (or word from Broadcom) is welcome!

I had the same problem and installed the Win 8.1 version of the driver.
First deinstall the microsoft driver, download the driver from http://support.lenovo.com/<xx>/<xx>/products/tablets/thinkpad-tablet-series/thinkpad-8/?tabName=Down...
replace <xx> by your language code. eg. en (my language code was de)
look for Broadcom BCM4324 Wireless LAN Driver for Windows 8.1 (32-bit) - ThinkPad 8 or (64-bit in case)
Start the installer and you're done.

Welcome to the Lenovo Forums.
Just to check, if you boot in Safe Mode, are you able to load Windows? If booting to Safe Mode works, perform a clean boot and observe. This will isolate any possible 3rd party software that might be inteferring with the Windows startup.
If that doesn't work and Windows is hanging up on the loading screen then we're probably looking at a corrupted Windows file or a bad hardware. In this case, you may need to:
1. Reload the system via the OneKey Recovery (note that all ways on the OS partition will be wiped)
2. If reloading Windows doesn't work or the machine freezes up then you're prolly looking at a bad hardware (possibly the HDD).
Let me know how it goes.

where can i find a wireless driver for windows 7 on my x41 tablet pc?
The only thing i found on Lenovo's website is for vista, xp, and windows 2000

X301 and Vodafone and AT&T Wireless WAN (HSPA) Driver for Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit)

Ok, I (Lenovo) did it again.
System Update showed me this update: "Vodafone and AT&T Wireless WAN (HSPA) Driver for Windows 7 (32-bit, 64-bit)".
As I'm using Vodafone and I had a AT&T driver, I decided to update.
The result is, that now the GPS doesn't work.
Yes, I'm in a place where the GPS signal is present (my house, with the previous driver I was able to get 6/7 satellites).
What happens? Lenovo TV GPS stays there trying to fix the satellites, but nothing happens. I can't recover the system to a previous state, as I updated Flash player too, and Windows only show me the possibility to roll back this update.
So, apart advicing everyone not to update, I kindky ask:
- where can I found the previous driver? I searched the web without success...
- why does Lenovo deploy driver which can cause problems (I just had one updating the BT driver last week! .msi installer problem, error 1935...)?

Ok, I found in the Net the drive 7uw706ww.zip, which is Version 6.1.4.2, while the updated version is 6.1.10.5 (7UW708WW).
I tried again the GPS, and it wasn't working.
Anyway, before downgrading, I tried to reinstall the new driver, downloading and installing the .exe instead going through System Update.
Result: now GPS is working (same place, same conditions, just 5 minutes later)!
Don't know where the difference is...

How Can I get v1.52 of "ThinkPad Power Management driver for Windows"?

The subject says it all: How can I get v1.52 of the "ThinkPad Power Management driver for Windows Vista, XP, 2000, Me, 98 SE - ThinkPad" driver? Since installing v1.53 I've been experiencing screen issues (screen goes dark, and it's very hard to get the screen brightness back to normal) that seem to be tied to my T40p entering sleep mode / turning off the screen.
I want to see if reverting back to v1.52 fixes these problems.
