Lenovo Ideatab Miix 10 Touchscreen funtioniert nicht

Ich habe Probleme mit dem Touchsreen vom Miix 10, er reagiert nicht mehr auf touch und gesten. Wenn ich im Geräte-Manager die beiden Treiber für I2C HID lösche geht der Touchscreen wieder, ab und zu muß ich aber neu booten. Auch meine Lautsprecher hören sich auf einmal sehr schrill an. Vieleicht wissen Sie eine Lösung dieser Probleme.

für das Miix 10 (nicht Miix 2 10) ist ein Firmware-Update für den Touchscreen verfügbar:

Fällt der Touchscreen nach Installation des Updates weiterhin aus, nimm bitte Kontakt zum Support auf, da es auch ein technisches Problem geben kann.

So the warranty on my 3 Lenovo IdeaTab K3 Lynx is expired and all restore partitions are corrupted, although the hardware is in good sound condition im left with paper weights. I have contacted Lenovo Support and spoken to about 12 people in a matter of 3 days. Lenovo options are: 1. purchase extended warranty for $400 (this according to the person i spoke with) 2. Send my Lenovo IdeaTab K3 Lynx to a repair center for an initial cost of about $100 plus whatever they find wrong with the tablet. I would much rather install Windows 8 and all the drivers for the Lenovo IdeaTab myself. Lenovo Ideatab support unlike Toshiba support refuses to sell a recovery USB or ISO.
I have tried to boot a windows 8 USB with EFI but no success. ALL Recovery partitions are corrupted, to there is no other way but to reinstall a copy of windows on to the Lenovo IdeaTab K3 Lynx. Ghosting the tablet also did not work.
at this point i would be happy to install Linux as well.
anyone have any ideas?

I believe you take the top part off where the camera is. I too want to know how to do this. Also, since you're the only other person here, I have a question. If you watch youtube in HD, do you get massive lag and audio off by alot? When I watch youtube in HD, it's just unwatchable.

I am curious how do I get into bios on my Lenovo IdeaTab Lynx tablet?
Ps. It does not have a keyboard.

2 Lenovo ideatab A2107A, front facing camera works on one but not the other

i just purchased two of the same lenovo ideatab A2107A from best buy and i noticed that when trying to take a picture on one i was able to zoom in and change to the front facing camera. The other i can get into the camera, but i cannot zoom in nor can i switch to front facing camera (the icon is not even there). the other camera works well, zoom, video and all, the other i cannot zoom and i cannot switch, any thoughts besides factory resetting?

You can try to:
1. Download the latest updates Over The Air (OTA) to get the latest patches and bug fixes on the OS (go to settings > about tablet > check for system update).
2. Download a camera app utility like Camera Zoom FX to see if you can zoom in and out and switch to the front facing camera.

Icloud deaktivieren funtioniert nicht

nach dem dem Update 7.0.3
Backup funtioniert nicht, da ich erst die icloud deaktivieren muss. Diese lässt sich nicht deaktiveren.

Habe das gleiche Problem, WIN 7 mit Opera. Vor 3 Wochen hatte noch alles funktioniert. Wenn ich an meinen Computer im Büpro gehe (Mozilla Firefox) da kann ich mich problemlos anmelden. Auf meinem Laptop, obwohl Internet und alles funktioniert, nicht.

Need english firmware for Lenovo Ideatab A-3000-H quadcore

I cannot find Stock English firmware for Lenovo IDEATAB A-3000-H . I only found chinese firmware here.
Cannot even find on support page.
I tried installing google-apps but everything crashed too, gmail crashes , gtalk crashes , that sucks.
Anyone have some success with A-3000-H?

The Lenovo A3800-d is meant to be sold an used only in China.It's a China only model and as a consequence dosen't/won't have a official ROW (rest of the World) firmware.
Chinese models are only in Chinese&English, don't have GAPPS/GMS(Google services like the Play Store/Not allowed in CN) and are full of Chinese apps.
Unfortunately at the moment I'm not aware of a unofficial ''custom'' multilingual ROM/firmware for the A3800-D model.
Also as far as I know the model is TD-SCDMA 3G/TD-LTE 4G = 3G/4G is meant to work only in CN with a certain local provider.That's why it's got the ''China Mobile'' logo on the back.
I know this isn't the answer you were looking for but I haven't got a better one....

I’m sorry to hear that the inbuilt memory of the Tablet is displayed low, below is the link where it explains the reason for the same and I suggest you to update software in the tablet by connecting it to a Wireless network and then go to Settings > About phone > System update > Online update.
Why is my device internal storage less than advertised?

I am having an identical problem with the Miix 2 10 I just received. The Touchscreen will stop responding but a driver reset will get it back 100% of the time. Unfortunately I can easily get it to stop responding again by wailing on the OS keyboard or playing a game. This seems like a software issue (likely firmware or BIOS) but I am returning the unit and getting a new one to try and rule out hardware issues. Also, I am happy to make such a catastrophic quality control issue as costly as possible for Lenovo. Hopefully there will be drivers or firmaware posted soon to update this but in the mean time I hope they like shipping brand new hardware, free of charge, ad infinitum.

Just get another Miix 2 if the current one is deffective and Lenovo is not going to fix it using SW update in timely fashion.
I did it as I loved some aspects of Miix 2 and there was no suitable alternative at the monent.
The 1st one was deffective in screen / backlight area. Screen clouding, weird patterns on back of the screen, like someone pushed a palm with spreaded fingers from the back when mounting in factory. Unacceptable.
The 2nd one was deffective in touch screen area as described in this thread. Unacceptable.
The 3rd and possibly final one is relatively ok so far. Volume rocker has issues and tends to stay in + position but that's negligible compared to previous show stopper issues.
All three tablets are affected by low volume cracking problem as pointed out in other thread. Tablets were purchased in Czech Republic. I wonder whether other batches / production series are as bad as ours. I am even tempted to say they used us as guinea pigs and sold us pre-production samples. Given the fault rate what else I could conclude?
Still, i am overly disapponted with how Lenovo treated this tablet and it's launch. By the time of launch in my country, there were no specs at Lenovo site, no data sheets, no papers, nothing, void. Pure and blatant ignorance. All retailers in my area listed tablet with incomplete or downright invalid specs, like that GPS is included (it is not!), like display is 1920x1080 (it is not), like miniHDMI is present (whereas microHDM is). I blame Lenovo for not providing those specs in time and adequate precision.
That's not all. In my area Miix 2 10" is only available without dock / keyboard. Keyboard is not even purchasible separately, still not one month after the launch. No single other accessory is purchasible as well. This is just frustrating and dissapoing.

Miix 8 touchscreen issue

Typing fast on the keyboard frequently results in strange characters, the kind that are supposed to require a press and hold to select. This issue is discussed in the following review and show around 6:10 in the video.

Lenovo hasn't done anything or made any specific updates for this device since its release, looking at the dates on its website:

Lenovo IdeaPad Miix 2 (10") - Windows 8.1 Feature oder Lenovo-Tool?

Hallo,
nach Rücksprache mit dem Support habe ich Windows 8.1 Pro (32 Bit) installiert. Hierzu habe ich alle bestehenden Daten / Installationen gelöscht und Windows 8.1 vom USB-Stick neuinstalliert.
Soweit hat auch alles super gepasst, wie mit dem Support besprochen habe ich danach alle Treiber und das BIOS-Update eingespielt. Auch alle Windows-Updates sind installiert.
Mein Problem ist - ich bekomme es nicht hin, das bei kurzem drücken des Ein- und Ausschalters das das Display abschaltet und Windows gespeert wird. Gerade bei einem Tablet das ich z.B. Unterwegs nutze ist das aber enorm wichtig für mich!
Ist das ein Feature von irgend einem Service-Tool von Lenovo?

Das kannst du eigentlich in den Energieoptionen einstellen.
Schau mal unter Erweitere Energieeinstellungen ändern und dort unter Netzschalter und Zuklappen oder ähnlichen Bezeichnungen.

Lenovo Flex 14-2 Tastatur funktioniert nicht

Hallo heut morgen wollte ich meinen Laptop starten aber konnte gleich einmal nicht mein Passwort eingeben, weil die Tastatur nicht mehr funktionierte. Das Touchpad und der Touchscreen funktioniert noch aber die Tastatur gar nicht. Hab auch schon gesucht ob ich irgendwie die Tastencombination Fn F6 zustande bekomm aber per Bildschirmtastatur hat es zumindest nichts gebracht. Mir ist der Laptop weder runtergefallen oder sonst irgendwas. Danke jetzt schoneinmal für eine schnelle Antwort

Versuch am besten mal ob die Tastatur im BIOS, dem Recovery-Modus oder auch einem Live-System funktioniert. Sollte das der Fall sein liegt es vermutlich an Windows. Wenn nicht würde ich entweder auf einen Hardware-Defekt tippen oder aber beim Anschluss der Tastatur hat sich etwas gelöst.

Lenovo G710 F4-Taste funktioniert nicht.

Ich habe ein Problem mit der F4-Taste.
Es ist egal, ob ich F4 drücke oder Fn+F4, in beiden Fällen passiert das gleiche, indem ich gefragt werde, ob
ich alle aktuellen Anwendungen schließen will.
Ich habe ein PC-Spiel, bei dem die Fn+F4-Taste eine bestimmte (andere) Bedeutung hat, die nicht funktioniert.
Bei Freunden, die einen PC nutzen, funktioniert das. Ich habe schon den tel. Support (01805/366869) kontaktiert. Hier wurde lediglich im BIOS die Hotkey-Funktion ausgestellt, das Problem bleibt, die F4-Taste schließt nur die Anwendung.Ich habe auch schon den technischen Support der e-Mail angeschrieben, bisher aber keine Eingangsbestätigung meiner Anfrage erhalten.
Ich nutze Windows 8.1

Also die Tastatur-Belegung /-Funktion sieht beim G710 ist wie folgt:
Über die Funktionstaste Fn können die Funktionstasten Pos1, Ende, Bild "hoch", Bild "runter" (rechte obere Seite der Tastatur) genutzt werden.
Fn + Pos 1 --> Aktiviert die Pause-Funktion
Fn + Ende --> Aktiviert die Abbrechen-Funktion
Fn + Bild "hoch" --> aktiviert / deaktiviert die Rollen-Taste
Fn + Bild "runter" --> aktiviert die Systemabfrage
Über die Hotkeys (F1 - F12) kann man schnell auf bestimmte Einstellungen zugreifen.
Der Hotkey F4 schließt immer das aktuell aktive Fenster.
Die Kombination der Funktionstaste Fn + dem Hotkey F4 hat hier keine Funktion.

Ideapad Z500 touch - der Touchscreen funktioniert nicht mehr nach upgrade auf win 8.1

ich habe diesen lenovo ideapad Z500 Touch vor 1 Jahr gekauft, und seit dem Upgrade auf Win 8.1 funktioniert mein Bildschirm nicht mehr wir vorher, also ich konnte durch Fingerberührung den Bildschirm benutzen für Eingaben. der Touchpad Treiber von Synaptics ist für das Touchpad unter der Tastatur, das hat mit dem Bildschirm selbst nichts zu tun. Wann hast du das Upgrade auf Windows 8.1 durchgeführt?
Ich gehe mal davon aus, das bei dem Upgrade etwas schief gelaufen ist. Die Touchfunktion des Bildschirms, wird nämlich von einem Microsoft-Treiber des Betriebssystems geregelt.
Geh bitte einmal in den Geräte-Manager und schau als erstes ob dort bei irgendwelchen Geräten ein gelbes Ausrufezeichen oder dergleichen mit angezeigt wird.
Wenn ja -> Bitte den Namen des Geräts hier posten und die Meldung (findest du wenn du das Gerät mit Rechtsklick -> Eigenschaften öffnest)
