Lenovo Mini Wireless Laser Mouse N10 - drivers? manual?

Model  45J7731
I just purchased this mouse, and I'm happy with it, but I was wondering if there are drivers or a manual.
The mouse works except for the left and right click of the scroll wheel.  I can't find drivers, so the mouse is just recognized with the default mouse drivers.  The wheel definately clicks left and right, but these don't seem to be recognized by any software.
The mouse came with 3 different materials.  One was completely chinese, One was a basic manual that had a single page with pictures of how to install the battery and turn the mouse on (the many other pages were a multitude of languages, warranty info, and warnings), and the last was a laser warning packet.  I think there is an LED in the top of the mouse, but I have no idea what it means or when it should be on (maybe low battery? - that would be useful).
The lenovo service website doesn't seem to have any information on this mouse, so I'm not sure where to look.  Any advice for drivers and / or a useage manual?

Hi, I tried all the tricks listed here with no luck, but I think I've finally found the solution.
Try using "any device" option, then, when the assistant tries to pair with the device, there's a button called "passkey options", click it and then select the option "Don't use a passkey".
The mouse will pair successfully. Mine is working great on my iMac.

  • Cannot pair microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000

Have been trying to pair microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 in Leopard 10.5.6 in a Macbook, the latest Mac Mini & a G4 mini to no avail, all have failed to be paired in the very last step of the bluetooth step up, but were able to do so in boot camp windows, so it should not be the problem with the bluetooth, anyone can help? thanx.....

  • Syncing Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000

I was wondering if the Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 could be synced to the Mac with Apple's bluetooth technology. Microsoft has provided a USB bluetooth device, but I was wondering if I could use the Bluetooth Setup Assistant to set up this particular device. Everytime I try, it says "Device not found." I have installed the Microsoft IntelliPoint software that came with the mouse.

You're really asking in the wrong place: iSync is a Mac OS X application used to synchronize contact, event and task information with selected mobile handsets, smartphones and Palm handheld organizers.
Instead, you should post a query in the Bluetooth forum, here.

  • Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 and Leopard/Mac

I wasn't able to get my Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 working under 10.4 but am trying again with Leopard - so far fruitlessly. With the latest version of Intellipoint for Mac (6.2.2) installed, my bluetooth seteup assistant will find the mouse when it's in pairing mode - but when it attempts to pair using an empty passkey it always fails.
    Help please!

I just got this mouse and DID successfully PAIR it with my Macbook.
    I did these steps.
    1. Install Intellipoint 6.2.2
    2. Connect it using the supplied dongle. It should work fine.
    3. After you have tested it with that, remove the dongle and go to set up bluetooth device from the Bluetooth menu option (enable this in system preferences).
    4. On the setup choose Mouse (not Any Device like I saw in some other posts)
    5. Click Continue and while it is searching, press and HOLD the pairing button on the mouse. The battery display should be solid green while you are doing this (not green and red). After a few seconds, the display should say "Microsoft Wireless Laser 8000" mouse is found.
    6. Click Continue, and it will attempt to connect and pair. Again, press and HOLD the pairing button on the mouse while it is doing this. If successful, it should then show up as paired in the bluetooth pref pane (see image below).

  • Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 5000

I unwrapped a new MS Wireless Laser Mouse 5000. It appears to have a plastic wrap on the top. Like the cling wrap on some electronic items. It doesn't seem to want to come off. The sides are the same texture as other MS mice. Anyone else seen this plastic cover and tried to remove it? I don't want to damage the surface.
    Thanks,
    - Craig

Found out that it has a slick finish.

  • Lenovo ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse 0A36407 battery life

I am wondering what is the real battery life of Lenovo ThinkPad Bluetooth Laser Mouse (0A36407) ? Connected to Windows 8.1 machine. Lenovo advertises 4 to 6 months but I'd like to know the real value

It depends on the user scenario(How many hours you will use and if you will turn off the mouse at night). Based on my experience, it is about 6 months or more.

  • Nano Wireless Laser Mouse w/ USB Receiver- not recognizing

I bought a WIreless Laser Mouse with a USB receiver, and the USB receiver is recognized, yet the mouse still doesn't work. I've replaced the batteries with new ones in case that was the issue; it wasn't. It was working about a week ago, after which I moved to the UK, but as it's battery-powered that shouldn't really be an issue. Is there some stupid thing I'm missing, an on/off switch or something? Anything else I should try?
    Thanks in advance.

Could be a number of reasons that your USB mouse is no longer working. Check the batteries again. This time use a voltmeter. Just because the batteries are new in the package doesn't mean that they're not old or damaaged. Check the mouse for a switch. With the move, the switch, typically on the bottom of the mouse, could have been switched. Check the mouse dongle in the USB port. Maybe it's not seated fully in the port. Or try a different USB port.

  • Trying to return a defective Lenovo Mini Wireless Keyboard 57Y6336

I am hoping someone can help me since at this point I am completely frustrated.
I received a Mini Wireless Keyboard Friday I ordered direct from Lenovo. It turns out it is defective and phone support has been completely useless as far as I can tell. Several of the keys don't work and the trackball is so loose you have to keep a finger on it otherwise the mouse cursor doesn't stay still. I spent over an hour on the phone on Friday trying to get a RMA to do a defective return, but apparently every department I talked couldn't help me so had to transfer me to someone else. I finally spoke to someone who I thought issued a RMA, but when I got home from work today I had a message from the same person saying I need to call 877-453-6686 which is both the second and fourth number I was transfered to and they should be able to help me. At this point I am over this and just want to return this so I can get my money back.
I figured I would try on the forums since I have had no luck via the phone.

As far as I can tell there is no one at Lenovo that handles this item so I might as well put in for a credit card dispute. I tried calling several times last week and again today.
Every department I am connected to says they don't handle accessories unless it came with a PC.
I wish I had known this was how my experience would be before I bought the N5901.

  • Lenovo Wireless Laser Mouse 0A36188 looking for receiver

    Hello,
Can I order a receiver for my wireless mouse model 0A36188? If not any lenovo nanoreceiver will work, how can I order the one that works with my mouse? Thanks.
    Boris

Hey, try to uninstall all USB drivers and restart, but first remove the receiver of the mouse. On restart, windows will reinstall all USB drivers. Then plug in the receiver to the mouse.

  • Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000 cannot be paired on Leopard

    Hi,
I could connect my Microsoft WLM 8000 on Leopard but I could not pair it. Everything is working fine, including buttons configuration, except when I have to restart my computer... my BT connection brakes and the mouse stops working. Note: I am not using BT receptor that comes with the mouse.
I have tried to set up bluetooth device using all types of passkey configuration (available on any device option) and did not get success on it - always I receive an error message.
Could someone help me on this matter?
    Thanks

    I've found a band-aid...
    1. Go to system preferences then bluetooth;
    2. Click on advanced button;
    3. Deselect the first option to avoid BT assistant at start-up;
You will need to click 3-4 times until your mouse becomes stable.
I hope somebody finds out a definitive solution.

  • Nano receiver wireless laser mouse thumb wheel flashes red

Please forgive if this is a stupid question.  What does it mean when the thumb wheel on my mouse flashes red?  If it is the low battery indicator then I am going through a lot of batteries as they do not seem to last very long.  Part Number PA3745U-1ETB

  • New Intel Mac Mini - wireless mouse v slow

    Hi all
I've just bought my first MAC, a nice core duo intel mini. Having used PCs for years it came as a nice suprise to boot up and configure everything in next to no time.
    However.....
I'm using a apple wireless keyboard and mouse. The keyboard seems to be fine, but the mouse is very very slow and jerks around a lot. If I switch to a (dare I say it) Microsoft wireless USB mouse, it works fine, no speed loss at all.
I guess it's something to do with the bluetooth and airport clashing? Or maybe I just have a duff wireless mouse?
Any mac gurus who can help me out?
    TIA
    Tim

I'm using this in my living room, and when I'm on the couch about 10 feet away it's a lot like having an extremely dirty non-optical mouse in that, as you move the cursor, it's constantly getting "stuck" and doesn't move as far as you expect, in a random sort of way. In addition, the cursor's movement is a little behind the mouse's movement.
If I put the mouse next to the computer, the problem goes away.
This in addition to the Airport signal problems indicates that it's an RF problem - poor antenna, shielding due to the enclosure, interference due to the new circuitry - something like that. I'm using the new mini in the same location as the old one, and I'm using the mouse in the same location. The new one has problems and the old one doesn't.

  • Wireless Laser Comfort Mouse

Just installed software and driver for
Wireless Laser Comfort Mouse - Product Number XA965AA#Abb
When I go to the HP Mouse Control Center it says "No device found"
All the basic functions of the mouse work, left / right clicks and scroll but i can not configure any of the other buttons.
I've look up the support for this mouse on the hp site and it's was less than helpful, only gave me the chance to download a quick start up leaflet, very useful!
    Any help anyone?????????

    Hello Guys:
Did any one you go to the control pannel and click on mouse icon and opened it? Mouse Properties click on hardware your mouse that you just installed or connected shoud be listed. Right now you are using HID-compliant mouse. Witch is HP's mouse figuration. See if that works for you. I am not sure but the HP Keyboard may be restricting new mouse setting as well. I do know from my own experience when the keyboard faild do to corrupt software already in keyboard the mouse went as well. That is why HP sends both mouse , keyboard and blue tooth as a repaired set. I  also knew some body here on this forum replace his new store brand mouse and Keyboard as a set. Your mouse should have came with it's own blue tooth device. Try using it along with the one installed for HP's Keyboard see if your mouse works then. frrw

  • Does the hp mini wireless mouse work with a mac?

Does the hp mini wireless mouse work with a mac?

The only one that will work with OSX is the one you order with the Mac Pro from Apple. The others don't have the correct firmware for OSX.
I've also noticed that the online store lets have an option for the QuadroFX 5800 to purchase with a Mac Pro
No, it's the NVIDIA Quadro FX 5600. That is the only way to get it. NVIDIA does not sell it directly.
