hi there!!!
i hav bought lenovo s650 few days back and had issues with it from day 1 it came with jelly bean 4.2 and it had issue of wifi connectivity and phone getting heatup while playing any game for about 5 to 10 mins also battery was getting drained in half day with normal usage , then i gave it to lenovo support center they updated to kit kat 4.4 , now the wifi connectivity issue has been solved but heat up issue is still the same alongwith new issue of Sim signal lost when i use two sims, the sim1 signal gets lost only sim 2 works , also i m facing the same battery drainage issue i m very fed up of this set in just few days. i have used other brands like huawei and sony but never faced these issues..

You updated through OTA?
Try factory reset. If that doesn't help, try flashing other versions of the modem through custom recovery. You can take the modems from here:

Your iBookG4 is still a pretty awesome Mac. Like already said, it has the power to run Leopard, but it depends if you have an internal DVD drive.
Then I suppose you have to add up the cost of the OS, perhaps another 512MB RAM, iLife 08 and replacements for any favourite apps that you currently use (Leopard breaks a lot of stuff, but Intel breaks even more). Compare it to the cost of a new MacBook, which wil have all of that included and be 3-4x faster too.
It also depends on what you want to achieve with your iBook. My PMG4 still cuts it today, I still use it in preference to my new Mac Pro, It's about the same age as your iBook, and I'll only stop using it when it becomes "painfully" slow. My 1 year old son currently uses the Mac Pro (parts for a Mac Pro are easier to replace than those for a PMG4).
I think your choice is simple, if you can a cheap copy of Tiger, use that, it'll get your iPod Touch up and running. It came in DVD and 4 CD version (by request).
Leopard will work for you too but a lot of the best eye-candy requires quite a meaty graphics card and you may need a RAM upgrade and replacement software - OS9 Classic is not supported in Leopard.

i deleted all recovery and other partition, i did not think what can i do,
but then i activated windows and installed all driver, but i taking
after all drivers it stayed

and when i rebooted, it says, usb device not recognized'' and also
''pci data acquisition and signal processing center'' devices problem for windows 8. and touchscreen not working.
i read related for w7 same problem, but what i will do now ?

By opening your Device Manager right click on one unknown device and choose properties,
>On the properties windows Click on the Details Tab, on the property drop down Choose hadware IDs
> then copy the value and post back here whats on the Value pane
Do it for all those unknown Device and Post here the Value of the hardware ids
also can you share your Windows Version and bit type so we'll knwo the correct download page for you

Error 9006 when restoring your iOS device indicates that there is security software on your computer which is preventing connection to the Apple server or your device. To troubleshoot this issue please follow the directions below.

N8 poor signal reception and other hardware issues...

I have always been a Nokia fan . I started with Nokia 6600, then N70, then N82 and now a Nokia N8.
However, I am facing the worst experience with N8 reception issues.
The problems faced are as under :
1) Poor Signal Reception Issues - Signal strength is weak and is constantly fluctuating compared to other Nokia Phones. At my workplace, if Nokia N82 displays 5 bars, N8 would display only 1 or 2 bars.
2) Phone freezes many times. Whenever an Alarm is enabled, phone freezed much more.
3) Purple Tint in the display. Nokia Service Centre says that its normal but according to me, they are just ignoring this issue.
4) Vibration is weak : I often do not realize when the phone is vibrating in my pocket !!
Upcoming Symbian Anna will just improve the user interface but will not be able to solve these hardware issues.
If Nokia plans a hardware update facility for N8 users wherein they can fix the signal reception issues and increase the RAM to 1 GB atleast, I would retain this phone for few years.
But, now, I intend to switch to Samsung Galaxy S II.

I am agree with poor signal issue with nokia N8. I have two cell with one is N8 and other one is N26 with nearly 4.5 year old but at same place Nokia N8 showing very poor quality of network signal compared to N26. So for same network provider with two different cell with same manufacture how can drastic different that is also investing nearly RS.22000!
Please resolve the issue ASAP.

You should have a backup in the first place. If you don't, buy an external drive (they're inexpensive these days) and make a Time Machine or a clone backup (using Carbon Copy Cloner).
Then take your machine to your local Apple Store or an AASP and let them diagnose the computer. See if they can isolate what may possibly be making the 'clicking' sound.

Apple has to be more user friendly than to let something like this happen, right?

Did you change the ID, or did you create a new Apple ID? If you had simply changed the ID then what I suggested above should work as the ID itself is the same (even though the name of the ID - the address - has changed).
However if you created a new ID, logged in with that, and purchased items on it, then you have two separate IDs each with purchased associated with them. You say that you can't log in to the original account with the 'alternate' email - have you tried logging in with the original email address? It doesn't matter if it doesn't actually work to receive mail, as far as logging in is concerned it's just a text string.

Send Issues and Signal Flow

Hello, all. I (and Bee Jay) had quite a long thread based upon the issues regarding Logic's tendency to disable a track's panning curves when you send that track out to an Auxiliary with effects. That is to say if you put some panning on a track and THEN you send a bus to an effected Auxiliary, then you'll end up hearing your track with the effect on it but going straight up the middle/through both speakers as opposed to panned like you had it. Bee let me know that this is because Logic places the send and it's effect BEFORE the track's signal, so it nullifies whatever panning you made on the track itself.
Somebody help me further please. Is this a SIGNAL FLOW issue? And if it is, is there then a way to re-route Logic's Send signal flow (in the Enviornment, perhaps) in such a manner that the signal DOESN'T go before your track's signal, but after? Am I even on the right track here?
It just seems . . . odd (not to mention harrowingly inconvenient) to 1) loose the panning curves you made if you try to send a track after the fact, and 2) have to add a plug in BEFORE beginning to work on a track because you think you might need it for a send . . .
I just know there's something I'm missing . . .
Any and all help is most dually appreciated.

Aux sends going before the channel's pan control, you mean.
Is that a signal flow issue? and, if so, can it be re-routed?
It's just the way Logic's channel strips work. If you want to pan the aux send signal, you have two choices, as we already discussed.
You either forget panning the track with the pan control, and insert a plugin to pan instead. That way, you're panning the audio before it hits the sends and faders, so everything will be panned the same.
Or you route the aux send to a "middleman" aux as I think Justin also mentioned, pan there, and send the audio onto the aux with your FX.

I think you are probably just expressing yourself badly there - of course using an aux doesn't mean you lose your track panning. You can still pan the track on the channel without problems, it's just you can't pan the aux signal independently or together, if you want to match the track panning witth the aux send signal.
You wanna list of the things I don't understand why they did it that way in Pro Tools?
All systems are not perfect. Some issues, implementations or missing features affect some people more than others. This is the way Logic works (currently) and there are two main workarounds - and a workaround, though obviously not perfect, is better than nothing.
You can keep posting asking other people on this, but unless I'm very wrong and missing something big (or just have really sucky memory recall! they aren't going to tell you anything I haven't already...

Edge has very clear restrictions, one being that you must have 6 months of clean payment history which you don't. Either wait until April 14, or good luck at Sprint.
I am unsure how it can be determined the payment mix up was the fault of CS, but regardless, the mix up was done. There can be any number of reasons why a payment could be missed without any fault on your part, however you are still the responsible party for the account and must live with the repercussions.

Lenovo 14 20DM correct driver for 'Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller'

Hi Everyone, I am the happy owner of a new Yoga 14 20DM. A few days ago I made the decision to upgrade to Windows 10. Whilst the upgrade went smoothly I did have to install a number of drivers manually. At the moment I am stuck on trying to install the 'PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller' (as shown below). I have tried right clicking on the device then selecting Properties > Driver (tab) > Update Driver > Search automatically for updated driver software, however doing so only shows the screen capture below! Furthermore I have searched the Lenovo support page for a suitable driver however none is available! http://support.lenovo.com/au/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/thinkpad-yoga-series-laptops/thinkpad-yoga-14/20dm?TabName Finally I have also installed, and run, 'System Update 5' the software program available from Lenovo. However it was not able to install a correct driver for this device. I have done a little searching on this topic, and have read a couple of stories about people installing an incorrect driver for this device, and then experiencing blue screens! Hi Ingemann, Ultimately I decided on the newest version of the Intel Chipset Device Software (INF Update Utility), which at this time (on the Intel website) is version 10.0.27. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/20775/Intel-Chipset-Device-Software-INF-Update-Utility- Interestingly enough I was presented with the message below when I ran this executable. I selected Downgrade (with some trepidation), and after rebooting was pleasantly surprised to see that the troubled device was missing from the list. Strange problem with Lenovo S650

I have an interesting problem with Lenovo S650.
If it stay in 2G/3G mode - it connect and work in 3G network well. But if I put "only 3G" mode, it don't connect to the 3G network.
I changed SIM-cards, modems, firmware, mobile operators - Nothing change.
What is the problem? Thank you.

Because your network needs both 2G and 3G to establish an internet connection. When the signal is low ,3G is favored/preferred (WCDMA Preferred or Auto )...but that uses more power. Don't actually need 3G all the time.
This isn't the root of your problem ...Actually isn't a problem at all .
Now can you tell me your firmware build number(Settings>About phone.. ) ?
Did you had this problem from day 1?
Did you get the phone from China and flashed the ROW firmware yourself? Got the firmware from some Russian forum and changed some regional code at the first boot...by any chance?
Beside flashing different baseband modems, have made other alterations (Like changing engineering mode settings... )

Help my recover my lenovo s650 to official rom

plz help me i have lenovo s650 i formated it and lost my imei
and i installed a rooted rom "vibeui_v2.0_1439_7.3.1_st_s650_baralajbi " .
i need to unroot my device and return back to official rom with my imei because every time i make factory reset
i must use android mtk to recover my imei .

You can try this(can't guarantee 100% that it will work but it's worth a try)->
Install THIS (ALTERNATIVE LINK to the app)and follow the instructions from HERE
Open --> Engineer Mode --> Engineer Mode (MTK) -->Connectivity Tab -->CDS Information -->Radio Information
- select Phone 1
- you can see AT+ at the top
- type AT+EGMR=1,7,"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"(x=your 15-digit FIRST IMEI)
- press "SEND AT COMMAND"
- reboot your phone
For the second IMEI
- select Phone 2
- type AT+EGMR=1,10,"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"(x=your 15-digit SECOND IMEI)
*If you get ''this command is not allowed in userbuild'' or similar message->
Put a space between AT and + Should look like this->AT +EGMR=1,7,”(your 15-digit FIRST IMEI)”
Same goes for the second IMEI AT +EGMR=1,10,"xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"(x=your 15-digit SECOND IMEI)
AT + instead of AT+
- reboot your phone
*#06# to check IMEI
If you want to use the app's other ''settings'' you do require root access.
You can use THIS APP to root your device,(download to your phone->allow unknown sources in Settings->Security->install).
The above IMEI restore method is generally risk free.
As you probably already discovered(you can do a search on ''restore'',''replace'' or ''rewrite IMEI on MTK'') there are other methods to repair your IMEI.
Some methods do involve risks.Use at own risk.
Also please keep in mind that in many countries changing/replacing the IMEI number/s is illegal.

Heating problem and battery backup

My experience with Apple TV and HDMI/HDCP issues

I am convinced that it is the software update to 4.2.2 from 4.2.1 that is causing this issue. All forms of applications only worked once for me and then it reverted back to HDCP issues. I read several postings everywhere including plenty at Apple's forum and AVS where people were very frustrated with this HDCP issues. Anyways, here is what I did before taking it back to Apple store....I bought AUVIO high speed cables from Radio Shack which is rated very high and tried that and I still got HDCP issues when using NetFlix or AirPlay from iPad. Youtube from Apple TV always worked well without HDCP complaints.
I packed everything back and took it to Apple Store (you can return without re-stocking fee up to 14 days from the day of purchase). After 14 days, you cannot even return it and you can ONLY fix it. I waited for a Technician. They heard my complaints but didn't refute any of it (possibly because they have had numerous complaints on this product). It took 5 minutes inside for them to test and see similar issues with the box that I had. So, they have swapped it for a new box. Before I left the store, I checked the settings including software version and Audio/Video settings in the Apple TV that is connected at the store. I found three main differences none of which the Apple customer service staff agreed could be the reason for my problems (surprise!!)
1. The software update from the shelf and the one they were using was NOT updated to 4.2.2 (it was still running 4.2.1)
2. Because of the software update, the Audio/Video setting for HDMI had the options to toggle between Auto, RGBy, RGBhi & RGBlo bandwidth. I believe this was in place to make the HDMI interface output as component with higher or lower bandwidth but the newer update will ONLY give you the Auto option (!!!)
3. They had this directly Ethernet wired and not through Wireless network and were recieving the all the full bar strength signals. On the box that I returned, eventhough I have 18 Mbps speed at the house (any given time of the day), the Network speed test was taking a long time. Moreover, after the Apple TV network test, it doesn't spit out the outcome of the tests (a BIG bummer and useless for testing).
Anyways, I took the new box and hooked it up directly to my SONY BRAVIA XBR3 TV to one of the HDMI ports, disabled the feature to send or recieve data to Apple directly and did NOT update the software. It worked fine and have tested all of the options. From what I have read so far (I have only spent 30 hours of my weekend on this when Apple product hookups are supposed to take 5 minutes ONLY), there is NO guarantee that it will work continuously as people have had things work on them for 6 months and then suddenly have the HDCP issues.
Will wait to see....if it continues to work....

I figured it out. Had to go to general settings on the main screen and restart. Synch of audio is much better.
