I have the type of mobile VIBE X2 , I used the French language in Mobile
When you attempt to contact anyone , Appear next to the name , Chinese writing !
As well as when to enter in contact

I want a way to prevent this Chinese word from appearing

If you haven't (previously) tampered with the device(Rooted,uninstall system apps,etc) and haven't used the wipe fuse data, wife format data options,you could select install update package to give the update another try.
....is there any link so I can upload the vibe x2-ap
Unfortunately I don't have access to any X2-AP firmware.If you do find a X2-AP firmware I could show you how to install it.
The other options is to take it to a Lenovo service center.A valid warranty should cover this.

Are you trying to connect to a 2.4GHz or a 5GHz network?
What encryption is your router set to use : AES,TKIP/AES,..?
Have you tried to unplug the router from the power source for 2-3 minutes->Plug it back in-> Wait until it establishes an Internet connection-> Try to recreate the phone connection.

[Lenovo Vibe X2 - AP]: SIM registration failed after firmware flashing

Hello forum,
I have a Lenovo Vibe X2 -AP, India version.
I flashed EU ROM in my phone only to realize that EU is meant for single SIM devices only. So in order to get second SIM working, I put CU & then TO ROM I found on needrom.com. With these Chinese ROMs my second 2G SIM started working but first LTE SIM was not getting registered. So I put EU ROM again .. Now both SIMs are not getting detected. IMEI is shown as "unknown".
There is no AP ROW ROM on the internet.
Is my device unrecoverable now? Do I Have any option?

Lenovo Vibe X2 Proximity sensor problem

Hi:
I recently bought Lenovo Vibe X2-EU. Proximity sensor was slow & stupid from the beginning but recently (may be after last automatic software update) it is not working.
I checked the forum for similar issues and based on solution I installed "Sensor Box for Android" app, it also shows the proximity sensor is malfunctioing and stuck on 1cm.
Please help me with this issue, because this sensor is the most usefull one.

You can use the Lenovo Companion app to test the proximity sensor.

Lenovo Vibe X - language problem - Mobile brought in beijing.

Hi,
Please help me out in the following problem.
I brought a new mobile in beijing china - Lenovo Vibe X, where i get the phone with all chinese language. i did changes in the settings. still all my apps are in chinese and basic commands from the phone appears in chinese.
Kindly help me out to solve the issue.

Lenovo Vibe X

I recently bought Lenovo Vibe X (S960), however there are no croatian language on it. Is it possible to install croatian language ? I suppose I need to install new firmware that has multilanguage support, but I cannot find such download link. Does anyone hava a link for download or is willing to make a backup of his firmware with multilanguage support ?

You're already running a custom firmware....Unfortunately even the official ROW(rest of the World) firmware dosen't support HR.
The easiest way to add HR to your phone is to root the phone(That's if you're not already rooted) and install THIS or THIS .
If you're not already rooted use the latest Vroot version to obtain root access

Lenovo VIbe X2 main camera cannot connect

Hi, I am using Lenovo Vibe X2 for the past 6 months. Suddenly my main camera is not connecting and throw up a message "Camera error - Cannot connect to Camera".
I tired various options like restart the phone, clear the cache in the app and factory reset. Nothing Works. Can any one help me to fix this problem. The front camera connects and main camera is showing error.

Hi Team,
I bought a brand new Lenovo vibe X2 from Flipkart and after using for a week I experience this problem.
The battery meter is stuck at 100% and suddenly I get a message "SIM is unplugged" and the mobile gets restarted. The battery meter also does not come down even though I keep using it.

Auto Reboot and blue screen on Lenovo vibe z2 pro (k920)

Hello Lenovo team, I have the same issue. Took the phone to the authorized service center in Jayanagar, Bangalore, India. They replaced the display and told me that the issues was resolved. The reason for blue screen and restart was mentioned as overheating due to excessive use of 3G connectivity. I was suggested by the authroized service staff to minimize my 3G connectivity usage. In the process of replacing the display, i am left with no company provided screen guard either. I come back home and the very next day the issue appears again. It restarts with blue screen every 2 minutes. The same way as before. Now the WiFi is permanently disabled as well. Cannot activate the soft button itself from the drop down menu.I am very disappointed. I paid a good price to buy the phone expecting good performance, durability and reliability. I had definitely not expected the phone to have such major functional issues within the first 6 months of purchase. I am only hoping that Lenovo understands the seriousness of the issue and provides me a replacement for the phone. I do have some videos of the issue, if it helps you in resolving the issue.

Lenovo Vibe X2 Bricked

Hi all, I need some help with my Lenovo Vibe X2.
I bought it new a month or two ago and I pretty enjoyed it. I did used kingroot, but I uninstall it after a day, because I didn't like it. In this morning a new update came out and I installed it, but the install failed, and my phone is now stuck in power on screen ( where "lenovo" and "powered by android" shows). What can I do to unbrick the phone. I tried entering in lenovo recovery and cleared all my data, but it's still stuck on that screen. I can't power off the phone. Please I need some help, I use this phone in everyday life, and I really need it.

Lenovo Vibe X2 notification

hi,
i have a questions about lenovo vibe x2..
i've tried to enabled notification on lenovo vibe x2 but i got the problem with this LED notification that if i have a message from Whatsapp and BBM the LED notification only blink once(can't repeat blinking). What is the problem with my lenovo vibe X2? i haven't root and using the last version of ROM(Updated over OTA).

You can see what app drains your batter in "Settings -> Power Manager -> Power consumption details". You can analyze that for a bit and adjust your phone accordingly. Factory reset would delete all third party apps that could drain your batter or readjust the phone settings, but you don't need to do that as long as you can find out what apps are draining your battery.
