Lenovo y580 manche Blu rays nicht erkannt

Hallo,
ich besitze ein lenovo y580-m7783ge und habe schon vor langer zeit das normale dvd laufwerk gegen ein Blu ray laufwerk (Optiarc BC-5500s) ausgetauscht.
Nun habe ich das problem, dass einige blu rays (the wolf of wall street & shutter island) nicht erkannt werden.
Aber die Blu rays "Blow" und "007 Ein Quantum Trost" werden problemlos erkannt und können auch abgespielt.
Der Film "7 psychos" lief am anfang ebenfalls, aber jetzt wird der film auch nicht mehr erkannt.
die blu rays werden mit dem programm powerdvd14 abgespielt & mein notebook hat das betriebssystem windows 7.
ich habe bereits versucht das laufwerk zu deaktivieren und wieder aktiviert & es deinstalliert und wieder installiert, aber das problem bleibt bestehen. könnt ihr mir helfen? vielen dank im voraus!

Naja genau das ist leider das Problem, das ja auch viele andere scheinbar
mit dem Laufwerk haben, das eben nicht alle funktionieren.
Sony scheint das ja auch schon behoben zu haben, nur gibt es scheinbar das
Update nicht f?r das Modell von dir.
Das es unter Windows 10 funktioniert bezweifle ich, da es nunmal
wahrscheinlich ein Firmware Problem ist. Welches Betriebssystem also das
Laufwerk nutzt ist da eigentlich egal.
Ich selbst besitze aktuell kein Blu-Ray Laufwerk, da ich es schlichtweg
nicht brauche. W?rde bei sowas aber immer nach einem Modell schauen, was
vielleicht auch Original vom Hersteller verwendet wird oder aber eines wo
ich sicher bin von wem es kommt, damit man in solchen F?llen seine
Anlaufstelle kennt.

nicht ganz ohne Grund raten veie Hersteller von Grafikkarten dazu, im Mobilbereich auf die Gerätetreiber der Produkthersteller zurückzugreifen, da diese den ursprünglichen Treiber noch für den verwendeten Adapter optimieren.
Wann genau und über welche Quelle hast Du das G500 bezogen? Bitte nenne uns genauere Gerätedaten (MT und S/N bzw. P/N Nummer, damit wir gezielter auf deine Frage eingehen können)
Leider wissen wir auch nicht, welche Spieleinstellungen (Auflösung, Texturen, Details) Du in deinen Spielen (welche genau sind das?) verwendest, aber die im G500 verbaute HD 8750M (die leistungsmäßig ungefähr auf der Höhe der NV GT 740 liegt) kann dazu führen, dass je nach Spiel die Einstellungen entsprechend angepasst werden müssen.
Von der Verwendung von "Alternativtreibern" raten wir aus Kompatibilitätsgründen ab.

X200/201 Ultrabase Blu-Ray drive

Does anybody know if Lenovo made a Blu-ray drive for the X200/X201 Ultrabase?
I can't find one on the UK website, but a search on the web finds an old writer that cost £700.
I am only needing a ROM not a writer.

If you get a lenovo one, I would recommend FRU P/N: 45N7459 (aka Panasonic UJ242).
I am pretty sure the Panasonic UJ232A came before the Panasonic UJ242.
When I bought my Thinkpad x201 + Ultrabase x200 the BluRay Burner was listed as an option for the Ultrabase x200, but Lenevo did not have it available for purchase at the time. I did find a new BluRay Burner on a different website at purchase time for the Ultrabase x200. It cost a 1000 dollars. I did not buy the Burner for 1K.
However, I recently got a Panasonic UJ242 with Lenovo's name on it, and the part number above is correct.
If you want to look beyond the part number, I know that Dell has at least one model laptop with a Panasonic Drive that meets the height requirements, and Sony has at least one model laptop with a Panasonic Drive that meets the height requirements. However, the shape of the drive door for a Dell laptop or a Sony laptop may not meet the requirements for the Ultrabase x200.
I am not saying that the Panasonic UJ232A will not work, but I do not know where to get the proper BD-R media for it. I would guess a blank Philips BD-R disk would work based on the fact that a blank Philips DVD+R worked.

ich würde mir gern Adobe Premiere Elements kaufen. Habe zurzeit die Testversion laufen. Damit gibt es aber ein gravierendes Problem, weshalb ich mich auch noch nicht zum Kauf des Programms durchgerungen habe. Adobe Elements erkennt meinen Blue Ray Brenner LG BP40NS20 nicht. Gibt es dafür eine Lösung?

There have been several reports recently of some version of Premiere Elements not recognizing a Blu-ray burner. I am going to start compiling a list to determine if there is a pattern to these reports.
It is very frustrating troubleshooting in this situation. Some times an uninstall/ccleaner run through (regular cleaner and registry cleaner parts), reinistall with antivirus and firewalls turned off is the answer. Some times not. Have you gone over your computer noting any other software that might be a candidate for causing this conflict?
Do you have an USB Blu-ray external burner that you can cross check with?
Right now the uninstall, ccleaner, reinstall seems the most likely first step if you have not done that already.

Blu-ray playback, if that's what your're interested in, probably won't be that great in the X61. The X61s low voltage CPU probably doesn't have enough processing power for smooth playback. The graphics card on the X61s unlike newer integrated GPUs cannot help with the decoding. It's all left to the CPU, which struggles cause it's getting no help from the GPU.

Warum kann ich das Blue-Ray Plug-In von Roxio Toast Titanium 11 nicht auf dem iMac installieren?

Ich habe einen externen Blue-Ray Brenner und will ihn natürlich auch dementsprechend nutzen und kann blue- ray lesen aber nicht brennen, weil ich das blue- ray plug-in nicht installieren kann, weil der Entwickler angeblich nicht verifiziert ist! Kann mir da jemand helfen?!

Tja, das kann an allem liegen. Wobei an eine falsche Einstellung in Encore glaube ich nicht.
Ich habe da eher den externen Brenner oder die Rohlinge in Verdacht. Einen Brenner über USB anzuschließen ist immer kritisch und außerdem solltest du Rohlingen nutzen die der Brennerhersteller empfiehlt bzw. solltest du Markenrohlinge verwenden.
Versuch mal das Ganze nicht direkt auf BD ausgeben zulassen sondern erstmal in einen Ordner. Die Blueray kannst du dann mit jedem normalen Brennprogramm brennen. Da kannst du dann auch die Geschwindigkeit einstellen. Ich habe das bisher immer so mit meinen DVDs gemacht. Ich habe zwar noch keine Blueray erstellt (und werde es auch nicht, da ich einen Medienplayer verwende), aber die Vorgehensweise sollte so auch möglich sein.

Encore CS3 blu-ray Problem: Nicht genügend Speicherkapazität

Guten Morgen,
ich ärger mich schon seit einigen Tagen mit Encore CS3 herum. Ich muss eine blu-ray DVD erstellen mit 12 Menüseiten und insg knapp 2std Filmmaterial. Momentan hab ich nur die 12 Menüseiten drin.
Und jetzt kommt quasi bei jedem zweiten Mausklick die Fehlermeldung:
"Nicht genügend Speicherkapazität. Speichern und schließen Sie sofort alle Dateien, um Datenverlust zu vermeiden."
Zu wenig Speicher kann nicht sein. Hab auf allen Platten noch jeweils über 150GB frei.
Auslagerungsdatei sollte mit 6 - 50GB auch groß genug sein.
An was kann das liegen?
Kann mir da wer weiterhelfen?
Andere Frage: Wie stell ich Encore auf Englisch um?(Eine workspace.xml kann ich nirgendwo finden)
Mit der englischen Fehlermeldung würde ich evtl im großen weiten Internet was dazu finden können.

External Blue Ray Disk Drive and T61, Or is one available for the Ultra Bay yet?

I was wondering if anyone has a Blue Ray Disk Drive connected to there T61? Can the T61 handle a Blue Ray Disk Drive? The reason I am asking is because I was thinking of getting one for my T61 and then playing Blue Ray movies thru my LCD TV, the LCD TV being monitor #2. Would the quality be as good as a normal Blue Ray player that is hooked to the TV? My graphics card is Nvidia Quadro NVS 140M. Thank you for in advance for any advice on this.

W500 Blu-Ray Mat**bleep**a BD-MLT UJ232A will not recognize Blu-Ray DVD movie

Recently purchased W500 4061- W6U with Mat$hita BD-MLT UJ232A optical drive at Firmware level "TC02" will not recognize a brand new Blu-Ray DVD. But will recognize and play a normal (non-Blu-Ray) DVD. The system sees the Blu-Ray optical drive and shows it is working normally. I attended to update the firmware, but the Lenovo Optical Disc Drive Firmware Update 1.6 utility, states the firmware is already at the current level and under the header New Firmware states "None". Any ideas? Thanks

It has nothing to do with the drive.
Blu-ray movies are encrypted using keys. Hackers break the keys. So new Blu-ray movies then come out using new keys. WinDVD (your Blu-ray playing software) contains the keys, and needs to be updated. So see if there's a WinDVD update available from Lenovo's site. If not, then you'll have to pester Lenovo to get a new update from Corel. You can't get the update from Corel yourself.
Or you can simply buy a better Blu-ray player program, such as Cyberlink PowerDVD.

SD Karte im A5500-f werden nicht erkannt

Hallo! Ich habe zwar im Forum ein wenig gestöbert aber keine Lösung gefunden, wobei ich wahrscheinlich nicht die richtigen stichwörter eingegeben habe. Falls es schon behandelt wurde bitte ich um den Link und ich entschuldige mich für die wiederholte Frage: Mein Tablet A5500-f erkennt keine Sd Micro Karte. Ich hatte zuerst eine No Name Karte die nicht erkannt wurde.Im Saturn wurde mir gesagt, dass nicht alle erkannt werden, dass Scan Disk am besten ist. Ich habe mir eine 16GB Karte gekauft, die aber auch nicht erkannt wurde. In Einstllungen erscheint nur SD bereitstellen, man kann zwar draufklicken aber es passiert nichts. Ich frage mich ob es ein problem des Tablet ist oder ich einfachnoch nicht die geeignete Micro SD Karte gekauft habe. Komischerweise wird im "Speicher" nichts erkannt (jetzt kann man auch nicht mehr "SD karte bereitstellen" anklicken) aber im Apps kann man auf SD Karte gehen. Unten wird 64 KB belegt und 15 GB frei angezeigt. Hin un wieder schließt sich die EInstellungsapp von alleine. Sie kann wohl nichts mit meinen Wünschen anfangen. Hat jemand Tipps? Eine 2. eher unwichtige Frage. Wenn der Akku meines Tablets leer ist geht oft Zeit und Datum auf 0:00/1.1.2010 zurück. Im Saturn sagte man mir das sei normal. Wenn es leer ist liegt es nicht Wochenlang da. Nach 2-3 Tagen lade ich es, Ist das wirklich normal? Danke PP

direkt einmal wegen dem Verlust von Datum + Uhrzeit. Das kann schonmal passieren, vor allem wenn der Akku so richtig leer wird. Die meisten Android-Geräte (leider nicht alle ) haben bei den Zeiteinstellungen auch noch die Option, die Zeit vom Onlineserver zu synchronisieren. Dann merkt man diesen Verlust so gut wie garnicht. Also entweder das Häkchen setzen, sofern vorhanden, oder den Akku nicht ganz leer werden lassen.
Der Kartenleser im A5500 verträgt bis zu 32GB microSD(HC)-Karten. Dieser SD-Speicher muss in den Android-Einstellungen bei "Speicher" auch mit separat angezeigt werden oder in Dateimanager-Apps als "Externer Speicher" bezeichnet werden. Andernfalls ist die Karte nicht richtig erkannt worden. Versuche doch mal was passiert, wenn du die Karte vorher an einem PC / Notebook (mit SD-Adapter) auf FAT32 formatiertst. Es kann auch sein, dass nicht jede allerschnellste Karte (Class 10 Ultra etc.), richtig erkannt wird.

Blu-ray Bewegtmenü in Encore CS3 überhaupt möglich?

Hallo,
habe gerade ein Bewegtmenü (vollflächiges Video + transparenter vollflächiger Button)in Encore CS3 erstellt und dieses Projekt als DVD und als blu-ray gebrannt.
DVD läuft einwandfrei. Video im Menü läuft flüssig ab und Button funktioniert auch. Wie in der Encore Vorschau eben auch.
Die blu-ray hingegen zeigt mir nur ein schwarzes Bild (getestet auf Sony + Panasonic blu-ray-Player) wenn das Videomenü ablaufen sollte (Button funktioniert aber). Habe es im Notebook dann auch noch getestet und was merkwürdiges festgestellt. Das Videomenü spielt ab aber zeigt nur ein schwarzes Bild.
Wer kann mir das erklären? Und wichtiger noch, wie bekomm ich das ganze so zum laufen, dass auch auf der blu-ray mein Videomenü korrekt abspielt.

Heute hat Panasonic eine neue Camcordergeneration mit 1080p50 vorgestellt. Ist bekannt, ob Adobe dieses Format unterstützen wird?

Q700 - Optical Drive Hardware Compatibility (12.7mm slot-in blu-ray)

I would like to the replace the standard DVD optical drive on my Q700 with a 12.7mm slot-in blu-ray ROM drive (I'm not concerned with voiding the warranty). I have idenitified two possible drives but I'm not sure how the eject button will interface with the Q700's external case. Anyone have any experience or recommendations on the correct drive to purchase?

I have noted that on numerous wish lists for Mac enhancements has been Blue Ray capability. I looked at the Fast mac web site and the specifications were impressive. When I saw the price, I had to have the Heimlich maneuver performed. This is not to dissuade you or anyone else to purchase one. It simply is a reflection of my cheapness ex. for me SSD are overpriced for the value received but I take no issue for those who but them.
What I find to be very peculiar is the issue of apparent compatibility with only pre-unibody MBPs. We know that these MBP are slower than the subsequent generations. Blu-ray vidio files are huge. To load, tranferr, edit and compile these such files is best served with a fast processor. To install this on an older MBP seem like simultanously taking a step forward and a step backward.
Your list of virtues has merit but I have to take exception with your 'Future Proofing'. Apple has a habit of going down the road less traveled. If and when they integrate Blu-ray capability in their MBPs, it does not follow that the Fast Mac drive will be the same or have software compatibility.
I have both a pre-unibody MBP and a unibody MBP. I have changed the optical drive on the old machine and I have just looked inside the newer one (when I upgraded the HHD). They both APPEAR to be identical but I suspect there may be subtle physical differences. Hence this may be the reason why it can be installed only pre-unibody MBPs. (I can be bribed to take the both out and compare them!)
I would suggest to contact the technical department at OWC and find out if they are familiar with this product and what opinions they may have. I have dealt with them on several occasions and they seem knowledgeable.

Is UltraBay Slim Blu Ray drive comming?

A few companies have 9.5 mm thick Blu-ray burners now. Does Lenovo have plans to provide and UltraBay Slim Blu-Ray drive option?

I noticed that Lenovo has a ThinkPad Ultrabay Enhanced Blu-ray Burner, which is a 12.7mm part for the R61 series, so perhaps they will introduce a 9.5mm Ultrabay Slim part when they become more readily available.
Have you considered purchasing a bare 9.5mm drive to see if you can adapt it with the caddy and bezel from an existing Ultrabay Slim device to fit in your system?

Thinkpad T400 Blu-ray drive

I recently purchased and Blu-Ray drive, part number 39T2853, for my Thinkpad T400. Can this drive be popped into the Ultraslim bay and used right away? Or do I have to install additional encryption software, firmware, and such? My original drive is a simple DVD-ROM.

the drive you purchased is for a R61, it has a PATA connection and it is a ultrabay enhanced drive (12.7 mm thick). You would need a Serial ATA Blu-ray Drive in ultrabay slim format (9.5 mm thick)
