Leopard Pre-Order - shipping method selection vs. delivery date question

At the Apple store, the shipping options are Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day.
However, each option says it will arrive on the 26th.
Unless this is a typo, why give the option of $16.00 next day air or even 2nd day?
Can't we have it ship via the free method (Ground) and it will still arrive on the 26th?

Yes, but if you select "Free Shipping" it also says it will arrive on the 26th.
Specifically, the page says: "Ships by: DELIVERS ON OCTOBER 26TH"
That is why I'm asking. Why pay for NDA when it's not necessary.
I'm making sure that it's not a typo on their order form.
I just went to live chat at the Apple store.
I was told a long as I don't order on the 25th I can have it ship ground and it will still arrive on the 26th.
So, in summary: Order soon to save on shipping costs.

Snow Leopard pre-order offer

I want to use the Snow Leopard pre-order offer. I can order it now, before 8th of september 2009 and get it for 89 NOK, which is about $15.
I've bought and ordered my Macbook Pro 13.3" from Apple Online Store 18th of July and received it at 30th of July.
When I click the link below I get an option to order Snow Leopard for 89 NOK, however when I log in and is redirected to the shopping basket, it's empty. I've tried many times, but no success.

I actually managed to solve the problem. Originally I was following the link I was suggested to follow since I bought my mac at the online Apple Store. Now, however, I tried following the link belonging to the option of having bought the mac at a physical store. The form I filled in looked the same and I was taken to the Apple Store and Snow Leopard was in my shopping cart. Hope this works for you as well!

IPhone 6 pre order ship date ? Delivery date?

previously when I have pre ordered an iphone I receive it on launch day if not before. is that not the case this year? Or did I just hear Tim wrong during the key note

Issues with gaming pre-order shipping - improvements needs to be made

Titanfall comes out today. I pre-ordered this game a few weeks ago on BestBuy.com because the 20% off and the $10 certificate were too hard to pass up. I placed my order, put expedited shipment since I knew I couldn't make it to Best Buy after work on Tuesday (I carpool right now) and called it a day.
Except here's the thing. Not only did the game not ship in time to arrive by today, it shipped UPS Standard instead of expedited. Talking to some others this seems to be a trend.
Certificates, 20% off, these are all great incentives to pre-order my games at Best Buy, but not being able to meet release day shipping even for Elite Plus members who get free expedited shipping? That isn't even counting the fact that Best Buy didn't ship expedited like they were supposed to. Now I won't get the biggest release of 2014 so far until tomorrow. A day later than I would from most other retailers. These issues really need to be improved and it is largely an operational thing; the games have been sitting in your warehouse for at least a week, why my game didn't ship until 3pm Central time on Monday is beyond me.

I've had the chance to review both of your accounts and can confirm that your orders were, indeed, shipped via expedited shipping. Depending on on your proximity to the fulfillment center that processed your order, UPS Ground may be listed as the shipping method rather than UPS Second Day on UPS' tracking site. Rest assured though that your copies of Titanfall are all expected to arrive within the 2-3 day window provided when you placed your orders.

Has your Up-to-Date pre-order shipped yet?

It's now August 28th and my copy of Snow Leopard hasn't shipped yet.
I ordered Snow Leopard via Apple's Snow Leopard Up-to-Date Program in July.
From previous experience (OS X Leopard, iWork '09, iLife '09, etc.) most pre-orders arrive on the release date, at least here in the US, and for a while there, the product page for the full-price ($29) upgrade on the US Apple Store actually said "Delivery on August 28th".
I see reports from customers who pre-ordered the full-price upgrade that theirs has shipped. In Australia, they've already started arriving.
I haven't seen any reports of customers who pre-ordered through the Up-to-Date program receiving theirs yet.
Are Up-to-Date customers going to have to wait?

Where did you find the information saying that the upgrade to Snow Leopard is free? It is NOT free - the $9.95 price is not the shipping cost, it is the cost of the upgrade to Snow Leopard if you purchased a qualifying Mac this summer.
The shipping is what should be free. My total came to $10.55 with the tax - i ordered my copy of SL about a month ago for the $9.95 price. The $29 price is for anybody else who wants to upgrade their Macs to SL.
As i said i ordered mine over a month ago, and my order status still says Not Yet Shipped, now on August 28th.
Apple doesn't give anything away for free - whereever you found that the upgrade to Snow Leopard is free, you either mis-read the fine print, or mis-understood what somebody was telling you.

Apple Watch Pre Order Ship Date?

I pre-ordered the apple watch at 12:05 am PST. My delivery date says May 13th-May 27th...even though I thought it was supposed to arrive on April 24th. I am actually moving May 15th, so I'm not sure if I should change my shipping location? Any suggestions or anyone have some sort of information regarding ship/delivery times that I don't know about?
I've tried to use apple customer support but there's no options to click for the apple watch yet..so I thought I'd try here first.

I'm kinda in the same boat, I'm gonna be gone for a month when is says it's supposed to ship. Here's my plan, set a reminder for four (4) days before you leave, if the order still hasn't shipped, switch the shipping address then to your new address. If you're not at your new location by the time they send the watch and can't sign for it, they will try a few more times then return to sender. Just a thought...

Anyone have their iPhone 5 pre-order shipping confirmation and working tracking link yet?

For anyone pre-ordering an iPhone 5, please post when you have a UPS/Fedex shipping tracking link that actually works and indicates that your iPhone 5 is in transit and whether or not it is scheduled to be delivered on Friday the 21st to coincide with when the iPhone 5 will be available in stores. And did you pre-order through the Apple store or through one of the carriers, e.g. Verizon or AT&T? And did you pre-order early on Friday the 14th or are you hours or days back in the pre-order queue?

Wahoo! Just finished up my pre-order on Verizon's site. (Apple site still displaying "We'll be back" page as of 3:18 AM EST). Definitely says 9/21 DELIVERY, not SHIPPING ...

Speaks for itself really. I was just wondering if anyone in the UK who pre-ordered on the Apple store site has seen a change in their status.
I pre-ordered the day after the announcement, then canceled in favour of Argos, the re-pre-ordered when I discovered their deception!

I also pre-ordered through the Apple store on the same day as you but cancelled when I found there was discount code that reduced the cost from £269 to £245.

I had to cancel the first order, then re-order using the discount code but the shipping date stayed the same (shipped on 28th, delivery by 2nd October) no change in status though.

When is the iPod Touch 5's pre-order shipping date?

I pre-orded the new iPod Touch, and I got an email saying that it will ship in October. But that's not too specific... It could ship in two weeks, or on Halloween! Does anyone know the exact date on when the iPods will ship or will be officially released?

In my honest opinion it won't be halloween because they probably want the pre-orders to get there before the end of the month. Honestly i think it will be early october maybe the 1st.

No company wants to be in the position of saying "Your phone will go out October 12" and have October 12 roll around and it not go out. That is why you could not get a solid date prior to actual beginning of shipment.
For a good five days the web site mentioned it was "shipping this week". On Friday it shipped. Late Friday, October 8, early pre-orders went out the door. If it had said "shipping this week" and it hadn't then you would be correct to be suspicious.
It appears you canceled your order within hours of it being fulfilled. I pre-ordered at about the same time you did and at 4:00 pm CDT October 8 I was notified of mine being "in process" and six hours later it was shipped. (See attached image)
They are "in stock" so go ahead and buy one if you are still interested or pre-order a color other than dark gray.
I too gave a serious look at the G2 and decided to pass on it. My son's G1 has had too many issues with Bluetooth.

Verizon pre-order ship date question.

Does "ship on or by X date" mean that all those orders will be shipped by then but could be sent out much earlier or does it mean that they will be shipped only on that date?

What normally happens on a preorder is they are shipped so the item arrives the day the phone is released. But in some cases, you may get it a day before the official release.
On devices already on the market, if the credit charge goes through and you order before 3:30 local time, depending on which shipping method you have (one day/two day) the device will normally ship the night of the day you ordered.

Will all the ipod touch 5g pre orders ship at the same time?

I pre ordered a ipod touch 5g on September 18 with an engraving, and it's still processing. I was hearing from a few people that the ipods preorders ship out the same day...Is this true?

I just got a notice this morning, that my Apple iPod 5g has shipped. The tracking information says it will arrive on Monday 10/15/12. That must be the release date.

Pre-order Shipping Complaint -- Very frustrated!

Okay this is getting very frustrating. I still have not received my Beyond Earth title for PC NOR my Fallen Lords for PS4 Game titles. Both of which were pre-order long before they came out.
I always receive my orders in the mail the day of release. Beyond Earth came out on 10/24 and it is now almost day end 10/28. A label was created 2 days ago people...and not even been picked up? When I call MyBestBuy they tell me it could delayed for yet ANOTHER FIVE DAYS! WTH...... this is unacceptable service.
Pre-order Elite Plus Customers should be highest on the priority list. When I ask to cancel my order and just pick my flipping titles up in the store I am told, "Sorry sir, your order is in processing" "we can do nothing". UNACCEPTABLE! Order has NOT shipped...of course something CAN BE DONE... you just chose NOT to do something about it.
I have spent over $11K YTD on my BestBuy Credit Card but this is clearly telling me Best Buy no longer values my business.
Secondly - One day I am told by customer service my order was shipped and will be received by tomorrow. Then when tomorrow comes nothing in my mail. I call back and am told, I don't know where that representative got that informaiton. Your items are still sitting in our wherehouse waiting on UPS. Your service reps are not even on the same page or looking at the same system...even though I give them each my same order numbers..... I wish I took names... I plan to do so here on out.

After my local Verizon Store (Orlando MetroWest) totally goobered up my 4/4/14 Samsung pre-order, I had to cancel that, and chose to go to BestBey to get the item ordered again. Through BB I didn't have to jump through any hoops for that silly $50 mail-in rebate card. It was was just a simply $199.
Received the BestBuy e-mail saying, "You pre-order Verizon phone is here!!", and I picked it up this morning. Sweet!!!
I'll not make the mistake of attempting it with a Verizon Store (or through their web site) again in the future.

i need to build a query where i can see the purchase orders and their open order quantity and their respective due delivery dates.i have never done this.
ME2M serves my requirement upto little but i cannot see the delivery dates in that report.
please help mein finding the steps involved in building the query.
