Leopard ruined my itunes, iphoto& ical

Question

i have had my macbook since the beginning of october, and have loved every minute of it, except for buying the leopard upgrade!! after installing the update, whenever i am in my itunes and i try to delete, or rearrange my songs, i automatically get kicked out of the application. i have been in to talk with a mac genius who told me to reinstall leopard and run updates. did it. still happening. called the support number.. sat on the phone for 2 HOURS where the tech guy told me i had to take out all these plists or something, and then i had to throw all my itunes songs in the trash (which deleted all my ratings, and playlists and such.. amazing...) and put all the songs back in from this hidden folder deep inside the computer somewhere.
sigh. he said since i have 4000+ songs that once it was done loading, it will work, and i reluctantly hung up the phone. so all the songs load in, and i restarted my computer. the problems are STILL THERE. i am so frustrated. of course customer service is closed in observance of the holiday, but i am still frustrated with the whole thing. thank god i didnt pay the $150 for leopard with all the problems it is causing me.
i set up another account and loaded some songs into the itunes to see if maybe just the itunes under my username was messed up. i can edit/delete/rearrange etc. everything and itunes works just fine. i guess the one under my username is corrupted? so lame, since the computer is brand new practically.
