Less good navigation on CC compared with CS5.5 / fenêtre de navigation moins bonne en CC

I have just migrated in CC - Compared with Dreamweaver CS5.5 no improvement in my case ( classic websites - for exemple www.photographic-uncertainties.net) and I find the window of navigation of addition of images (window of selection of the source of image) many, much less friendly
- Navigation in the much more difficult hierarchy of files,
- The window of selection of the source of image showed in C5.5 the selected image and its size - it is not any more the case in CC
So, by default I am going to return on Dreamweaver C5.5 and to use CC in case I would go into on the development of sites multi-platforms (what made however already partially CS5.5).
In brief I took an annual complete subscription in CC but finally, at the moment, for the softwares which I use (Photoshop, Bridge, Ligthroom, Dreamweaver), I remain rather sceptical most of the time of the interest of CC - A spending for nothing ?

Bref j'ai pris un abonnement annuel complet en CC mais finalement, pour l'instant, pour les logiciels que j'utilise (Photoshop, Bridge, Ligthroom, Dreamweaver), je reste plutôt dubitatif la plupart du temps de l'intérêt de CC - Une dépense pour rien ?

This is possible through CO-PA report. You can get the result per sales order.
Also the same can be achieved in FI as follows:
Outbound delivery document thr" VL01N is captured in "Reference field" of FI doc (BKPF-XBLNR) generated through delivery.
If the settings are done by SD person to capture the outbound delivery no. in "Reference field" of FI doc generated through Billing document (VF01), then there will be a common field to compare the documents in both accounts.
In transaction FAGLL03, select the account COGS & Sales revenue account. Once the report displays, sort or take sub total on this common field "Reference".
This will give you difference between COGS & Sales revenue per document.

I had a Nokia previous to my iPhone 5 & noticed that on the Nokia I had 3.5G signal & 4 bars out of 5 yet on the new phone it shows 3G & 2 or 3 bars, rarely it reaches 5 while outside.

I do not have many messages but my iphone 5s says messages take up 4.6GB of space. When comparing with friends who have many more message, less than 1 GB is being used on their phones. Why are mine taking up so much space and how do I correct that?

I do not have that many messages on my new iPhone 5s (maybe about 15 conversations and only one or two going back a little ways) yet when I go to Settings, Usage it shows that my messages are taking up 4.6GB of space. When comparing with others (some who have hundeds of messages) they are using under 1GB for their messages. Why are mine taking up so much space??

I found a post with this solution that worked for me - .Do a backup, then download ibackupbot. It lets you look into the contents of that backup. Look in system files>mediadomain>library>sms>attachments. I found a ton of huge files related to long deleted texts. ibackupbot let me delete all that old crap. I then restored the phone with that now modifec backup and Bingo! freed up 9 GB. No problems.
But note, if you are not technically inclined you probaly don't want to be digging around and deleting back up files. You delete the wrong thing and you could jack up your phone badly. Be careful.

Color issue with CS5

Hi,
I recently bought the latest version of photoshop CS5, but when I open my pictures in CS5, the colors doesn't look as good as when I was using CS2. They look more flat, with less contrast and it's driving me crazy because if I add more contrast and save it, when I preview it in other software, like windows viewer, than they look too contrasty.
Also, when I open my raw files in Adobe Camera Raw and set (camera calibration) to lanscape since my original picture from my camera was taken as lanscape (I just prefer that setting!), they look good. If I save it as a JPG and then open it in photoshop CS5, the JPEG image doesn't look as good, it looks flat. When I open the JPG in windows picture viewer, the image appears good, the same as in ACR.
I've checked the proof mode under View>proof setup and both CS5 and CS2 were: Working CMYK. I've tried to play with these setting in CS5 to see if it would help, but I can't get the same image as I had with CS2. Also, when I go under edit>color setting, it's the same setting in both software (sRGB EIC61966). In ACR, my image is also in set to sRGG.
Why are my picture looking so flat in CS5. I can't work on them because I'm affraid I will add to much contrast. Also, I edit them in ACR, contrast looks good and than when I open it in CS5 I have to restart again because there is not enough constrat :S This is so frustrating!!!! I would love some help on this.

I still don't understand why I never had this problem with CS2 (image were looking much better) and the color setting are the same. Also, I don't understand why the image in CS5 doesn't look the same as in ACR. ACR seems to give me a much better image and this is the image I want to open in CS5. Even when I open my Jpegs that I processed months ago in CS2, they look much better in ACR than CS5. The image in ACR is the same as CS2. How can we explain that!! Could it be a display setting in CS5 that I need to change???

Tip #1: if you are having colour issues you can be virtually certain that the problem does not lie with Photoshop or ACR. They are fully colour managed applications and understand colour far better than most users. You are right, I wish I could understand it like them!!! hehe!
Tip #2: comparing colours between Photoshop and any other non-colour managed application is futile. Yes I agree, I shouldn't compare with Windows Viewer, however, I think that my image in photoshop and ACR should look the same but they are not
Tip #3: turn off the Highlight indicator in ACR (click the right triangle in ACR's histogram). Done but it doesn't solve my problem..
Tip #4: sRGB is a colour space with a very limited gamut and explains your "flat" look in Photoshop. sRGB cannot capture the vibrant reds captured in the (cute) child's sweater. In CS2, even when using sRGB, the colors were vribrant and very nice!
Try the following experiment:
In ACR save the file as an 8 bit sRGB (as you have already done). Then save as a 16 bit ProPhoto RGB tif file. Open both in Photoshop and compare. The sRGB image likely looks more muted especially in the red tones. (Ensure that you have your Photoshop colour preferences set to Preserve Embedded Profiles.)
Now take the ProPhoto RGB image and choose Edit -> Convert to Profile. In the Convert to Profile dialog click the Preview box and set the destination profile to sRGB. See the difference? I did the experiment, but unfortunately it doesn't solve my problem But I was able to see the difference between Prophoto RGB and sRGB!
What you were seeing in ACR was the ProPhoto RGB version and in Photoshop the sRGB version.

Your best bet may to be place your check in the a user exit for goods movements. The enhancement is MB_CF001, the component is EXIT_SAPLMBMB_001.

number for Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 Pro as supplied with CS5 Design Premium.

I talked to the engineer working on the problem and he suggested this workaround:
As a workaround for this issue, I would suggest executing the query on the proxy itself using the Invocation service. The query would be executed in an Invocable (easiest way is to extend AbstractInvocable) and the Invocable would be launched from the .NET side.

ABAP Trial performance really SLOW compared with IDES 4.7 (really fast)

just a quick question
I'm running on an XP Virtual machine the full IDES V4.7 and performance is really GOOD. Transactions etc etc.
Now on an identically configfured Virtual machine with similar disks etc the APAP trial Preview runs FAR WORSE and slower. OK I know it's a newer release but there's no transactional stuff in it. The IDES uses around 45 - 60 GB disk soace BTW
The only difference I can see that might make a huge difference is the IDES uses the ORACLE DB system wheras the ABAP preview uses MAXDB DB system.
Incidentally for running VM's ALWAYS allocate the FULL virtual disk size you want when creating the VM. If you let the disks "grow" as in a normal VM this has horrendous implications for database type of applications.
Both VM's are running as 2GB RAM XP systems on a Host Windows 7 X-64 4GB machine.
Any Guru out there who might be able to explain the great IDES performance compared with the ABAP trial preview.
(Both VM's are run individually -- not at the same time).

I have the exact setup as you do (701 V3). Have you run SGEN? I also find that my performance is quite slow at first (presumable while the disk is allocating to memory) but it then speeds up quite quickly. Also, might help if you upgrade your ram if your planning on running both VM's at once. I'm currently allocating 3GB to my VM.
Transactions ST02 & ST06 may help you to trouble shoot your performance issues. Use RZ10 to alter your system parameters (assume you know this already).

I've found that middlemouse.contentLoadURL feature has changed its behavior in FF5.0 as compared with previous versions: I now can paste&load only full urls that start with "http://" prefix, but previously it was possible to paste&load any url even without protocol prefix. It is very useful when someone has an url for example just "support.mozilla.com", but with FF5.0 one _has_ to paste it to urlbar instead of just middle-clicking into the browser window (long standing and usual *nix behavior). How can I make middlemouse.contentLoadURL load any clipboard content not prefixed with protocol specification?

My tests with file 66.4 MB with much layer, text, group. Photoshop is already running and I use the menu "File / Open" :
IN CS5 (12.0.4) X64:
about 6.13 seconds
size of the temporary file on C:\ = 2951296 KB
Setup in photoshop:
10943 Mo memory seen
Percent of possible use memory 82% (8974 Mo)
IN CS6 X64:
about 137 seconds
size of the temporary file on C:\ = 20216832 KB
Setup in photoshop:
10991 Mo memory seen
Percent of possible use memory 82% (9012 Gb)

Hi Adam,
I did the test and that's exactly the right solution. Actually if I put "128" (which is default in CS5) instead of 1024 (which is default in CS6), charging is as fast as with CS5 and in addition the temporary file is also much less fat (the same size with CS5 !)
I note that the speed problem that I mentioned is not really a problem, but only because of a difference in configuration "default" of the two versions.
Still the problem of activation or none of "Thumbnails" which creates delays (even unable to work properly) to move layers or group. Problem mentioned (and shown in video) on the link I put in my first message !

Compare with text file

Is it possible to do a line by line compare with the data in a text file and print the required data?
