i am making a swf that can edit anything as Dreamveaver.but
some problems haven't been solved.
1.broswer.we need 2 select files 2 open & edit,i use
flash.net.FileReference .but this function can only provide the
name of the file ,not path.that means we cant edit any files that
is beyond my fake Dreamveaver.
how can i get the path???
can anybody help?
2.how 2 export file as *.html/*.txt,etc

If it's spam you're getting, not messages for which you know the authentic origin, this won't work. The "from" addresses in spam are always faked/spoofed, or sent from some hapless user whose computer has been enslaved by a botnet. All bouncing will do is confuse this poor person, who really isn't responsible for the spam.
And if by some unlikely chance the spammer used an authentic return address, all you're accomplishing is letting them know you've received their spam.

Hey everyone. I really hope someone can help me with this. How can I make a fullscreen button in Flash Professional that would make my Flash Catalyst project go fullscreen?

I'm sorry I really don't know Flash Catalyst as much as I'd like to. Designing interfaces is left up to me, no designers at my agency use Catalyst. Though this is the Flash forum so that's as much as I can tell you. I didn't know Catalyst didn't support basic scripts (I thought I read that it did).
Ultimately, for a very cheap price you can do something like go to http://www.lynda.com/ and buy a membership. Dirt cheap compared to what you get. They offer many courses on all this stuff and I'm sure your answer would lie in one of the (nicely broken up by subject) video training videos.

For instance I watched the essential CS5.5 training and I saw in 2 minutes flat that when you click on a button you should have an "Interactions" panel that lets you do things. If they didn't put fullscreen as an interaction that's another thing but I'm just pointing out it's very easy to learn how to do all sorts of things in video training. If you do not want to purchase a membership there just find a video you think would have the info in it and I'll watch it and let you know if it told me how to do it, and how to do it.

How can I make hyperlinks work from a Flash/SWF presentation?

How do you make hyperlinks/buttons work in Flash/SWF Captivate 5.5 presentations? This did not seem to be an issue with Version 4. I cannot publish to video (i.e. mp4) or as an executable file for posting on our internal system. If it cannot be done in Flash/SWF, how else can I get buttons/hyperlinks to work? Thank you.

Updated to latest operating system OS X Mavericks on MacBook Pro and now won't let me drag files onto a flash drive.

The Flash Disk must be NTSF formatted. Writing to NTFS requires 3rd party drivers (Tuxera, Paragon). Reading from NTFS however does not require these. So install NTFS drivers, or format the drive in FAT32 from Disk Utility.

Ok, since apple didn't post one lets make our own from what we have noticed different. If this is against the ToS please delete this I couldn't find anything against it.
My noticings:
1) Calander Editing
2) Snappier

Here are a few additional things I've noticed that 1.1.2 provides over the previous 1.1.1 firmware:
1) Nested folders for Safari bookmarks can now be created directly on the iPod touch
2) Option to set 12hr format for the clock when using the UK locale has been disabled. 24hr format is now the only option available. This is a disappointment as I'd have much rather Apple fixed the bug that prevented 12hr clock mode from working properly in the UK locale rather than simply disabling it.
3) Auto-refresh Web sites do not seem to crash Safari after a while anymore
4) The 'sticky' shift key (where if you were typing in a password field in Safari and hit the shift key it would behave like Caps-Lock) has been fixed. This makes entering mixed-case passwords a lot easier.

That's saying you CAN'T install it, that NO iOS device has EVER been able to install Flash Player, and Adobe has NEVER made a Flash Player for iOS because of that.
Apple recommends "SkyFire" browser to view content that requires Flash Player (It's free in the App Store)

I am trying to Pause and Play A song.
Details:
I made a new project.
--> File > Import > Import to Library > (choose mp3 song)
Drag mp3 song from Library to stage.
Press (Ctrl+Enter)
The result is that the song plays.
My question is:
Is there code to make the music "Pause" and "Play". Is there a way to directly influence the playing file?

There is little or nothing Apple can do about such fake messages other than warn people about them and provide instructions on how to determine if a message is genuinely from Apple, which they provide here:

How do I make multiple buttons in my flash animation?

I am new to flash, and I have no training in it whatsoever. I
created a flash animation with flash CS3 for my photography
website, and I want to link each of the images to different
galleries on my site. When I created my first button it worked
fine, but when I try to create actions to link more than one image
as a button, keep getting an error that says "1021: Duplicate
function definition." How do I make each image as a separate
button?
I used the video of this tutorial as my guide to learn how to

Also, when I run the animation to test it, it loops, and I
don't want it to loop. How do I stop it from looping?

I used the method shown in the tutorial I mentioned to create
it (created a new layer for the button, selected the area of the
image for the button,used modify -> convert to symbol
-> button, I edited it so it was an invisible button by
moving it to the hit frame, gave the selected area an instance name
of Hizumi_btn, inserted a new layer for actions and added the code
I have attached to this post.
I assumed that I would just need to repeat this procedure for
each of the other images in my animation, but when I did that I
received the error.
I greatly appreciate any help you can give me.

How to make a video stop in flash through an external button

Hi everyone!
I have a little problem: I made a flash site with its
different sections, the first of which has a movie clip which is a
"VideoPlaylist". So inside this movie clip I have the player and
the videos sequenced one after the other in a TileList component.
The problem is:
When I go to a different page, the video in the first page
continues to play and so you can still hear the sound, AND WHICH IS
WORSE, when you click the button to return to the first page, the
video starts again with the sound of the previous time still
rolling.
The solution would be, I suppose, when clicking to any of the
buttons that link to another section of the flash document, add
some action script to make the video stop (having in mind that the
video player is inside a movie clip).
I don't know action script, just the navigation basics
necessary for the sections. I did the videoplaylist following this
tutorial:

Disk Utility won't let me do anything with broken flash drive?

I own an 8GB SanDisk flashdrive that recently, and out of nowhere, changed permissions to write only. I feel like this may have something to do with the fact that when it was in my old Macbook I would close the screen with it still inserted and it would eject itself and the drive has possibly become corrupt because of this happening one too many times? Anyhow, when moving files around and to my new Macbook and what not, I tried to move some from this USB and it wouldn't let me. I eventually worked out that it would let me copy the files and paste them elsewhere, but now I have this flash drive with a bunch of files that can still be read and I don't know what to do with it because it won't let me delete them either. When I try it comes up with "The item can't be moved to the trash because it can't be deleted." I've tried Disk Utility and this is what happens under the First Aid, Erase and Partition options
I've also tried the appropriate commands in terminal to try to get the disk utility to respond and I kept recieving error messages there too. Also, when I click on the volume underneath the disk it shows all the space that all the files that are very much there are taking up but then also says there's zero files.
Anyone know what on earth is going on?! I mean I know the USB has probably just had it but I'm wondering if there's any possible way I can repair or erase it at this point?

You might connect it to a PC, if available, and see if there is any difference.

See which form of ActionScript you used to make the site.
Open the Actions panel and see whether you've chosen AS versions 1
& 2, or AS 3. If you've picked the earlier versions, you can
attach a link easily to each button by clicking on the button, and
adding a little code in the Actions panel. Turn on ScriptAssist to
make it easier. Click on "on" and choose "release" or "press" or
both. Then scroll down the commands on the left and add getURL. You
will then have a few lines that say something like, on(Release)
getURL("putyourpageurlhere"). See bottom for exact syntax. That's
all. The new .html or .php page will load when the button is
clicked.
If your buttons are not actually four-state buttons, but
graphic or movie clip symbols, you will have do it a little
differently. Instead of attaching the code to a button, you attach
it to a keyframe. You give your symbol an instance name in the
property panel, then in the Actions panel create a function that
says essentially: when you click on this instance (onRelease)
getURL.
If you're using AS3, the concept is similar but the code is
different. With a quick search you can find dozens of code examples
that you can cut and paste.
