LF vs NL & OR vs UB

Question

Hi,
  I had a BR to create a New Icat and Tcar grp (ZFREE & ZEIH). I created and did the following.
1. Assign ZEIH to Materials.
2. Assign ICAT determination to Order types.
3. Copy control from OR - LF .
everything worked as expected and it's fine now.
Now i ctreated a STO ( UB) order type a standard stock transfer order. when i create a delivery it says "No item catgeory exis - T184L NL-V-ZEIH combination is not there.
I am confused,
1. Where to find the Order type UB and assing the new Icat determination.
2. I haven't updated the "LF" delivery type with ZEIH combination in T184l ( Lf is also not present) but it works fine whereas "NL" is looking for an entry?
3. Where do i find copy control between UB & NL? is it there?

         Thanks. I know the T-code and the config. All i want is to clear my confusion.
When i did config for OR to LF i didn't maintain separate entry for my New Item catgeory and Tcat group.
LF - ZEIH - - ZFREE - this entry is not there in 0184.
But, when i do STO  - delivery it is looking for
NL - ZEIH - V - ZFREE in T184l. It stops delivery creation in this scenario whereas it went thru in LF.
For both OR- LF & UB - NL i have maintained copy control.
