LG Cosmos Touch receives messages in multiple texts with only the last 1 received on the phone

I like my LG Cosmos phone, but the problem reported in this thread is very annoying and it seems to be getting worse or more frequent. It looks like nothing more has happened since someone posted in 10/2012. Is anyone working on a fix, or does one exist by this time? I have called Verizon approx. 3 times and stopped in the store twice to try to get this resolved. I've been shopping for a phone, but I'm frustrated that I feel like I need to spend money just because of this one glitch in the phone. If I had to guess, I would say that it happens to me most frequently when I receive long texts from people with smartphones, but I can't say for sure. They do not contain pics, sounds files or special characters to my knowledge, but it's hard to say because I only get 2/2. Please help me so I don't have to spend unnecessary money just to get a phone I don't like as much. It's harder and harder to find non-data phones.

I am having the same problem here. I thought it was just with smart phones, but it turns out that even a long message sent from my husband's phone, a regular LG Cosmos, will only show me the last page. I've done the battery thing, the *228 thing, clearing out not only my inbox, but also my sent box, and I have 4 bars in most places I frequent. Phones are all set to the same language. Everyone I communicate with is a Verizon customer as well, except my sister. She watches the characters of her texts and breaks them up herself into 140 characters or less. It's very frustrating to have to keep asking people to break up their texts, or resend previous texts. As I sit here, I have no idea whether or not my other sister is coming for Thanksgiving!!!

You had purchased CC on 01/24/14 which was cancelled & then you again purchased CC 9/7/14, the error message that you are recieving is due to the cancellation as the server is trying to remind you, please log out & log back in of the CC desktop app to activate the new cc . The issue should be resolved.
You have 20 GB of space allocated indicating you have active CC.

PS. I have deleted Roadrunner accounts, and reset new email account.

You can't. The only way to get songs in the Music app is to sync from a computer or to download from iTunes.

How to get the last received notification timestamp when app in background

Hi All,
We are developing the app in windows phone Silverlight 8.1.
We need to show the last received notification time stamp even when the app is in background.
When the app in foreground, I can get the timestamp.
Since we cant write the background task for the Silverlight phone 8.1 app, I don't know how to get the time stamp of the last
notification(toast/livetile/badge) in the app for display.
Can anyone help on this.

Yes, continuous background execution is not supported but you can use background tasks.
(Continuous background execution in this context refers to the special run state permitted for GPS Navigation apps.)

I have turned my phone off and aon again and again but the message keeps coming every one or two minutes.I have also started loosing voicce on different applications like youtube etc. Also the ringer volume up and down key does not show me the small boxes increasing or decreasing on screen. The phone is playing crazy. Can someone help please

It helped earlier but it has come back again. I don't know what to do. I tried what you said earlier but this time even this is not working either. And quite intrestingly my phone won't turn off. I turn it off, it goes off and then restarts on its own and then keep giving the same message again and again.
Could it be a charging cable, is there any chance that the cable which was working fine one day could turn to be "incompatible" with iphone the other day????????

By using GUI_DOWNLOAD am saving the data(only 3 fields) in a text file on my desk top.
fine.
example current record1 : 010001 354.999 26.000
here, after 3rd field 26.000, immediately the cursor is jumping to next line in text file.
but, wanna a SINGLE SPACE after 26.000, say 26.000+space.
tried with CONCATENATE, OFFSETTING, but no use(may b am using incorrectly)
so, pls. suggect me, How to add a SPACE as suffix to the last field in the downloaded text file?

External USB hard drive won't reformat, won't appear in Finder, error: Unable to write to the last block of the device message

So I just got a new MacBook Air and since I had an external USB hard drive (TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100 1TB) lying around, I decided to use it for back-up. Since I only have just the one hard drive, I decided to partition it into two - one for Time Machine backups, and one for general files (formatted FAT so I could use it with Windows). However, the partitioning failed and I ended up with a partition named disk1s2. Plus, it won't appear on Finder anymore, but it appears in Disk Utility.
I have tried to reformat it, but I always get the message "Unable to write to the last block of the device".

I didn't have any data in it prior to the failed partitioning attempt, so there aren't any worries of data recovery. But I'd really like to be able to use this drive again, and save some money (external hard drives are expensive where I live). Anyone with any ideas?

I'd also like to add that repairing the disk using Disk Utility does nothing but tell me to reformat the drive. So I'm stuck in a loop here.

Hi,
Transaction code MB51 used to list out the posting date of GR received material document number, date and quantity.
This report is basically used for list out all the material document based on sort out of posting date, movement type (101 ,103 etc).
There you can easily find it the posting date of the GR receiving.
MC.A is the Analysis report which is used for analysis of Material total Goods receiving and goods issues -basic list.
- I suggest to use report MB51 - based on receiving movement 101, transfer 301,311 etc or issues movement 201 posting date.

You don't need to start a new thread - you just use the 'Reply' button at bottom right of the answering post. Anyway as you're here...
You should start by going to System Preferences (or is it called Settings in ML?)>iCloud and clicking the Sign Out button. Then sign back in again. Your iCloud data will disappear from your Mac when you do this (but not from the server) - it will reappear when you sign back in. Alternatively if the message identifies an account which is signed in at System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars you should log out and in there.

I can see only the last received fax in my PC and not all of them using a Officejet Pro 8600 Plus

I create a file in my desktop where received faxes can be saved. Indeed, i can see the received fax, but if i receive one more, it replace the previous one. Thus, i can see only the last received fax. How can i see all them and not replace one another?

I read about the issues you are having with saving your faxes on your desktop. I noticed you mentioned you had created a file. I would suggest creating a folder instead and that should help with the saving problem!

I have a droid incredible and my best friend has an ipod touch. She can send texts to me and I receive them just fine but when I send texts to her, she doesn't receive them. Any suggestions on what might be wrong?

She is using the message free app and I was just using the regular texting option on my phone. I set up an account on text plus free cuz I thought that might help but she still can't receive them. Yes they have different sign ins for iCloud, FaceTime, Messages and iTunes, you can all use the same ID to sign into iTunes but use different ones for the others.
