I think your question belongs in the connector forum and not not here in the generic EJB forum.
http://forums.bea.com/bea/forum.jspa?forumID=2028
You can post a port of the stack trace to help. I'm assuming your connector cannot find the class. Is the library included in your EAR? Or is the library available in the global WLS classpath?

  • Sun ONE Studio 4 Update 1 does not allow to deploy a module

I have created CMP entity beans based on a database schema captured using the jdbcodbc driver. Each one with its primary key and correctly validate.
Then I have created a module and added to the module all CMP beans. Then when I attempt to deploy the module I got the following error: Conents are not valid for Sun ONE Application Server and in the log: Validation failed for EntityBeans.XConnectTableBean. Verify that all fields are mapped.
The I went to the SUN ONE AS entity properties within the module. I changed the defualt value of Mapped Schema to the correct schema, but when I tryed to change the Mapped Primary Table to the correct table the OK button was grayed out with the following status message: Table CTPTable does not have a primary key. This is of course not true.
Did I something wrong or this is a bug on Sun ONE Studio 4 Update 1?
    Is there any work around?
    Thanks in Advance

    Yes,
It was a known bug and fixed with the newer realeses. Try to use the capture schema utility of the appserver (Install directory>/bin/capture-schema).

    Hi Indira.
As I can see in your log, you're getting the exception
    Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Lcom/sap/aii/af/service/auditlog/AuditMessageKey
May be you need to include aii_af_svc.jar (AuditLog classes are located into this JAR library) in your EAR archive.

    Gari.

    Hi Oleg,
that's OK, but I'm currently using an all-in-one developement machine.
I've Oracle 11 server with OWB on a single Vista computer.
    So I should have a single tnsnames.ora.
    Anyhow I noticed there's a second tnsnames.ora.
Despite the "good one" in ORACLE_HOME\network\admin there's a second one in ORACLE_HOME\owb\network\admin, filled with references to what seems oracle developement machines.
    Here it is

  • Connector Error: u2018Function module u201C/CRYSTAL/GET_OSQL_OBJECT_LISTu201D not found

    Hello experts,
I have installed Crystal Reports 2008 (not BO Edge) and BusinessObjects Integration Kit for SAP on my laptop and I try to connect my crystal reports to the SAP ECC 6.0 data source. After establishing a connection I can see the following groups in the Available Data Sources: CL [Data Clusters], DD [Data Dictionary] and FN [ABAP Function modules]. However when I try to open them, I get messages:
    - Database Connector Error: u2018Function module u201C/CRYSTAL/GET_OSQL_OBJECT_LISTu201D not found.u2019
    - Database Connector Error: u2018RFC_INVALID_HANDLEu2019
Could you please give some advice, what is missing?
    Best regards,
    Marcin

    Hi Ingo,
The Installation Guide u201CBusiness Objects Integration Kit for SAP u2013 Installation and Configurationu201D (created on 01.10.2008, where you are the author) that is listed on the integration kit download page:
    https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/boc/index?rid=/webcontent/uuid/806c9894-42a5-2b10-648a-d900489b76da [original link is broken]
refers to BusinessObjects Enterprise / SAP NetWeaver BI combination.
As I am interested in the Crystal Reports 2008 / mySAP ERP combination I searched for further documents and could find the following, where the ABAP transports are described:
u201EBusiness Objects XI Integration for SAP Solutions Installation Guideu201D issued on 03.06.2008
    and
u201EBusiness Objects XI Integration for SAP Solutions Installation and Administration Guideu201D issued on 02.12.2008.
Is one of these documents the u201Einstallation guide for the SAP Integration Kitu201D that you mentioned? If not, could you please send the link to the installation guide you mean, where the ABAP transports for Crystal Reports 2008 / mySAP ERP combination are described? That would be very helpful.

    Hi,
Are you deploying a master-detail with more than one fk association for example Departments-Employees- EmployeesMngr. If so, please leave all your hierarchies in just one direction and then create your SDOs again. I was obtaining this error because my hierarchies were causing an infinite loop and it wasn´t possible to retrieve all the data.
check the following tutorial and pause when I show the data structure of the project to have more deatails.

    Hi,
    yesterday  i posted a message (cfr java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
    Posted: Aug 28, 2007 10:54 AM )
There was some advice that i don't have to watch out the error. Some told me it was concerning a anti-virus programme (which doesn't run in this environment)
so i deploy it with this error :
could someone guide me thru the solution?
thx in advance , points will be given for good answers , i don't gave points at earlier post because it wasn't helpfull

  • OIM RACF Advance Connector deployment on Mainframe

The documentation regarding the steps came form the connector download on http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/ias/htdocs/connectors.html
On Step #9 I get this Error
"TSO submit the IDCAMSC and REXXCL members to IBM z/OS. Verify that the return code for completion is 0000."
Please see excerpt of job log:
    "IDCAMS SYSTEM SERVICES TIME: 11:25
    &CONTROL
    IDC3219I VERB NAME '&CONTROL' UNKNOWN
IDC3202I ABOVE TEXT BYPASSED UNTIL NEXT COMMAND. CONDITION CODE IS 12
IDC0002I IDCAMS PROCESSING COMPLETE. MAXIMUM CONDITION CODE WAS 12 "
    Please help! :)

Funny.... the documentation that came with the connector have different steps than the on found on oracle website.
3.3 Deploying the Reconciliation Agent and Provisioning Agent
To deploy the Reconciliation Agent and Provisioning Agent:
Extract the contents of the following file from the installation media to a temporary directory:
    etc/Provisioning and Reconciliation Connector/Mainframe_RACF.zip
Transmit the following files to the IBM z/OS computer:
    clist.xmi
    jcllib.xmi
    linklib.xmi
    parmlib.xmi
    proclib.xmi
You can transmit the files either through FTP or IND$FILE on a TN3270 emulator. The files must be transmitted in binary format.
The output files are in JES2 XMIT format. The output file names can be, for example:
    IDF.CLIST.XMIT
    IDF.JCLLIB.XMIT
    IDF.LINKLIB.XMIT
    IDF.PARMLIB.XMIT
    IDF.PROCLIB.XMIT
The file attributes are as follows:
    RECFM=FB
    LRECL=80
    BLKSIZE=3120
    DSORG=PS
Log in to the TSO environment of the mainframe.
Expand each of the uploaded XMIT files by running TSO Option #6 and then running the RECEIVE INDA('XMIT_FILE_NAME') command. The output is the following files:
    IDF.CLISTLIB
    IDF.JCLLIB
    IDF.LINKLIB
    IDF.PARMLIB
    IDF.PROCLIB
In TSO, edit the CREATDSN member and modify the MVS job card to match DataCenter job card standards. Modify VOL=SER=?????? so that the value is the VOL=SER disk volume in which the datasets are to be placed.
TSO submit the CREATDSN member to IBM z/OS. Verify that the return code (RC) for completion is 0000.
Ensure that the //SYSPROC statement of REXXCL points to IDF.CLISTLIB, which is the library that contains the CLISTs required by the LDAP Gateway for running batched reconciliation.
Verify that the job card is correct for the installation.
TSO submit the IDCAMSC and REXXCL members to IBM z/OS. Verify that the return code for completion is 0000.
If the ICHPWX01 and ICHRIX02 exits do not exist, then run IEBCOPYL. This copies the LOGPWX01 and LOGRIX02 exits to a new or existing library that is defined in the LPA in IEASYSxx.
If the ICHPWX01, ICHRIX02, or IRREVX01 exit exists, then the LOGPWX01, LOGRIX02, and LOGEVX01 exits must be called as described in Section 3.5, "Installing or Integrating the Reconciliation Agent Exits."
Copy the started tasks and procedures to a new procedure library or an existing library. To do so, review and if required modify the IEBCPYPR member so that it conforms to installation standards. Then, TSO submit the member and verify that the return code for completion is 0000.
Review IEBCOPYP and determine whether the product LINKLIB (IDF.LINKLIB) is APF-authorized at IPL. If it is not APF authorized, then run the IEBCOPYP member.
Similarly, review IDF.PARMLIB member = PROG75. This is the dynamic member for IRREVX01, and it is required for real-time reconciliation. If it is not APF authorized, then run this member.
In the installation running IEASYSxx, verify that the IEFSSNxx member pointed to by the IEASYSxx parameter SSN= has the following defined:
    SUBSYS SUBNAME(RACF)
    INITRTN(IRRSSI00) INITPARM('#')
This is required because the Provisioning Agent uses the R_Admin RACF service call through the IRRSEQ00 module. Without it, the Provisioning Agent fails.

    Hi together,
I developed a new module within the J2ee Development Studio. Compiling and building is ok. The ear-File is build... everything is fine... execpt the following.

I already copied the needed jar Files in the lib path of the server... I tried out nearly everything. On my workstation everything is OK - I guess, that a library is missing... What can I do, so that the XI is recocnising the jar files? Is there an other reason for that failure?
Since I'm trying to figure out what is happening for one week now, you are my last chance :-).
    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,
    Like Stefan said..
Reason: Incorrect application sap.com/XI_Adapter_Module_Edifact_Parser:Bean EDIFACT_TO_XML: the ejb-class must implement, directly or indirectly, the javax.ejb.SessionBean interface. EJB specification 7.10.2.Error in the bean class: There is no public constructor with no parameters defined within bean de.regioit.xi.adapter.module.EDIFACT_TO_XML. Bean classes must have a public constructor with no parameters.Error in the bean class: The bean class de.regioit.xi.adapter.module.EDIFACT_TO_XML was found, but was declared as abstract. It must not be abstract.
Change the bean class EDIFACT_TO_XML in package..de.regioit.xi.adapter.module and change it from
Abstract to public, save rebuild and re-deploy......

  • Deploy adapter module in PI 7.1

    Hi everybody,
I have made the changes to the module i developed in 7.0 as per stefnans blog
    /people/stefan.grube/blog/2008/12/11/adjust-your-pi-70-adapter-modules-for-pi-71-in-15-minutes
Do i have to create the ear file and deploy it?..or is there some other way..
cos i see there is no visual admin...its nwa here right?
how can i chek if the module has been deployed?

    Hi Stefan,
I have a small confusion here..
I have made the changes as per ur blog...
I have developed the module for 7.0 using NWDS 7.0.9...j2sdk1.4
as i see NWDS 7.1 requires java 1.5 and above, Im wondering if i have to redo the entire modulle in NWDS 7.1?
or would it just suffice to modify all the statementsin ur blog...
@ Jyothi :Really appreciate ur reply..can u suggest something on the above

Can anyone help me on this???

    Hi,
Yes, I agree we need to update this paper or at least blog about a change in ADF Swing 10.1.3 that is needed for AM pooling support. Here is what you need to know:
In order to run ADF Swing in batch mode you must have a "Server side configuration". This configuration is used by server side of the application, i.e. by BC EJB running in oc4j context to do am pooling, which in this case is called "remote am pooling" .
This configuration is called AppModuleLocal1. Actually from ADF BC point of view it is local, hence it is used in the same jvm where ADF BC are running.
There two places where you can create this "Server side configuration" (named as AppModuleLocal1) in one of two places:
    1) on the Remote tab of AM Editor when you shuttle EJB Session Bean
    to the right.
    2) on step 3 of "Create Business Components Deployment Profiles" wizard.
    To create it:
At the bottom of "EJB Session Bean" panel see "Local Configurations" dropdown and the "New" button close to it. Click the button.
Let me know if this works
    Frank
