Library crashed how do i move the apps on my touch to new library

Long story short, the volume structure of the external hard where my itunes library was located disintegrated. Not all was lost, as I happened to have copied all of my music onto my wife's itunes (running on a separate external hard drive) so i still have all my music.
Ok, so what i want to do is switch my touch over to her itunes, the only problem i see now is potentially loosing all my apps. Ideally I would like to get all my apps transfered (including the ones i had deleted off the touch but were in itunes) however, my biggest concern is getting the apps on my touch now and importing them into the new library. Any thoughts on this? Does apple allow you to re-download apps or is there a record of all the apps you downloaded? Can i manually copy my apps from the touch to the new library? thanks for your help

Sorry, there is no way to move that file out of the Profile folder, or specify a different location for it, built into Firefox.
One extension that might be able to help you do that is Pike's Bookmark Backup extension. BB allows you to specify which files are backed-up and where those backup files are saved. It also has a backup interval setting, IIRC. <br />

Connect your iPod to your computer. If it is set to update automatically you'll get a message that it is linked to a different library and asking if you want to link to this one and replace all your songs etc, press "Cancel". Pressing "Erase and Sync" will irretrievably remove all the songs from your iPod. Your iPod should appear in the iTunes source list from where you can change the update setting to manual and use your iPod without the risk of accidentally erasing it. Also when using most of the utilities listed below your iPod needs to be enabled for disc use, changing to manual update will do this by default. Check the "manually manage music and videos" box in Summary then press the Apply button: Managing content manually on iPod

If you have any iTunes Music Store purchases the transfer of purchased content from the iPod to authorised computers was introduced with iTunes 7. Whichever of these retrieval methods you choose, keep your iPod in manual mode until you have reloaded your iTunes and you are happy with your playlists etc then it will be safe to return it auto-sync. I would also advise that you get yourself an external hard drive and back your stuff up, relying on an iPod as your sole backup is not a good idea and external drives are comparatively inexpensive these days, you can get loads of storage for a reasonable outlay.

BTW, your apps remain in the "cloud" regardless of if you think you "moved" them. You cannot delete them from the cloud. They will remain there until:
1. Apple removes it from the App Store for some reason
2. The developer chooses to have it removed from the App Store for some reason

Can you please explain more regarding to move setup from DEV to PROD instance.The steps are documented in the iSetup manual, so have you gone through the documentation?
Also we would install PROD with multi tier nodes, and HA cluster. So in that case what would be the change to move the setups from DEV to PROD, as DEV is single node TEST APPS 12 installation.iSetup is helpful in moving the functional setup between the two instances. If you want to create an identical copy of your DEV instance to PROD instance (provided that both instances contain no data), then you can use "Rapid Clone" -- See (Note: 799735.1 - Rapid Clone Documentation Resources, Release 11i and 12).

Approximately 6 months as I was coming from Microsoft directly to OS 8.6. In my mind, the Mac OS was the direct opposite of Microsoft. I was clicking on the left side of the window when I should have been clicking on the right.
Learning OS X took me about 1 1/2 years. Huge learning curve for me. Matter of fact, I am still learning. Still looking for those Easter Eggs.

You can move apps around in iOS 7 the same as iOS 6. Press an app icon until you see it wiggle; then drag it to where ever you want it to be. Drag it onto another app to create a folder with the two apps. Tap the Home button to stop the wiggle.
