Library imported from G4 shows 3+ GB but not photos

An iphoto 6 Library I imported from my G4 to MBpro shows 3 GB but no photos or events on iphoto 8. I tried several times and then drug com.apple.iphoto.plist to trash but no joy. Would appreciate help.

The outlook calendar from work shows on iPhone but not on iCloud website or iMac

I have an iMac running latest OS, iPhone 5S running latest OS. The outlook calendar from my work pushes out to iPhone, and my iPad, but not to the iCloud website and not to the iMac.
Any ideas??

The only calendar which should be showing in Outlook is the iCloud calendar. The other calendars if showing are local to your machine. If you have to move the events you are creating in Outlook to iCloud, the wrong calendar is being used when you set up the event.

Hotmail e-mails "sent" from iphone show on ipad but not mac?

Hey, just a quick question ergarding emails "sent"
If I send or reply to and email on my mac it'll show in both my iphone and ipad in the sent folder, but if its sent from either of these it doesn't show up in the mac sent box?
Is there a fix for this?

on your iPhone and iPad go to settings/general/mail/accounts and look at the accounts. It will say how you set it up. On your iMac go to Mail/prererences/accounts and you will see the account description. If it's working OK for you and you aren't comfortable with setting up mail accounts it can get messy.

Downloaded a SD version tv ep from iTunes, shows in purchases but not in video's? Where is it?

I've downloaded many TV episodes for iTunes, always in HD and had no problems. This time I downloaded in SD, I was running out of room, and now I can't find them. They are showing in the purchased tab in iTunes but don't show up in video's, under tv shows. Where might they be? When I go back into the store and look at the episodes it is showing as downloaded. Have you got a TV programme age rating set in Settings > General > Restrictions that might be hiding them ?
If not then have you tried a reset to see if they show after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "music library" - are you looking in the Music app? Or the iTunes app (which is not the one to be looking in)?

The photo sync is one-way: Computer to phone. Photos synced to your phone will have to be extracted from your phone using third-party software, if you want them on your computer, as Apple makes no provision to do so. Since you're using a Mac, you can use this:

are you using the same user to access backend and portal?. In backend, did you try from transaction PHAP_CHANGE with that user?. If you try with transaction PHAP_ADMIN in backed you are accessing as administrator, so you cannot compare the behaviour in PHAP_ADMIN and portal.

I use DWMX 2004
I placed the hmtl validation icon at the bottom of a template
so that
each page could be conveniently validated.
The icon is showing all right, both locally and online, in
IE, but it is
not showing in Mozilla.
What can I do to fix this?

validation errors, we are upgrading a site from doc type
'transitional'
to doc type 'strict'. We have the site on a test server, put

validation icon first, let it point out the errors, then fix

The latest episode in it is 23 July: the later episodes haven't made it into the feed so either the connection to Feedburner has failed or there is something about the recent episodes which is causing them not to make it into the feed. There is a difference in what Kappy stated and what you stated. A major paid upgrade (v2.x to v3.0), yes, costs money, as it would in any other delivery stream. Updates (v3.0 to v3.1) to a a major version are free.
Most apps sold through the Mac App Store (MAS) are the type that use the simple drag & drop installation. Those are downloaded directly to the designated apps folder and installation is done. Large pro-type apps download an installer to your Apps folder. Those you can install at your leisure. The MAS does not have a lot of apps using this type of installation.
Be sure to always backup your MAS purchases, because there is no guarantee that the app will always be available for download in the future and it is your responsibility to archive copies.

Paste image from clipboard works in Chrome but not in Firefox

I would like to know a bit more about the technical reasons why image pasting from clipboard works on Chrome but not Firefox.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the text editor on github.com, e.g. by commenting on an issue
2. Copy an image to clipboard
3. Put the mouse cursor into the text editor area
4. Use CTRL+V to paste the image into the text editor
On Chrome, the image is pasted and automatically uploaded on Github. On Firefox nothing happens.
Can someone please shed light on this lacking feature?
I would so much love to see support for this on Firefox as it is a very convenient functionality.

The best is to try it yourself I guess.
Go to Github and try pasting an image into the compose editor.
The editor definitely supports image pastings. They work directly in Chrome(ium).
Thus I am wondering why Firefox does not support direct pasting from clipboard into the editor.

I created shared mailboxes for a user- they show on web but not on Outlook2013-
If the user logs on to office365 web - I can see the 3 shared folders- but if when she opens Outlook she is not able to see them-
Do they - should they be manually added ? How ?

Thanks for your question.
Not sure what exactly you mean by "created shared mailboxes for a user", by default, Outlook automatically loads all mailboxes to which the user has "Full Access" permission. So please first check if you have granted the right permissions
for that mailbox to the user.
When I say "By default", I mean you didn't disable the Outlook Auto-Mapping service. If you did, then the shared mailbox will not be automatically added to the user's Outlook profile. So please have a check on this:

Also, please note if the shared mailbox was just created, or the user was just added as a member of that shared mailbox, you probably will need to wait for a few hours for the shared mailbox to appear in the user's Outlook folder.
