Library not fund lnavhoa

Question

I have tuhis environment:
HP -UX 11.11 and rdbms 10.1.0.4.
in my $ORACLE_HOME/bin the hsodbc file is empy, why??
When I execute this: /usr/ccs/bin/make -f ins_rdbms.mk ihsodbc
I receive this error: Can't find library or mismatched ABI for -lnavhoa
Why??

Check out, if the following file exists:
/opt/aCC/lib/cpprt0_stub.o
If not, please follow this instruction to create it:
Create a file called cpprt0_stub.s with the following contents:

But in I haven't aCC compiller, any idea??
