Libros y Audiolibros en Español--cannot upgrade, and cannot purchase audiobooks.
Two major problems with this App.
One, I cannot successfully purchase an audiobook through the app. I can download a free text-only book, but there are no free audiobooks that I've found. When I try to purchase an audiobook, it goes through the BlackBerry World sign in, I put in my password, it verifies my account, and then says "content not available". I have tried several different book. I have no problem at all purchasing apps through BB World, and there is no problem with my PAyPAl or credit card accounts.
Two, I have version 1.0.xxx of this app. In BB World it says version 2.1 is available for upgrade, and when I click upgrade it gives the install bar, but doesn't upgrade. If I go into BB World on the Internet and choose to download this app, it says it is giveing me version 2.1, but after it has downloaded and installed on the BB Z10, it still is version 1.0.xxx and says there is an upgrade to 2.1 available. I have tried first deleting version 1.0.xxx, hard rebooting the Z10, reinstalling what is said to be v 2.1, but no luck.
I have emailed the developer in Spain (in Spanish) and received no response from them.
My Z10 OS is 10.1.0.2354, an offical release, and is working well.
Any ideas, anyone?

Differences between 1st Gen + upgrade and 2nd Gen?
Hi all. I was looking into purchasing a new iPod touch, but before I do so, I was wondering if there is any difference between getting an iPod touch 1st generation and purchasing the software upgrade and simply purchasing a 2nd generation? Reason being that I can get a 1st gen much cheaper than the $10 that it would cost to get the software upgrades, so if I can do that it would be great.
So is it a seamless upgrade or will there be some small differences between the two? Thanks in advance for the replies!Updating a 1st gen Touch to 2.1 is the way to go if you don't care too much about the primary differences, where the 2nd gen Touch has the speaker, external volume control, and slimmer at the edges. I've had both and am glad that I have updated to the 2nd gen Touch.
Note that the 2nd gen Touch does not have the same charging circuit as previous iPod models, so if you have 3rd party chargers that rely on the 12V (firewire) pin on the iPod's dock connector, those won't work. For the 2nd gen Touch you need to have "Made for iPod" designated charging accessories which use the 5V (USB) pin of the connector. Chargers don't specify which pin of the connector they use, so if you go with a 2nd gen Touch be sure that any accessories you buy for it are designated specificatly for the 2nd gen. -
I have upgraded to 10.6.8 and have purchased Mountain Lion 10.8.2 but it will not let me install until I have 10.8.0 and I cannot find the download or a way to get it anywhere. What do I do to upgrade? Thanks for the help!

I have PowerBook G4, running 10.5.8. Went to upgrade and says OS too old. I went back to older version of foxfire. Now I have a circle with a line through it and when I try to open it I get,You cannot open the application “Firefox” because it is not supported on this architecture. Thanks for the help.

I am currently using OS X and need to update to 10.5 in order to upgrade and/or update softwares. I do not have the APP store option....I cannot even download Itunes. Any thoughts
You don't need 10.5. Skip it and buy a Mac OS X 10.6 DVD.

My sister and I have/had an iPhone this week she upgraded and went to an android. Now she cannot receive my text. I have put her phone number as a mobile device. Deleted previous iMessages and started a new thread she still cannot receive my text. Please tell me how this can be resolved
the fastest way is to call applecare and they can remove her number from iMessage/facetime.

How can I contact customer service because my registration number according to Adobe cannot be upgraded; and Adobe's message to me said that I was registered for CS4; I am currently registered for CS5. Is there no way to contact customer service via email or phone re this problem?

Since yesterday morning about 11:00 I have been having TERRIBLE email problems on this iPad 3G. Email comes in (I hear the sound) but nothing displays -- no folders, no content, no nothing in e-mail. The blank email screen shows up and then disappears after about 10 seconds, taking me back to the Home Screen.
Right now, the only way I can see email on this device is to log onto AOL via the AOL app.
I have been doing a lot of online reading about the problem. It has to do with iOS 8.1.3 and it affects older iPads and iPhones. I'm having no problems on my iPod touch, which -- fortunately -- is so old it cannot update its iOS 6.
I waited to update the iOS on this iPad until iOS 8 was "mature." That was about 2 weeks ago.
Anybody know know if Apple is aware? working on a solution? -
I cannot send emails, only receive, after upgrade to Yosemite today, Apple should resolve this issue. Any help more than welcome. Thanks

I have contacted three more people that made the upgrade and they have the same problem. My advise is not to upgrade until Apple solves the serious issue, I would hate to have to re-install Outlook...I can send e-mails just fine with apple mail on yosemite...
Might not be a generic problem but rather a personal problem..
You should try find a fix rather than waiting on apple.
Hopefully somebody can help you out.

That's because apps are DRM protected & tied to the account used to originally obtain them. They cannot be transferred to another iTunes account. You can contact iTunes support, explain the situation, and request they add these apps to the download queue of your new account:

I have installed OS X but now find that i can no longer use VMware Fusion with this upgrade. I need VMware Fusion more than i need OS X. How do I uninstall this upgrade and revert to my old OS?

How can I remove this new Kitkat upgrade and go back to what I had. I cannot deal with the color on text screen and the keyboard is terrible. Can take back all the stupid pictures they added for texting. Just need it back to what it was.

The icon for Safari has probably moved to make room for new apps. Scroll the Home screen to look for it.
