Licence photoshop element12

J'ai acheté regulierement un CD de ce logiciel avec un n° de licence.
Aprés installation sur mon PC, on me demande d'activer la licence par une connection internet. J'utilise mon adresse mail, et l'id ADOBE, et même aprés enrgestrement sur le sire adobe de mon produit, je n'arrive toujours pas y accéder.
Que faire ?

If it was a boxed product then you have a dual platform licence and your serial number will work with your Mac. If it was a download you can apply to Adobe for a platform swap - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/order-product-platform-language-swap.htm l.
If this is a permanent swap remember to sign out from your Windows v12 version before uninstalling (this is how you deactivate it).

When installing there a box on the screen that say that (installing shared technologies error), please restart.
I have restarted at this stage, and then you start the program it states that the trial have expired.
I.e.. I have only just trying to installing this program
I have tried to reinstall it, but the program uninstalls first, so it going through the same loop again.
I have looked at the troubleshoot installation on your site, but no answer to my problem,
I'm using windows xp with sp.3
I hope you can help me.

Hi. When program finish installing it runs back and remove the program, have done this twice now, with no luck.
I'm using windows xp with sp3.
Hope you can help, as i would very much like to try this program.

Licencing Photoshop Elements 13 has error 'The serial number you entered is invalid.'

I had a trail version of Photoshop Elements 13 that I wanted to buy and licence. I bought the product and got the serial number, but whenever I try to licence the trial version with the serial number it says 'The serial number you entered is invalid'.
I can't find a solution anywhere, can anyone help?

Lors de l'installation de photoshop elements 13 sous windows 8, le logiciel me redemande de me reconnecter après avoir validé l'agrément de la licence, et "tourne en boucle", refusant de lancer PSE13 (pourtant déclaré dans la base Adobe) .Le lien fourni par l'assistance sensé me permettre de résoudre ce problème ne fonctionne pas. Peut-être l'ai-je mal noté?

La licence ne semble pas être approuvée et PSE 13 ne se lance pas: Toujours le même message" Nécessite une connexion...." et on recommence. Le logiciel est déclaré chez Adobe et figure bien dans mes produits avec son numéro de licence.

I have recently decided to upgrade my adobe photoshop elements 8 for the new version 13, However i am having trouble downloading the new version and entering the licence key,
I still currently have the old version up and running as i use this on a daily basis, Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

My licenced photoshop cc turned into a trial version.

I am a licenced user of photoshop CC since Sep '13, for which I pay every month. Photoshop worked without problem until today. When I try to start photoshop, I get a message that it is only as trial version for which I have to register. What happened and what can I do about it?

Or le transfert de licence n'a pas été fait.

Adobe ne vend pas la version CS4 plus. Seulement un propriétaire inscrit d'une licence CS4 peut transférer la licence à vous.

Licence Photoshop Elements pour Windows au lieu de Mac

Bonjour.
A la fin de ma période d'essai de Photoshop Elements 13 pour MAC, j'ai payé la licence.
J'ai bien reçu le mail de confirmation et le numéro de série.
Mais au moment de l'activer je reçois le message "Ce numéro de série n'est pas valable pour Adobe Photoshop Elements 13".
Et en relisant le mail je découvre que Adobe m'a fait acheter une licence... pour WINDOWS !
Que puis-je faire ?

Bonjour. J'ai téléchargé la version gratuite de Photoshop CS2 après beaucoup de difficultés. A l'ouverture du programme on me demande un N° de licence. Je n'ai pas le sentiment qu'il m'est été donné au téléchargement et aucun de ceux, innombrables, qui sont proposés sur Internet ne sont valables ! Dois-je abandonner mon projet d'utiliser CS2 au delà de la période d'essai de 3 mois proposée ou existe-il une solution de la part d'Adobe ? Merci d'avance de votre réponse.

From Adobe (or a certified reseller), the options are: Ps CS6 perpetual license, or the CC (Creative Cloud) version, with is a continuing rental licence.
The chances of finding an earlier version of Ps, that is legit, are very small, if they exist at all.
Mylenium is 100% correct, that the download of CS 2 is ONLY for those who own the product already, and solves an issue with the Activation servers for that version, being taken down. It is a solution only for those who already own Ps CS2.

Je me posais la question de la licence à prendre en tant qu'auto entrepreneur pour Photoshop CC. Un photographe en auto entrepeur doit il prendre la version pour les PME, alors qu'un auto entrepreneur n'est pas une PME?
Est-il possible de prendre la version "individus", sachant de plus qu'un autoentrepreneur est assujetti à la TVA?
Il n'y a aucune réponse à cette question sur le site pour s'abonner, dans la FAQ, ou dans les conditions d'utilisation.

En ta qualité d'auto-entrepreneur tu es tout seul donc tu prends l'abonnement "individus". L'abo PME/Entreprises concerne les sociétés de plus de 1 salariés
Et si tu prends le pack photo, c'est 11,99 TTC/m ou 143 et des poussières en un réglement annuel.
sachant de plus qu'un autoentrepreneur est assujetti à la TVA?
Ou les choses ont changé ou bien les AE ne sont pas assujettis à la TVA. Enfin tu vas la payer mais pas pouvoir la déduire. De mon expérience c'est seulement lors d'un dépassement de plafond en cours 'exercice que tu devras déclarer la TVA rétroactivement au premier jour du mois du dépassement.

When I try, I have this message: Please install/uninstalled the product using set.up exe in the root folder...

What does the file you downloaded look like - what is its name? The instruction is telling you to look inside of it and run the setup.exe file.
