Licence terms and Permitted use

I'm just trying to get my head around how the licencing for Sun Studio Creator works. The SDN website just seems to say that the tool is free. I have had a quick look at the licence agreement howerver and I saw this passage:
3. Permitted Use.
As selected in your Entitlement, one or more of the
following Permitted Uses will apply to your use of Software.
Unless you have an Entitlement that expressly permits it,
you may not use Software for any of the other Permitted
Uses. If you don't have an Entitlement, or if your
Entitlement doesn't cover additional software delivered to
you, then such software is for your Evaluation Use.
(a) Evaluation Use. You may evaluate Software internally
for a period of 90 days from your first use.
(b) Research and Instructional Use. You may use Software
internally to design, develop and test, and also to provide
instruction on such uses.
(c) Individual Use. You may use Software internally for
personal, individual use.
(d) Commercial Use. You may use Software internally for
your own commercial purposes.
(e) Service Provider Use. You may make Software
functionality accessible (but not by providing Software
itself or through outsourcing services) to your end users in
an extranet deployment, but not to your affiliated companies
or to government agencies.I've not seen anywhere what the entitlement when you download it is. So does this mean that it is usable for evaluation purposes only? if so what is the comercial cost of it?

Intresting topic, in the top of the license agreement it says:
Permitted Use:

designing, developing, and testing Your applets and
applications ("Programs"), conditioned on your compliance
with the Additional Terms below.
2) Sun Java System Application Server Platform Edition 8.2:
Provided that You are registered with the Sun Developer
Network, You may reproduce and use App Server 8.2 for
Service Provider Use.
I can say for sure that Sun Java Studio Creator 2 is free of charge and this is ofcourse excluding support which you can get in several options: http://www.sun.com/service/serviceplans/developer/index.xml

Is there any way to accept the apple terms and conditions using the website or any other ways that are not flawed to being unusable?

I have tried using the set in system of trying to update an app and being prompted to agree, but every single time Apple's gay system keeps telling me that my session has timed out and I should try again. I have tried multiple times to have it sent by email, but every one of those show up as "there was an error and email failed. Please try again.". I signed in on the website and was prompted to agree to the terms and I did, but Apple still will not let me dowload/update apps. Is there any way to get to a part of a website that lets you agree to the terms? If not, is there any fool-proof way that I can do it or a solution to the session timing out issue?

Try resetting your device.
If that fails, Reboot, Reset, Restore.

Exchange 2013 Licencing Terms and Agreements

When you install Exchange 2013 you have to agree to the terms and conditions with the /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenceTerms
If you dont setup.exe points you to a URL
The the URL is http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=150127
However when you go to the link there is only an option for Exchange 2007 and 2010 ? Where’s the version selection for Exchange 2013?
And How has the rest of the world been accepting these license terms for Exchange 2013?
I need our legal department to give me (the technical guy) approval that I can accept these terms on behalf of the organization and without the terms I technically cannot go ahead..

Attach Terms and Condition in PDF to Script

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to include the Terms and conditons ( 4 pages - 2 columnwise ) in PDF document. Now they want to include it to already existing script.
I just first thought of inlcuding the Terms and conditions using Include Text. But later my Functional asked me a possiblilty of attaching the whole document to the already existing script itself. But i am not sure how to proceed with that.
Can you guys guide me, which one is good,
1. Including in Include text (so10) or
2. attaching as PDF itself.
Also let me know how to proceed with that.

Defintion of "terms and use"

I have posted a question in regards to this matter before so iam well aware that it is similar to that question.
In the "terms of use" it states that
""Itunes files must be used for personal, non commercial purposes and not for redistribution.......""
I was told by certain customer support assistants when i contacted them by phone that they were very sure that itunes files are able to be played, in the situation that i will be using them for, DJing to a live audience, and that in the terms of use "Non commercial" means that the files must not be copied and sold????
This is the defintion of what commecial means, having profit as a chief aim by selling something. Iam certainly not selling the files and have no illegal intentions to make profit from the files. I pay my fee and am using the files personally for my own personal reasons, without sharing the files or copying them for other peoples personal use. I am gaining a profit if I am DJing to a live audience but this is getting paid for work, there is no direct relation to profit and commercial profit from the files.
I am using my ability to play the files through, bought brand name equipment, for other peoples enjoyment. The copyright owners are taken care of by the fee i pay on tunes and all other issues by the liscence that the venue (club/pub) holds. If i am not aloud it would be rediculous as there is no commercial profit being made by me through the files. It is stricly work and how i make my money. The record companys have the permission of the copyright owner, Itunes pays royalties to the record company to pass on the to original copyright owner, then itunes music files are completely legal and can be used for non commercial purposes. IE not selling the files for commercial profit so there for what iam doing is legal!?

That all sounds well and good and i feel the same as you but it is such a fine line i really would like a definite answer to it,
I guess my questions are this, is it classed as using itunes music files for commercial purposes if you are DJing with them???? And is it legal to play Itunes files as a DJ??? ( assuming that iam playing at a venue/club/pub with the relevant liscence)
I would like something concrete, i would hate to go through all this then find that a simple missinterpretation of the word "NON COMMERCIAL" leads to me commiting illegal use of itunes files.
Also it says in the "australian copyright laws" that digital download sites such as itunes etc are legal places to download music,and you are aloud to play the files as a DJ as long as you obtain the relevant liscence. They also go onto say that the issue is subject to the "terms of use" of the website hosting the music files!!!! Therefor the issue lays in the Itunes "terms of use" policy!!!? And also lyes in teh word "NON COMMERCIAL"????

CC keeps asking to accept licencing terms again... and again...

Since installing CC two weeks ago, CC programs, including PP, keep asking me to accept the licencing terms again... and again... and again...
This is becoming a real agravation. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Does anyone know the solution?

At least I know now that it isn't just a problem with my computer or account! I'm sure Adobe is working on fixing this as I can't imagine they haven't received dozens of FRs regarding this already.
This problem does cast a serious doubt about using CC away from the internet for any amount of time, even for just a few days. The way it is now, I wouldn't trust it since the current problem leads me to believe I could be locked out of my CC apps at any time, despite Adobe's policy that your computer only needs to 'call in' once a month to confirm subscription.
Never any such worries with CS6 or prior.

When I click review i then clicked continue and everytime that I agree to the terms and policies on the second page it just sends me back to the top of the page and doesnt allow me to go any farther in the itunes store process any idea of how to get this to work?

How do I accept the Terms and Conditions when trying to set up an Apple ID for the first time ( using my iphone)?

I am trying to create an Apple ID by using the Itunes icon on my iphone 5s for the first time. It opens up a screen with the 54 pages of Terms and Conditions and it does not allow me to even accept the Terms and Conditions... no Accept option or place to click!
The only option is to Send the terms and conditions via email... which also does not work...it keeps asking me to "try again"... Has someone else had this problem?

I live in Australia where there are good privacy laws protecting citizens. I do not want to be forced to use iCloud when the data sits in the USA with weaker privacy laws and also able to be seen by the US Government under the Patriot Act. Further I suspect Apple will interrogate my contacts and calendar for commercial purposes and I do not want that either.
I chose to synch my calendar and contacts with my iphone and ipad. I have relied for years on carrying around my phone with my diary on it. I can no longer do that.
Whoever made this decision at Apple has to be someone who knows little about the world. I can actually see EU regulators getting very annoyed by this.
I too woud like the itunes mac to iphone/ipad local backup given back.

Have you turned the iPad off then back on? That often helps with problems.

Accept terms and sign in each time a product is used?

Why do we all have to "Accept Terms" and sign in every time we use the CC products. The "Accept Terms" appears every time I use a product. It's not like I haven't already accepted terms and it's an interruption in workflow.
So Adobe, why are you making CC harder to use? Is anyone else having this issue?

You can try this as it has helped to resolve previously.
1. Start the Creative Cloud app with Adminstrative privileges. Right click on its' icon and choose "Run as Administator"
2. Sign in
It should work now even on a reboot. Your apps should no longer ask you to accept the license and sign in.
