License Agreement Pops Up On Lanuch

Dear Adobe,
I recently installed Dreamweaver CS4, my freind got it a few months ago but he never used him so he installed it onto my computer. But I dont really see him because he has been called out to help find people in the recent earthquakes. I wasnt home when he installed the program so I dont know what he did like where he put the files for everything like that. Anyway, when ever I load up Dreamweaver the "License Agreement" pops up all the time. I click "Accept" and the program loads up like normal. But, how I have to click the Agree all the time does get annoying after time. So, is there a way to fix this?
Thanks,
Zach

Well, Sorry.
As you can tell that was my first post on the Adobe Fourms. So, I dont know how it really works here. Many other websites have Support Fourms. Thats why I posted this.
Anyway, I do have Windows Vista.
And what is UAC? And how to turn it off?
Thanks

Try launching the editor and entering your serial number there if asked.

  • Software License Agreement Pop Up

I have a Mac. I have had CS5 Design Premium Teacher and Student Edition for the last four years. A few weeks ago, I could no longer open up my product. Instead, a Software License Agreement popped up with the Adobe Application Manager. After I click "Accept", my program does not open. The Software License Agreement reappears. This continued to happen. I knew I had another download available, so I uninstalled Design Premium, and reinstalled it using my product key. However, even with the new install the problem persists. Adobe Online Support say they cannot help me with my issue and I should turn to the online forum. How can I fix this issue and open up my product? I need to use my programs!

  • Adobe Software License Agreement pops up over and over when I try to use Acrobat. Even after I "Acce

Adobe Software License Agreement pops up over and over when I try to use Acrobat. Even after I "Accept".

I have the same problem as Pam101. I am on OS X 10.9 and Safari 7 (actually on 2 iMacs). The one iMac is fine but the other with the same versions and settings Adobe Reader will not work. What happens is the Adobe Reader icon appears on the dock, bounces once and that's it. When trying to open a .pdf file from a website a new tab is opened on Safari, the background is black and there is a pop up message (black test on a white background) that reads: "Adobe PDF Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement." This is all very well but if Adobe Reader will not launch how on earth is it possible to accept the End User License Agreement terms? Very, very annoying, especially since it all works just fine if I launch a .pdf file from a website using Chrome. What is going on here and who do I talk to in order to fix this problem - Apple or Adobe?

  • Adobe's  "accept license agreement" pops up way too much and ruins UX

I got a work PDF today from the boss. I opened it up, and about 3 seconds later acrobat reader *shut down* on me while I was reading.
Up pops the accept license agreement box.
It pops up every day ot two for each product. It's like Adobe just can't remember that I have a valid subscription. True, I use a Mac and a Windows machine.
But stiil, the Cloud should know I'm activated and pay.
Can Adobe fix this so the experience is better ?

  • Adobe Reader License Agreement pops up when I visit certain sites

    Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone can help.
On certain machines when I visit a specific web site through IE7 I get the Adobe Reader 8 'License Agreement' popup that asks me to accept or decline.
This doesn't happen on all sites and I can't understand why AReader8 is getting involved since the site is pure HTML and does not involve PDFs.
The site in question is :
    http://www.yjb.gov.uk/en-gb/
Any help / ideas would be appreciated.
    cheers,
    Rick

Make sure Readr is closed. Go to the Applications form, look for the Adobe Reader icon, double click on it, and follow the lead. Restart Reader when finished.

  • Solving Adobe CC 2014 "Software License Agreement" infinite Popping Up after choosing Accept

In my case it was happened in my Windows 8.1 update 1 machine
    Here how I solved it:
    + Go to:
    C:\Users\[YOU-RUSER-NAME]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
    + Delete file:
    _LicenseAgreement.xml
Start any of your Adobe app which has pop up problem before, "Software License Agreement" will popping up again one time, but after you click "Accept" it will stop to reappear
Hope it will work for you guys, at least it worked for me.
    note:
    * File _LicenseAgreement.xml will automatically recreated after the first "Software License Agreement" popping up and accepted.
    * Unfortunately you will have to re accept this agreement pop up for all installed Adobe app.

    Thanks

Anyone know how to fix this?

This is a wide scale error I think. We have been in the same boat. There many who are facing this. We have two on a team here who have lost two days of work because of it. We have called twice and they log in our macs check every thing (that was right already) and no one know what it is. And we keep getting answers like some one has to fix it on the "back end". There is no fixing on your end. you will need to call and get inline and get a case number and start waiting. I have been searching through the forums and there are many who are having the same errors under different names. I tell that was one question I wish the new reporter should have asked. So what happens if Adobe clouds fails or clichés will people be unable to work. Answer yes and the customers will lose more then just their rights to the programs they will locked out of the programs and lose work time.
    Our case number is 185638354

  • Photoshop Elements 8 not opening after agreeing to end user license agreement?

So like the title suggests, when I try to open Photoshop Elements 8, an End User License Agreement pops up for me.  This happened just recently and in the years I've used the software it has never, ever done this to me, so I was kind of surprised when it popped up.  I click accept to proceed, but after I click accept, it doesn't do anything at all.  No matter how many times I try opening it, no matter how many times I try to only open the editor first and not the organizer or run as administrator, nothing seems to work.  I really don't understand why this is happening and what I should do.  I know reinstalling is an option, but I no longer have the installation disc so I would like to try other methods of fixing this if possible.
Enclosing a picture below so you can see what I'm dealing with:

    Try the licensing service update:

  • Xcode stuck at license agreement. Can't open!

Just installed Xcode, then the license agreement pops up. I click agree and type in my password. Then it just stays there. I can click agree as many times as I want,  but it will not go past the license agreement. I have not been able to use Xcode yet.
I have the latest version (and latest OSX) and I've deleted Xcode and reinstalled 3 times. Tried installing from App Store and from dmg. Using MacBook air 2011. Any ideas?
    Thanks!

I have this problem too!  I posted it at the developer forum:

I'm thinking about wiping my system and reloading it due to several bugs in the OS that I can't find solutions for, like this issue, unmodifiable bookmarks in Safari, printer issues, and iCloud authentication issues (password prompts for FaceTime, Messaging, etc.).  Pretty disappointing.
Thinking about switching to Windows too...

  • Can't open PSE, keep getting licensing agreement

Since today, when I try to open PSE, I get a Elements Organizer pop-up that contains the licensing agreement.  When I click Accept, it keeps popping up over and over again.  Once in a while, it goes to another screen to enter my key.  I enter the key, then the licensing agreement pops up again, and I can't open PSE.  Why is this?  I could try re-downloading, but I have a lot of actions already loaded and don't want to have to do it all over again.

I'm so totally frustrated!  I have deleted PSE and PE, used Microsoft Unistall Utility to try to get rid of any bits and pieces of these programs, try to re-install, but the Adobe Wizard goes through the download, only to 'roll back', and tell me the wizard was interrupted before installation was complete.  Here are some pics of what I'm getting:
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
