Can't run Photoshop on win 7 64 bit - licensed creative cloud member
Starting today I have been unable to run photoshop cs6 and can't find a work around. I have logged into my creative cloud account and reviewed adobe forums for solutions. Very, very frustrated with adobe licensing model.
Message comes up indicating that I have "trial version" of software (I do not). When I try to "license this version" I can only input a serial number - unable to input my creative cloud password.
Right now I am uninstalling photoshop and I will try re-installing using the adobe application manager - which I can sign into using creative cloud membership.
This sucks!Make sure to install the latest PS updates. There was a bug in the 13.1 update that got fixed in the immediately following 13.1.1 patch. Otehr than that going back and reinstalling seems just as good...

How do I set up multiple Creative Cloud accounts for the same login?
I have a number of Macs of various flavors. I want to install Creative Cloud apps on four of these units.
I have a subscription currently which I am using for my MBP 17, and a 27" iMac.
I want to add an account for my MB Air and Mac Pro, and I'm willing to double my subscription fees to do it. (I use different apps on each of the computers, though I like the idea of having the ability to use them all on each.) How do I accomplish this addtional subscription without having to add a new Adobe account?
Second Question:
I have the one-year special on my current subscription due to licensed PS 5.5. ($29.95/mo). Would I be eligible on my second subscription for the same deal due to the license on the PS 5.5, or would I qualify due to being a Acrobat Pro 8 owner... or Licensed owner of previous versions of PS? OR.... would I immediately be paying $49.95/mo for the second account?
Either way, I'm in. Just want to do it all under one account if at all possible.
Thanks in advance for resolution. Cheers.Currently all subscriptions (with the exception of Team Ready) require a separate Adobe ID for each Creative Cloud Membership. Its not possible to have two memberships under the same Adobe ID.
Adobe has a Team Ready offering for customers interested in a volume license for Creative Cloud. This is a TLP volume license to Master Collection CS6 and includes licensing for Lightroom and Muse. Customers with this will transition to Creative Cloud Team once available later in 2012. This product uses only a single serial # and Adobe ID. It's not the same as Creative Cloud Membership like what is currently available, but rather a means to get customers setup with something now to transition to the volume license Creative Cloud Team offering once available. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please contact a local Adobe Reseller for more info.

we have architects who work on revit but they need to access creative cloud suite whilst still in Revit via citrix server.

Desktop install creative cloud with error

App-V 5 Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) Enterprise Licensing Error 213:19
Hello, I've posted this on Adobe forums but also posting here to see if anyone else has experienced/overcome this issue.
I'm attempting to create an App-V 5 sequence for Adobe Creative Cloud Enterprise software, but I appear to be getting licensing errors when launching the App-V sequence.
From what I understand in Adobe Create Cloud Enterprise, the licensing restrictions which tie the license to the machine have now been removed so that the base packages can be created with serial numbers and can be included within build images etc as opposed
to creating a trial package and then using a serialization file at install/launch time.
To start with I've created a package using the Adobe Creative Cloud Packager tool (CCP) for just the Illustrator CC application which includes the serial number. I've then sequenced this package using App-V 5 SP1.
When I run this app-v sequence on a test machine , Illustrator loads but I end up with a 213:19 error. Looking in the amt3.log the full error is

I've tested out modifying permissions on the following folders within the app-v package under root but this has no effect.

I've also tried creating a package using a trial licence and then using the adobe_prtk.exe tool to serialize the product at launch (startprocess event in userconfig file) with no success.

I have read those articles (multiple times :-)) I've installed the required c++ redistributables on the sequencer and also on the test machines.
I'm not getting any errors being reported in the App-V eventlogs.
I initially used the adobe_prtk.exe tool to serialize the app-v application at launch via startprocess in the userconfig file as shown. This runs but it doesn't work around this issue.

Following that I read that AAMEE 3.1 removed the (http://blogs.adobe.com/oobe/2012/09/aamee-3-1or-why-puffer-fish-is-a-delicacy.html) machine to license issue
therefore allowing packages to be created using serial numbers and to be included within build images.
As I'm packaging Creative Cloud (not CS6), I'm assuming this has been carried into the Creative Cloud Packager for Enterprise which now must be used.
Any other ideas appreciated. -
Creative Cloud Enterprise - Licensing Restrictions?
I have Creative Cloud Enterprise installation and I am encountering problems with opening projects and the sound on video files.
I get two different errors.
The first occurs when I am opening up a project, whether it is saved on a different computer or the same computer, the problem still occurs. And I won't be able to open the project.
Attached is the screenshot of the error message.
"This project contained a sequence that could not be opened. No sequence preview preset file or codec could be associated with this sequence type."
This happens regardless of where the project is saved. I've even created a project imported footage into a sequence, made sure the sequence settings matched and were correct. Saved the project and closed out. When I try to open the saved project again, it pops up with this error message and will not let me open up the project file. The only workaround is that I have to create a new project and import the old project, then I import selected sequences.
The second issue occurs when I'm working in a project with AVCHD files. I have footage from cameras that record AVCHD (Panasonic AF100) and when I import footage, it does not play any of the camera audio, but the video plays normal. There's an error message in the bottom right corner that brings up the following error message:
I made sure the AF100 was recording in LPCM audio also. This does not happen when working with dSLR footage recording as quicktime movie files as in a Canon dSLR (T3i). So it might be just an issue with AVCHD (or MTS) files.
I have my personal subscription to Creative Cloud (non-enterprise version), and I don't have these issues. The same project file works flawlessly on my personal Premiere, but when I move to my work computers, it has the errors. We have also tried a fresh install of the Adobe CC Enterprise on a clean install of OSX on a Mac Pro 3,1 but it has the exact same issues.
I'd like to know if anyone out there who's working with the enterprise/volume licenses that have encountered these issues, or may know what's going on.
Premiere Pro CC (7.2.2), and we are under the Creative Cloud enterprise edition. We are using Mac Pro 5,1, 6-core 3.33ghz, 14GB memory and ATI Radeon 5870

I asked the IT guy in our department and he says that we only received one serial number under the Adobe LWS account. He was the person that dealt directly with the Adobe LWS people to get our Adobe CC Enterprise software and activation. He's going to check the IT guys for the university to see if those people have some other serial number, too. Would we see the two different serial numbers in our Adobe LWS account? -
Creative Cloud not see the license of Adobe ID
Hello, I have a problem. I started studying at the British School of Art and Design and we were issued a license for 1 year Creative Cloud Suite. I activate the license as it was written in the manual and in the settings of my account Adobe ID indicated that activated license for 1 year (Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year)). But Creative Cloud all products are only activated for 30 days.Creative Cloud was installed after the activation of the license.
go to Creative Cloud desktop and verify that you're connected with the correct Adobe ID ( That contains the subscription ).

How to license Acrobat Pro as a single product in Creative Cloud for teams.
We're just starting with Creative Cloud for teams and I have a question about purchasing it.
We seem to have the option to either add all the products or to license for a single product.
Since a lot of our users are only using Acrobat Pro we'd like to license only that, but when we add a single product license in our team Acrobat Pro is not in the list of applications.

2- What is the actual cost of Creative Cloud for Teams ( small companies with less than 100 employees). In some sections it states monthly cost of 69,99€ while others state 49,99€.
3- Assuming the monthly cost of 69,99€ does this cost covers all products listed ( ilustrator, photoshop, dreamweaver, premiere,...) for a single user or is that the cost per user and per product?
4- How long do I have to keep the contract? Only 1 year? If I want to cancel when should I communicate? or I just need to set on the console 0 users?
5 - Assuming I have only one creative user can the admin console be installed in a different machine (e.g. network admin) without the need of an extra license?
6 - If I acquire 1 license and decide to drop it 1 year and 1 month after will I pay 1 year plus that month or do I need to pay the 2 years?

Problems with Adobe ID/licensing the software Creative Cloud

I have problem with licensing the software of Creative Cloud. All programs installed on my computer and working fine. But the software keeps asking (around 1/2 days),
for licensing the software. For example: when I tried to open Photoshop this day I get the warning sign/pop-up about 'licensing the product', when I click that I get another pop-up about finishing my Adobe ID. After I click that, it goes to internet --> Adobe account where I have to sign in (mail + password). I do that and then the site remains loading the page. Once it did enter into my ADobe ID, and everything was fine, Creative Cloud was mentioned and paid etc in my account. So I hope u can help me further, Thanks in advance! grt MarcelHi Marcel,
Please try deleting these folders from these locations and try launching any apps. It will ask you to license the software so enter your credentials and that should fix the issue.
Windows:
Delete these folders
SLStore from C:\ProgramData\Adobe
SLCache from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
OOBE from C:\Users\(Your Username)\AppData\Local\Adobe
Mac:
Delete SLStore and SLCache from /Library/Application Support/Adobe
Delete OOBE from ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

I have CS6 Master Suite installed along side my now-expired Creative Cloud apps (I am evaluating whether to renew my subscription at this time). Both CS6 and Creative Cloud are currently unlicensed due to a snafu with my educational license, but I have a new CS6 license that I am trying to register CS6 with. However, upon launching any CS6 program, Adobe Application Manager then launches and tells me that my Creative Cloud membership is now expired. How/where to I enter my CS6 license key? I have already tried entering my new license on my Adobe account profile > “My products and services”, and reinstalled CS6 applications from my original disk image (MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.dmg).
