License doesn't work

Today I bought a 30 days license for Sweden/Denmark/Norway (I live in Sweden and was going to Denmark for vacation). I'm using N82 with Tele2 as operator.
I paid using the phone bill before the tripp. It sent some expensive text messages and when i look in my licenses the license is there, but it's just not working.
When trying to route, it wants me to go online for billing solutions. ?? i just paid! this i really frustrating.. Does anyone know how to get this fixed or get a refund?
thanks!

  • CS6 license doesn't work

After more than a year of working properly, my CS6 Master collection mac UK installation now asks for a serial code. The activation code I have (the original one) doesn't work. Pretty sure I didn't but a temporary license. I guess someone needs to check the code, but doesn't seem wise to provide it here..

thanks, but no. all I get is "The serial number you entered is invalid. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support."
doesn't matter if I open Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, etc..

  • Acrobat 9 wants licence - CS4 Design Premium license doesn't work?

I have CS4 Design Premium that I upgraded from CS3 Design Premium. It has been installed and all programs working for quite some time.
Recently I uninstalled CS3 and CS4 wanted the license re-entered. I found my CS4 box and entered that license number in, but it also wanted the CS3 number as the elegible upgrade. I couldn't find it.
Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Acrobat all of them kept asking for the license, so kept clicking past the dialog that said, I only had "x" days left. When it got to "0" days, I had to dig through the back room until I finally found CS3.
That made the entire suite work except for Acrobat. Acrobat seems to have a different activation than the rest of the suite, but it won't take my CS4 number.
    What can I do??

  • FlexNET Licensing doesn't work!!

    Hi there,
I've bought some Adobe Suites some days ago, and the
Dreamweaver CS3 for my computer. The other Suites work fine so far
(We're using Windows Vista Business in the Company), but I can't
get my Dreamweaver running. First i thought it was because of some
old Dreamweaver files on my Harddisk, so I deinstalled, used
CS3Clean and re-installed several times with no success. Then I
found that fix with setting the permissions on the FlexNET
directory and removing the files and so on. It didn't help either.
I'm pretty sure it's not Dreamweaver making troubles here but the
Licensing service. when I set it to disabled Dreamweaver loads
perfectly just to tell me that I can't use it because of licensing
    issues.
Has anybody a clue what could help?
    best regards

After 24 Hours of crap, many phone calls, forum searches,
google searches, dreamweaver.exe traces and hacks. I have the
solution. It is related to SATA drivers and the lack of direct
    access support for Macrovison's FLEXnet.
The solution (it also works for XP and Dreamweaver):

  • Licensing of my Adobe products "doesn't work anymore"; errorcode 150:30

Is this the technical support of Adobe? If so, I have a question (if not: where and how can I find it?): I use the German version of the Creative Suite 4 on a Mac OS X Mountain Lion (version 10.8.2). After regenerating a Time Machine backup I couldn't open the suite's programs anymore.
The first days an error message kept telling me I needed to install a Java SE 6-Runtime-version, but unfortunately I didn't have Internet so couldn't do anything but wait to get my new internet contract. When I had internet again, a newer Java update (version 1.6.0_43 instead of SE 6; I can't find SE 6 to download, if this should be necessary) obviously was installed automaticly, but instead of the first error message I now always get a window telling me the licensing of the product doesn't work anymore. It tells me to relaunch the computer and if this doesn't solve the problem (which it doesn't), I shall consult the technical support of Adobe and indicate the errorcode 150:30. Can you tell me what do do? Thanks in advance!
    Theo

    Hi verwirrt,
Error 150:30 usually comes up if you use timeline or any other software to migrate the files from the older Mac to the newer one or in case of licensing issues.
If you have used a migration software to transfer the files then it's not recommended.
Please remove the files and reinstall CS4 from the disk.
Moreover Photoshop CS4 has not been tested on Mac 10.8.2 and you might face compatibility issues.
Further if you have installed the software from the disk and did not transfer the files from the older mac to the new please refer to the steps mentioned in the Kb doc : http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/error-licensing-stopped-mac- os.html
And if you do not have the disk to reinstall the software, then please download from the direct download links available at : http://prodesigntools.com/download-adobe-cs4-and-cs3-free-trials-here. html
But make sure you follow the important instructions on the page before initiating the download.

  • License number doesn't work

    Hello,
after formatting my HD and reinstalling Leopard I used migration assistant.
Everything worked, except now my quicktime license number doesn't work anymore.
Does anybody has/had this problem or can help me solving it?
    Thanks

Name and number must match the info received from Apple. Even a missing Mr. would cause it to fail.

  • Hello, I have purchased Adobe Design Premium CS5 with Acrobat Professional 9.0 with Win License in 2010.  Same computer, doesn't work any more?

Hello, I have purchased Adobe Design Premium CS5 with Acrobat Professional 9.0 with Win License in 2010. Last month, the software is deactivated and asked me to reinstall it, however, the serial number I have doesn't work anymore. The computer is still the same, operation system is also the same. Something must be wrong with ADOBE. Can you help to resolve? Or direct me to a right person and number? Thanks!

I tried, the Design CS5 worked that way, but not the acrobat pro. 9.0. I will update with what I was suggested to download again from Adobe volume licensing site. Since my computer is at my work. This is the site I was referred to:  Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers | Orders | Accounts

    Hi erastyle,
Actually the Licensing information for the package is missing hence it is not launching any applications. You need to Reserialize the products using APTEE which you can find it on the Machine where you have created the package. If you dont have the access to that Machine then please download and install Creative Cloud Packager and it will download APTEE in the below mentioned location.
    Windows:
    C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\CCP\utilities
Once downloaded please follow this KB article to use the Tool.
    http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/packager/provisioning-toolkit-enterprise.html
Please let us know if it helps.

Likely because it's a not self contained and/or it's game and copy protected, so install it via the developers instructions instead, which likely means it will have ot be uninstalled off the first machine, the developer contacted for a new license key before installing on the newer machine.
If you want it on both machines, you will need to likely buy another license.
Most developers are fine with transfering license between machines, you have to contact them.
They just want to make sure it's only on one machine so they are not getting robbed.

  • Fresh install of iTunes doesn't work(unknown error -50)

I just installed iTunes 7.0.2 via the software update and after the agreeing to the software license agreement this happens:
The iTunes application could not be opened. An unknown error occurred(-50)
Repairing software permissions didn't solve the problem. Reinstalling doesn't work. Quiting everything else and then try to start it doesn't work either. I then deleted everything that had iTunes in it and reinstalled the app. Still a no go.
The weird thing is, the other accounts are able to start iTunes and move through the setup process(search for iTunes library, music store), so there is something wrong with my account that doesn't make iTunes run properly.
How do I get iTunes to run? It's too quiet in here.
    17" Powerbook G4   Mac OS X (10.3.9)

When I click on the symbol top left on the sreen, with left mousebutton, a popupmenu shows.
I select menu > awesome > manual : nothing happens
I select menu > open terminal : nothing happens
    I tried shortcut keys too....
Windows + Enter > nothing happens?
    Thx for the help!

  • Download doesn't work with Safari

Just a tip if you happen to be using Mac OS. It appears that the License Agreement

    Hi Matthew
Does the Activity Window work normally when Rapport is uninstalled ?
If so, I'm not sure what you could do beyond keeping it that way & watching for an updated version; or contacting
http://www.trusteer.com/support/report-problem & seeing what they say, since it might conflict with some other add-on. You've the same trouble in a new account ?.

  • Paste from powerpoint doesn't work

    Hi,
I'm working between powerpoint and pages. I'm trying to copy pictures from a powerpoint and paste them into my pages document. I've tried using the menu options to copy and paste and it still doesn't work.  If i copy a google image and paste into pages it works. When I try copy and pasting text from the powerpoint to pages it works. the problem is solely w/ pictures.
note that I've tried this on my iMac same pictures same versions of pages (newest 5.5.1) and powerpoint (2011, 14.3.9)
    please help.
    Thanks

I've updated and tried what you mentioend and it doesn't work as mentioned above i loaded the files on my iMac and it worked but still doesn't work on my macbook pro
