License for "Community Developer Edition"

For your first answer: The blog says (quote: "The SAP Community Developer Edition license required for participation in code exchange has not expiration. You can renew the license as often as you want.")
I does not tell me where I would get the license. As in my above posting I have found a license renewal page, but there is no clear indication whether this applies to the "Community Developer Edition".
Furthermore I have checked the FAQs, it not clearly says (or I am too dumb to find it, which is another chance) where to obtain the license. I just want to know before I install the download that I will be able to get a free / permanent license.
Bascially I am looking for someone who is using it (the "Community Developer Edition") and can tell me. But you are right, maybe I should ask Mario H. directly.

Also if anyone can tell me if I'm on the right or wrong path in seeking this edition I would be grateful. I'm a .NET Developer looking into creating 3rd party apps to allow users to migrate into SAP more easily. I already have the .NET connector and the ES Explorer working, but i obviously need valid login credentials to use these tools, and I'm hoping that obtaining the SAP CDE will provide that for me.

I guess "the promissed non-expiry license" does not exist until now. Do you ever thought about using SAPLINK, to save your developing objects and reuse it on other systems?
If you want to develop again with a working system, just reinstall minisap and import your SAPLINK exports.

SAP Community Developer Edition - with limited lisence

Hi!
I recently downloaded and installed MiniSAP, or the SAP Community Developer Edition which supposed to have a permanent
license - but the SLICENSE shows me a 1 month limited lisence - which i know that can be extended for another 3 months, but it's a very short period (I want to use this home-SAP version to keep my own programs - instead of txt files that has no nevigation capabilities).
Does any body knows how can I get the promissed forever-lisence?

Startrfc in community developer edition of NW 7.02

I downloaded the Netweaver community developer edition a month ago (7.02) but apparently the executable startrfc is not part of the package. Can this be obtained?

Temporary netweaver license for SDK development

Hi,
In December my company had SDK training and we installed a local development environment
on each participants own Laptop.
This environment consisted of:
- SAP NW 7.3
- SAP ME 6.0
- SAP ME SDK 2.1
Now my SAP Netweaver temporary license has turned invalid. Can I apply for a new license
in SAP Marketplace without having to purchase anything?

I can't comment on cost since this may vary based on contract, but the starting point for renewing the license can be found on Service Marketplace at http://service.sap.com/licensekey.
Also, I don't believe having the same SID will be a problem since the license is based on a unique hardware key.

Flex License for object developed on sdk 4.6.0

if I use Flex 4.6.0 Sdk for development of some charts then after development can I use swf object for selling?

I would recommend hiring a lawyer to review the licensing, but several folks sell components that extend the Flex SDKs.

Biztalk Server Developer Edition Image in Azure

All of my Biztalk 2013R2 machines (based on the Developer Edition image) has stopped working. SQL Server Evaluation period expired. What can I do to fix this? Apart from buying SQL Server.. ;)

I was wondering if there has been update to this. Its been over a week and I can't find any solutions to this?
Also I realised as an msdn ultimate customer I still can't actually raise an Azure Technical support call and have to rely on the forums unless I pay more for Azure support. Very frustrating. 3 people in my organisation are impacted by this on
a brand new Azure based project and it is a little concerning.
The gallery image seemed the best thing since as I understand it, msdn ultimate covers our licensing of the Developer editions. Had I known the SQL would have expired even though I can legally license it with my msdn subscription I would never had
gone down this route and would have started with the base OS image and installed the software on top of this.
Any advice here would be very much appreciated.

i need the above mentioned developer edition for a new
project with ColdFusion. I searched the Adobe website for the
download link, but i was not able to find one for version 6.1.
So, is it still available anywhere else? Or do i have to buy
the full version?

Under "Develop" there are only 2 links to buy the
standard/enterprise edition, but no link for the developer edition.
As i said... i maybe blind at that point ;)

Has the S4 Developer Edition been updated since 4.2.2?

I purchased the S4 Developer Edition thinking it would get updates at least as soon as the regular retail version. My phone is currently at 4.2.2. Is this the latest OTA for the Developer Edition? I spoke with Samsung support and they said it should have been updated but when I called Verizon I was told it was not updated. I never know when I call Verizon if I'm getting someone just reading a screen or someone who really knows what they are talking about. Has anyone else with a Developer Edition S4 received any updates beyond 4.2.2?
