License key is invalid ....

Dear Experts, I just installed BOE on a test server with Windows 2003. Also installed IIS. Now I open the Admin launch and then click on CMC, I get this message "Server Application Unavailable ...". So I went to CCM and clicked on enable/disable server and tried to enable all servers (as I see red on them all). I get this message "Your license key is invalid or has expired. ...."
Now I was wondering how I can login into the CMS while it is not coming up and then enter the license key info. Kindly guide me on this.

Hello,
you have to log on as the Enterprise Administrator to the CMC and add a new valid License Key. After that you have to re- enable all Services in the CMC.

I am trying to install the Hyperion DIM server 9.3.1 to my Enterprise Redhat Linux 4. I run the setup program without any problem. When I when the configuration utility to configure the DIM, it asks for the connectivity keys. I just grid it from http://licensecodes.oracle.com/hyperion.html. I am moving software from my MACBook Pro to a new MACBook Air and when I installed CS5 it told me that my license key is invalid. Its a good license and I don't know why this message is coming up.

This is Ashok. We purchased CRM v1.2 from the third party. They have provided us the CRM CD's(5) with product key. The problem is when im trying to install CRM server in windows 2003 server its asking for organizations name and License Key. So I have entered
my company name as the organization name and entered the product key as a License Key. After click on the add button its giving an error i.e., "Enter this License key is invalid or it does not match the organization name. Verify your license key and organization
name".
Kindly suggest me the best solution to resolve this issue.

License Key Error: Invalid Key

I have an installation of BOE XI R2 which includes:
1-BusinessObjects Web Intelligence Starter Kit (8 user licenses)
2-BusinessObjects Enterprise Professional (for Query, Reporting, and Analysis) 12 users
So in total I have 20 users.
When I add BusinessObjects Web Intelligence BOE Professional Bundle 1 user ,
I get the following error:
There was an error while writing data back to the server: License Key Error: Invalid Key XXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX-XXXX.

During the installation of SAP Dashboards, it will ask for product key. You need to insert the above product key in it.

I am trying to add a user via the CMC and receive the following error:
There was an error while writing data back to the server: Your license key is invalid or has expired. If you received a temporary license key by purchasing another BusinessObjects product, you must register BusinessObjects Enterprise to receive your permanent license key.
This is a new installation and I am trying to create my first user. I am brand new to Crystal Reports server and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

customercareamericas @ businessobjects.com (no spaces) should be able to assist you with acquiring a new keycode. Once received, remove the old one and enter in the new one. Please be sure to specify the product version you have deployed.

We have just installed CR Server XI R2 and have purchased a valid license. The installation accepted the license key during the install and also allowed me to register this license key at the end of the install and sent me my registration number. After finish the install and following the installation guides - all of the services come up in Central Configuration Manager - but when clicking the Enable/Disable Servers icon and trying to enable 1 or all of the servers there (final step in the install guide) I get the following:
Your license key is invalid or has expired. If you received a temporary license key by purchasin another BusinessObjects product, you must register BusinessObjectsEnterprise to receive your permanent license key.
Again, this is not a temp license, but a full Crystal Reports Server XI R2 5 Cal keycode, purchased through CDW.
When we were awaiting the full license to come, we attempted to install and run the trial version of CR Server XI R2 and continually received this same error with that install. I have removed the package completely and re-installed multiple times but each time get this same error at the final step.
Any help would be great, we've tried reaching out to the Customer Email Support for BO and phone number since Monday and finally yesterday we were told we had to come to this forum to get assistance.

Can't activate product-license key?

So i recently bought an acer windows 8 64 bits, and everything was going smoothly until one day a virus from the internet affected my system, and now most of my drivers are gone with no backup or any cd to install them, and windows doesn't function well
anymore, like i can't change lock screen or purchase from windows shop, and even a mtp USB errors with no solution, I've tried many methods like contacting the manufacture for support, and I even tried PC cleaner and it gave like a thousand error messages,
and the only solution is to use the license-product key, however my product-license key is invalid for some reason, and I don't have an original windows disc to do a proper format, so please help me, and sorry for dragging this, it just that I'm really frustrated,
hope you guys give links a video would be great because I'm not very knowledgeable about computers.

System11 batch loader license key

Hi all,
We are on System 11. When scheduling a batch we get a " Failed - 2620 - Batch loader license key is invalid - At line 28"
I was under the impression there are no license keys in System11.
Does anyone know what this error means? Ive had a look in the workbench but I cannot find an option to enter a license key.

Not sure about v11, but this same message appears when using 9.3.1 if the Checkbox available through the Administration >Application Settings > Batch Loader menu item is not been ticked.

MARS 55 License Key

I recently purchased a MARS 55 appliance for a client. I obtained a SCL from Cisco which was registered and I obtained a license file same day. After initializing, i tried to complete the configuration via the GUI interface. The appliance did not bring up a License Key Link, but in the License Info Box, it says "none", which means it doesn't have the Local Controller key, so even when i try to upload the license file i received from Cisco, it tells me the license is invalid. Am i doing something wrong? I have re-imaged the appliance twice with the recovery CD that came along with the box, but I'm not making any progress. Please help!!

I walked in this morning and had a similar issue.
I login to the MARS 50 running 6.0.2 code and it tells me the license key is invalid. I doublechecked the appliance itself and the key is correctly entered.
We did have a power outage over the weekend and am wondering if that had anything to do with it.
Or did the license expire?
I'll post my findings but hope to also hear from someone in this forum.

License Key could not be installed , Invalid user or password

My HANA studio working fine before 2 days. But after installing one CISCO VPN client software on my PC ,I am not able to connect to our HANA box.
Sometime it gives License Key could not be installed(though we have valid license) and sometime Invalid user or password (though my collegues are able to login into system with same user id details from their machine).
I have already reinstalling the HANA studio but no luck. I am able to ping the HANA box as well.
Any hint will be much appreciable.

No, there is no mismatch between the HANA Studio and the HANA DB server. As both of them are in SPS3 (rev 21).
I asked my colleagues to reset my password and after that from my PC, studio->properties when I put my initial password it will ask to change the password ,i have entered my new password but once its over it shows me the message that the invalid user & password.

Based on my research, we need to choose associated KMS key based on the highest product being deployed in the product grouping hierarchy.
To choose the right Volume License key, please refer to this article:

Please type the cmd "slmgr /dlv" on KMS Host and check if it has been activated successfully.
After configure KMS host, By default these KMS client computers will query DNS and locate your KMS host and activate
KMS Client Setup Keys
To reset computers to be KMS clients type the following at elevated command prompt:
Slmgr.vbs /ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
Where xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx is the generic VL key from the following link.

SAP NW CE 73 trail version license key installation shows invalid license

Hi,
I have installed SAP NW CE 73 trail version in my system.
It installed successfully, after I try to install license key using NWA it shows no valid license found.
Every time after restart it works 10-15 min after that it shows same error message (no valid license found).

if you are using a key and download form same area of the license ports you may just have a corrupt down load you can try to download again, or if you burnt the disk try buring a new copy at a slower speed. otherwise you should call your Microsoft licensing
professional to make sure the order went through as expected and you are downloading the proper image.
I don't think you can buy a 2008 r2 license anymore so I also assume you purchased 2012 r2 licensing and are you using a 2008 r2 key? the 2012 r2 key will not work with downgraded OS you need to get the key that matches the os from the licensing portal.

It does not magically appear in a new place. It will only be where you put it.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.
