License Status Check in Non-Subscription Country

Question

1.) If Adobe Muse (or Creative Cloud) is purchased in the U.S. and the user travels to a country where an Adobe Muse (or Creative Cloud) subscription can NOT be purchased, such as India, will the monthly license status check still work while in that country thus allowing the user to continue using the software during a trip lasting more than 37 days?
2.) Can a license status check be done anytime the user wants it to be done within 37 days (30 days + 7 days grace period)--for example, if user is planning to not have internet access for 37 days, can the license status check be done the day before the user will not have internet access for 37 days--or will the license status check only be performed based on some other criteria not controllable by user?

Thank you. To clarify and confirm that we're on the same page:
1.) The status check is the only thing that I need to do monthly in order to keep Muse running and since that can be done from any country with the exceptions you noted (US Embargoed countries) Muse will continue to run on a greater than 30 day trip abroad?
2.) I don't think question 2 was answered or I didn't understand your answer. Can I validate the day before a planned no-internet-connection even if that is just 5 days after my prior validation OR must I validate only on the regular schedule. i.e. Even if a prior validation was done only five days ago, can I re-validate on the following day so that before a planned no-internet-connection I get the full 30 days of use?
