Lied to at Willowbrook TX store and lost out on points... Train your staff
Decided to take advantage of the 5x bonus point offered at the beginning of January and make a big purchase to cash in on the bonus points so I went to the Willowbrook store in Northwest Houston and bought a new game console and games when checking out I asked specifically if the bonus points would count if I got the financing option as I wasn't sure and the cashier told me yes. I had her check with her manager and he too repeated yes that they always have so I took the financing. I then called this morning looking to see where the points were and was told that the policy changed last year and I'm out on 3000+ points lucky I'm still in my return window so I'll be taking the items back for a refund and buying the system off Amazon but you really should pass word along to do better training with your employees and MANAGERS. When your company is in the shape that's it's in you need to cater toward the consumer not away from them other wise your just basically a showroom for Amazon. Judging from other posts and responses on here it looks like there's nothing that's going to happen to correct the situation outside of the normal company line it counts toward your tier response. Hopefully BB take notice before it's too late as I've always liked the store but my wallet is headed to Amazon for the foreseeable future.

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with one Apple ID with a new Apple ID. -

Cant buy anything off the app store and lost all my apps after update
Hello, im having a problem with my iphone 4, i couldnt buy anything off the App store so i decided it would fix my problem. i was wrong there it only caused more problems after the update. i lost all my apps and i still have the same problem with my app store.
I can open the app store but whenever i try to touch the (Free) button nothing happens, also when ever i go to the category section it shows me a bunch of random apps and i cant go back to pick a different category. please help!I bet you still have your apps on your computer. Sync the apps onto your phone from there. If they arent on your computer, download them on.

As above.... how do you change the country of origin in the iTunes store when you already have a balance in another country, in my case the balance is $0.03. At the moment I can't change the country because of this balance and have attempted to zero it out, but no luck yet. Any suggestions?
Contact iTS to have them cashout your account, and aid in changing the nationality.

I am shocked Apple is not taking this seriously. I have receipt and my bank statement to prove the transaction took place. £250 (£50 x 5) is what I will be losing.
iTunes gift cards, as is the case with many gift cards, are like cash; if you lose them, they're gone and cannot be refunded, nor can Apple deactivate the cards; they have no way of doing so. Sorry, but you're just out that money.

How do I use my I'd for the app store and not my wife.
IT always ask for my wife password and I need it to ask for my password. So I need to change it so it will show my ID and not hers.
Tap on the id in Settings > Store and log out of it and you can then log in with your account. But any apps (and other content) that were downloaded by your wife's account will remain tied to her account, so only her account will be able to download updates to her apps

In my case, i just go to Settings->Itunes & App Store and Sign Out and Sign In again. Then enable all Automatic Downloads (Music, Apps, Books, Updates).
PS: Enable all automatic downloads may not be necessary.

I've had it for less than a year and noticed a few weeks ago that it had a red dot on the center of the screen. About a week ago I noticed another dot, a white one, right next to it. I've never dropped it and even went out of my way to buy a decent case to keep it safe. I spent over 200$ on my 4Gen iPod Touch it and I'm very concerned that these dots will spread across my screen. Can I send it to the Apple store by me and have it replaced?

Possible solution to app store and itunes crash!
I just tried something and turned on restrictions on my device. I restricted the app store and the itunes store and backed out. I then went back in and let them be accessed again and then the store worked. I have only tried this on one device and no crashes so far.
Steps:
1.) Go to settings
2.) Go to general
3.)Enable restrictions and restrict the apple and itunes store
4.) Exit out of settings
5.) Go back and enable the use of the apple and itunes store
6.) There you go! Tell me your resultsAnd I just found out as I was trying the latest combo update that the installer doesn't work either. Really not sure what could cause all of this.

I recently purchased two videos from the itunes store. I downlooaded them both successfully to my ipad2 Videos App, the next time I synced the ipad the Movies title was erased and the remaing titles: Rentals Podcasts & Music Videos were left, what happed to the Movies title? It's possible if you computer is not authorized with your iTunes Store account it may not have transfered your purchases from the iPad to the computer. To check, Open iTunes> Select the "Store" menu along top of the program and select Authorize this computer. Sign in with your AppleID and password, this will make sure your computer is authorized for the future so you can transfer purchases from your device.

You can't lose it because they are not 3rd party apps.
Try Settings > General > Reset > Reset Home Screen Layout.
