Life Events Created for Dependents in Detected Status

Hi! Please help me understand this.... When a life event (Ex: Ineligible Dependent) is processed for an employee to end the ineligible dependent coverage, a New Hire Life event is assigned in detected for the dependent. What is causing this and what should be changed to stop this. Thanks and Appreciate your help.
Vamsee

I made some changes on the desktop end - changed the MBEx password from 'admin' (which it was giving me errors as well), to my own password. I added this new user/password to SCCM, MEBx account configuration. I ran another 'Discover AMT Status' on the device;
I review the logs (got the same errors as mentioned above), but this time I went to check the MBEx settings and I actually found some information in it that must have been setup by SCCM (see screenshot).
That was my only change to the desktop (just a password change).

  • How to trigger event CREATED for Bus.Obj BUS2126003 (Vendor Settlement)

    Hi
    I want to start a workflow inside Agent Business, when Vendor Settlement (BUS2126003) is Created.
    The problem is that the event does not get triggered when Created. Not even the CHANGED event is tiggered during change.
    Currently I have workflow on the objects BUS2144001 (Customer Settlement - Agency Business )
    and BUS2100001 (Settlement request list - Agency Business). Both these objects gets triggered when created (EVENT = CREATED).
    I try to find out a way to trigger CREATED for Vendor Settlement. Do you have any suggestion for this?
    I've tried to find any exits, Badi's, ...from where I could trigger the event myself.... but with no good result...
    Best reg
    Henrik

    Hi HA,
    are you talking about ERS (Evaluated Receipt Settlement) in SRM?
    If yes, check with the settings in IMG, there is an ERS flag in Vendor master record that needs to be set for that vendor.
    Hope it helps.

  • When, where, and how is a GUI event created for a Swing component?

    Somebody please help me with this issue !
    Heavy weight (AWT) components such as JFrame, JDialog, JApplet, and JWindow have
    native peers. As I understand, the senario of event creation for such heavy components
    is something like follows:
    1. A mouse click happens in a heavy component.
    2. The native platform (i.e. the OS) captures the mouse click event and
    store it as a native event somewhere in the system.
    3. java.awt.EventDispatchThread gets this message and translates the native message
    into an AWTEvent. When creating the AWTEvent, AWT actually looks up a hashtable
    for the reference to the heavy component from the reference to the native window.
    The hashtable stores all the pairs of heavy components and their native peers ever
    created during the session. Now the AWTEvent includes a reference to the "source"
    component that generates the event.
    4. java.awt.EventDispatchThread dispatches the AWTEvent to the heavy component
    for furture processing.
    As for light weight (Swing) components such as JButtion, no native peers are attached.
    So, there is no mapping from native peers to light weight components.
    After a mouse click happens over a JButton, how, when, and where is the corresponding
    event created and finnally routed to JButton. Could somebody give a sketch of the
    senario? Thanks a lot.

    Basically for Swing components, it would have to figure out based on the size and location of the components which one the click happens in. One could simply know that this panel is so big and it has such and such components in it which are however big and located at whatever point. It's a matter of digging down through components to find the lowest (or would it be highest) one.

  • Event created for SharePoint Calendar opened in Outlook, not showing in SP

    I have a SharePoint 2013 Enterprise calendar list that I have "open in outlook"
    In Outlook 2013, in the opened SharePoint calendar, I create a few events.   None of them show up in the SharePoint list , they only remain visible in my Outlook Calendar. I had users report this problem to me when we were still using SharePoint
    2007, I had hope this error had been fixed... but I shouldn't be surprised to see that it's still happening.
    How can this be fixed? I have users who are depending upon this SharePoint calendar to be accurate. I have no way of knowing that evetns created in Outlook are failing to show in SharePoint.  Help please

    Hi Vince,
    According to your description, my understanding is that the event made in Outlook don’t sync to SharePoint site’s calendar.
    Please try to use the ScanPST program to repaire the SharePoint PST file, compare the result.
    More information, please refer to the link:

    I hope this helps.

  • ICal multiple duplicates of events created for one

    Please help. I created AN event in iCal for my work calendar.  Repeats M-F, 0730-1600 thru March 2014.  I've changed the "hours" of some of the "events" as needed (for example, vacation time, other time-off, etc.)  Instead of ONE event, each DAY is showing more than 100 views of the same event. Viewing the calendar is especially useless on my iPhone 4S - it's solid green (work cal), takes forever to load and, as I mentioned, useless.  I'd delete the entire calendar, but I have to be careful not to delete "views" that may show the amended work hours.  Please, offer some hope ... and HELP!

    I am not sure, but check the Material Master data Views, In Warehouse management Tab.
    Check the field "Loading equipment quantity 1: LE quantity"
    parameter in this field may cause such system behaviour

  • NO Event created for Customer Billing Document (VF01) in Work Flow

    Hi expert ,
    I would like to trigger a work flow from the customer invoice created event.
    Bus Object should be "VBRK" or "BUS2037" ( Customer billing document )
    But ,I cannot get any event after the billing transaction in VF01.
    I use the "SWEL" transaction to monitor all events triggered, but I don't see any event related with billing ( I only see events for sales order creation ).
    Also in "SWO1" BUS2037 has only one event  : "ItCustBillingDoc.assigned"; but It doesn't make any sense to me .Why isn't there a created event for invoice ?
    Has any of you been thru that problem ?
    Thanks for advising .
    Sincerely
    Yvon.

    Hi thanks for your answer.
    SWELS is activated.
    PB still remains :
    In  SWEL i see no event triggered after the creation of a billing invoice .
    I can only see an event related to BUS2032 which is the sales order creation .
    But nothing related to the billing document although the doument is created in SD ( I have the record in VBRK ).
    Any idea Why ?
    Thanks again

  • Trying to find a record that does not have an event created for it

    Post Author: tzinser
    CA Forum: Formula
    A little background on how it works....
    We create a record, and everytime it is created, a number of "events" within that record are automatically created.  The specific event I am trying to run a report on is "REC".  I can run a report and get the information entered into the REC event no problem, but my problem is that if someone deletes the "REC" event it does not show up in my report.
    So my question is, what is the best way to write a function that displays all records that have the "REC" event, and all records that the "REC" event is missing.
    I'm using the generic funtion {EVENT.EventCode} = "REC"  right now....any suggestions?

    Post Author: tzinser
    CA Forum: Formula
    Okay, I left off a lot of important information...
    I'm using two tables
    TWDATA
    EVENT
    From TWDATA I'm pulling the fields TWDATA.OrderNumber and TWDATA.DisbursementDate
    From EVENT I'm pulling the fields EVENT.EventCode and EVENT.CompletedDate
    The two tables are linked by OrderNumber.

  • Event CREATED is not triggered for objects of type USER

    Dear all,
    I'm currently configuring a workflow, which should be started when new user account is created. I took event CREATE for object type USER as a start event, but the workflow does not start, when I create new user account via transaction code SU01. If I test workflow in SWUS, everything works fine. I checked the event trace, but it shows no records for events triggered when I use SU01 and create a user.
    Could you please advise how I can activate triggering of this event without using ABAP-developed event trigger?
    Thank you in advance.

    but here the requirement is to trigger workflow after the user account is created in the system.
    One more way to trigger a workflow is by the messages output. I mean when a user account is created successfully then a message will displayed on the screen let say User ABC created Successfully right so, when ever this message is raised then you can start the workflow by using this message. this can be done by using the txn SWUY
    1. Open SWUY txn.
    2. Click on Continue  and in the next screen give the area as the message class name from which the message is getting triggered and its number in the field Message and click on continue.
    3. Then it will open the PFTC txn mention the description and click on the workflow builder button and design the workflow as per you requirement.
    and once this is done , so when ever the message from the above mentioned message class is raised at that time your workflow will also be started.
    In this way I hope you can reduce your development time , searching for the right BADI or User exit and implementing the code and testing..
    Here in the above txn all you have to make sure that from which message class the message is getting displayed once the user is created successfully, I suggest you a way is you create a dummy user and once the dummy user is created succeffully system will display the message right?, so just double click on the message at the bottom of the screen this will let you knwo what is the message class and number it is using. and once you know tyr to approach the above steps....

  • Terminating event 'Created' in ABAP OO context

    Hi,
    I need a little help here. A lot of times I have used terminating event ‘Created’ for different BOR types – and asynchronous tasks where users are asked to create an object using call transaction from a work item.
    Now I am struggling with the same in ABAP OO and have an issue:
    The goal is to have a terminating event raised on a custom class  - and received by a work item if a customer is fully created, that is the general part, the company code part and the sales area part.
    Raising the event is working great. I have put in a class in trx. SWEC together with a function module which set the class as object type if the condition is fulfilled.
    Then in trx. SWED I have entered another function module to set the key for class together with object_por-catid = ‘CL’.
    Then when a customer master record is created I can see in the event trace that the event is raised with the correct key.
    No I want to receive the new object into my asynchronous dialog task. I define the event as terminating event – and in the code call transaction XD01.
    When the work item is created I find a waiting event linkage in trx. SWE3 – of cause without key; this is unknown until after creating.
    But after executing the workitem and raising the event the workitem does not receive the event and is therefore not completed.
    Is this approach not possible in ABAP OO – or do I miss something in the class definition / coding?
    The event is defined as public instance – I have not coded any event handler method.
    Thanks,
    Claus.

    Hello Claus,
    Interesting question, unfortunately not with a simple answer.
    The issue is that you are waiting for an instance event without a key. Your object raises an event with a key => No match.
    If you raise the created event without a key, you won't be able to match up two near-simultaneous creations with their corresponding work items. Same thing if you wait for a static event.
    So how does SAP do it with BOR events? By breaking the rules of course!
    They do some hidden trickery to bypass this problem by doing an 'Export to Memory' of the work item ID, and the CREATED event raising code bypasses the usual event linking mechanisms and looks for it's creator by retrieving the memory variable. I don't have the exact spots of code in my head, but a bit of debugging should find it.
    So what can you do? Given that you have full control of the class you could do something similar and maybe also create some kind of temporary key consisting of the Work Item ID and raise an event with that, or you could maybe skip the transaction concept completely and run the create GUI entirely within your WF step - maybe a custom screen gathering the initial data and then create the object via BAPI. Time to get creative!
    Hope that helps,
    Mike
    Edit: Or you could do the quick and dirty solution and just use the BOR events for the step and instantiate the class during the binding back to WF...

  • Multiple life events on a same day

    I am using Oracle OAB's SSHR and processing life events related to termination and termination reveral.
    I reverse the termination of one employee and again terminated him so he has an open life event. Now his Hire and Term dates are same and so the system gives me error- :User Intervention Required: multiple life events occured on a same day".
    How can I process his open life event?
    Thanks if you can answer asap.

    Hi,
    you don't need any technical expertise for it. However, if you are using OAB for managing benefits, I suggest going through with the functional expert to understand he setup there and what life event should take precedence.
    Steps : Navigate to Collapse Life Events form (I think it's Total Compensation -> General -> Additional Setup)
    Give the winning life event name as whatever life event you want to take precedence (newhire or termination) and provide both the life event names on the right side. Choose the option @Void potentials"(or something like that) for the code and the winning life event date for the date.

  • Event created twice

    Good day Experts.
    I'm changing my bank details in ESS. During the save, the event CREATED for object BANKDETAIL is created twice. In SWEL, the time when both events are created is the same. I've also checked the SWEC and SWETYPV. The event is only activated in SWETYPV.
    This problem has been bothering us for a long time.
    Regards
    Makoro Manyathela

    Good day Rick.
    Yes. The event is triggered twice. When u activate the trace and display it you can see that the event is being triggered twice. The changing of bank details is done in ESS.
      See extract from the trace.

  • HRMS Advanced Benefits, Create Potential Life Event for Current Life Event

    Hi,
    While converting historical benefit information to Advanced Benefits module there is a step to Create Potential Life Event of Current Life Event.
    Per my understanding a Life Event is Change in marital status to add spouse or having a child for benefits. What is Potential Life Event?
    Thanks,

    In advanced benefits all the data is stored on person in life event basis (BEN_PER_IN_LER) which is a combination of person and life event.
    So when ever any event occur in a person life it is trigger as a potential life event. After successful processing of life event life event data moves to person in life event which will further has transaction data attached to the life event like enrollments, rates, beneficiaries or depenedents.
    e.g like a person hires and add dependent at the same time there will be two life events "New Hire" and "Add Dependent". These are both potential life events. Once you run the participation process or run the life events only one might be processed (the way you set ur collapsing rules).
    I hope it clears some doubts. Drop a comment if you have some questions

  • Event booking entries created for failed payments

    We accept credit card payments on our event booking forms. In the event that the customer makes an error in entering their payment information, the page correctly detects the error and reports it.
    However, attempt is seen as a "failed payment" and an event booking with a status of Failed is created for this event.
    Is there a way to prevent failed attempts from creating an entry in the event booking list?

    I've inserted the form onto the web app item detail page using the following code which references a .tpl file where the form is located:
    <div id="booking-form">{module_booking,i,{tag_booking id}
    template="/ModuleTemplates/Events/{tag_payment type}.tpl"}</div>
    The form has the auto-responder turned on but as mentioned, when I test the form it doesn't send the contents of the auto-responder from the form, it sends something different as mentioned in the original post.
    I actually saw a tutorial on this at the following site:
    Handle Paid and Unpaid Event Registrations with Business Catalyst
    It didn't mention the auto-responder though.
    Maybe because of the way I've set it up, perhaps it's not possible to send the auto-responder from the original form, do you think?

  • How can I create events dynamic for a Group/List?

    Hey,
    atm I'm programming a little application where i want to add elements to my center-pane.
    Simpyfied I got:
    - Center Pane : here shall the elements appear on right click in bottom-pane. This pane shall be used as anything like a playground where you can drag/drop and connect items from the bottom-pane
    - Bottom Pane: here I got about 180 elements which are quite equal. This is sth like a menu of items which you can use. I realised them in java classes extended from a parent class with differend calulations.
    What I want:
    I want to create an event handler for EACH of the "menu" elements dynamically. Just sth like:
        for (int i = 0; i < basic_menu_list.size(); i++)
          final Element el = hbox_bottom.getChildren().get(i);
          hbox_bottom.getChildren().get(i).setOnMouseClicked(new EventHandler<MouseEvent>()
            public void handle(MouseEvent event)
              if (event.isSecondaryButtonDown())
                playground.add(el);
                redrawPlayground();
        }But as i expected this doesnt work...
    Now my question:
    How can I solve this problem? Is there any option to listen to all elements of a group without hard-coding every single listener?
    Thanks for your help,
    Martin

    Hello User,
    Why did you expect that it wouldn't work?
    You have an example with "transition" apply on a bunch of circles in the Getting Started with JavaFx (http://download.oracle.com/javafx/2.0/get_started/jfxpub-get_started.htm)
    Here a basic example class...
    import javafx.application.Application;
    import javafx.event.EventHandler;
    import javafx.scene.Node;
    import javafx.scene.Scene;
    import javafx.scene.control.TextBox;
    import javafx.scene.input.MouseEvent;
    import javafx.scene.layout.Pane;
    import javafx.scene.layout.VBox;
    import javafx.stage.Stage;
    public class HelloWorld extends Application {
        //~ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
        //~ Methods
        //~ ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
        public static void main(String[] args) {
            // Entry point
            Application.launch(args);
        @Override
        public void start(Stage mainStage) throws Exception {
            Pane pane = new Pane();
            Scene scene = new Scene(pane, 200, 200);
            VBox vBox = new VBox();
            TextBox input1 = new TextBox();
            TextBox input2 = new TextBox();
            vBox.getChildren().addAll(input1, input2);
            for (Node input : vBox.getChildren()) {
                input.setOnMouseClicked(new EventHandler<MouseEvent>() {
                        public void handle(MouseEvent event) {
                            System.out.println("test click");
            pane.getChildren().add(vBox);
            mainStage.setScene(scene);
            mainStage.setVisible(true);
    }Niculaiu
