Life keying no longer supported by Adobe?

I am looking for software that provides life chroma keying for a Flash based videobroadcasting. Currently an IEEE 1394 connected video source is streamed by FMLE.
CS3 Ultra obviously had life keying capability, but it is no longer available.
Can anybody recommend  a software, hardware or appliance that provides life keying for blue box / green box applications?

As far as I have heard/read, there has been nothing indiicated by Adobe that Flash will no longer be supported by them in the near future.  So far there just seem to be alot of people that are misreading the articles that have come out.
1.  Flash player has never been supported on the iStuff.  Apparently that is not going to change.  The recent articles by non-Adobe writers say that Adobe will no longer be pursuing development for the Flash player on any mobile devices.  That is supposedly just for the Flash Player, and just for mobile devices.
2.  You should contact customer support.  I don't think they have a rent-to-own option... as far as I understand, when you rent you are kept updated on the latest versions released, so if CS6 came out tomorrow, you're already in the lineup to get upgraded to it.  The best people to ask are the ones that sell it.

  • Older version of Dreamweaver no longer supported by Adobe?

I have Dreamweaver MX2004 with valid licenses which are accepted, but when I try to activate the product it cannot be done online and the telephone numbers provided are no longer working. When I contacted Adobe they said 'Older versions are no longer supported, try the forums' Anybody help me with this?

Adobe stopped their licensing servers for CS2 and below some time ago. And your product is not an Adobe product.
Adobe released a series of serial numbers for their older products that should work:
    http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/macromedia-legacy-activation-error.html
Be aware that your software is almost 10 years old. You may be well advised to upgrade to something that is more compliant with current web standards. I would mention that your version of Dreamweaver would work very well for doing HTML documents for email.

  • Flash no longer supported by adobe in near future?

    Ls,
I am using the trial for flash cs5.5 and air.
    2 questions:
1- I just read that flash player will not be supported on the ipads and that adobe is maybe going html 5.5 instead of flash.
Does this mean I will not be able to deploy my apps to the apple platform? Or is that just for the flash player part.
2- I want to buy flash cs5.5, preferrably using the monthly subscription.
Is there a payment option that actually makes me own the product after X payments? Or is it all on a lease basis.
Buying it all at once for 3200 euros if its not beeing persued by adobe in the near future seems steep.
But just paying monthly forever seems just as steep if there's no end to it.
I couldnt find a clear answer on their website.
    Highest regards,
    Mac

  • Business Objects Temporary License Keys no longer support OpenSQL

    Hello All
Using a Temporary License Key I have been working on a demonstration for a potential customer showing how CR2008 can link to SAP. This has worked perfectly until today when I had to utilize a new Business Objects Temporary License Key. Now when trying to do a refresh I receive the following error message:
Database Connection Error: The license key does not include support of the OpenSQL driver.
Can anyone advise why this is changed and what I can do to be able to demonstrate CR2008 to SAP connection?
    Thanks for your input

My laptop has window 7, my PC with the designed website on it has Vista.  I can no longer open vista. THe files for Muse have been found but do not transfer to my PC I have tried drop box and memory stick.  MOst of the files do not show a size, IE assets.   the green muse icon shows 382 KB two !KB files and museonAir    shockwave flash is 6153KB      This is a detailed website designed over many months when I was waiting for project completion, last date modified 13/06/2014 for all files.
I have asked this question before and the answer did mention to transfer and upload to window 7 but it did not work.
    Thanks

That message means the addon needs to be updated to be compatible with the latest version, if that addon is essential, you can revert to a older version.

  • Adobe CS2 is no longer supported, so

I downloaded the updated CS2 from the Adobe website. The instructions that came with it for uninstalling my existing CS2, which included Acrobat 7, included uninstalling Acrobat 7, so I did. When I reinstalled the new CS2 download, it did not include Acrobat 7. Is there a reason for this, or was this an error?

Rave, to answer your question, my operating system is OS X 10.4.11.  All the other CS2 programs installed, but Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro was not included. To be clear, this all came about after my computer crashed and I had to transfer my hard drive to another used Power Mac G5 that I purchased as a replacement. After that I could not use the Creative Suite 2 that I already had because it "was no longer supported" by Adobe. I was forced then to download a CS2 replacement from Adobe. I went through all the uninstall instructions and procedures, then ran the install. It all installed, except for Acrobat 7 Professional which is nowhere to be found in my applications.  So how can I get it back?

  • How do I activate an old Photoshop CS that's no longer supported

I have an old version of the Adobe CS (first generation) that's no longer supported by Adobe. I'm still using it on a desktop. But I just bought a new computer today and wanted to install this over to the new desktop. It prompts me to register that product but that link doesn't work anymore. I asked Adobe through the Chat line and was told they don't support this old serial number anymore. How do I activate an old Photoshop CS that's no longer supported? Anyone?

Thanks. I installed Photoshop CS2 and ran the program. It prompts to me Register. After I did, it tells me Registration is Complete. But when I close the program and reopen it again, it prompts me again! If I click Do Not Register, the box disappears but then reappears again when I reopen the software!  It's quick annoying. But I guess if there's no way around it, I may have to live with it!
I should start saving up for the next CS version....

  • Flash Player 9 No Longer Supported

As of February 8, 2011 Flash Player 9 is no longer supported. Adobe will no longer provide security updates for Flash Player 9 and recommends that all Flash Player users on supported systems upgrade to the most recent version of the player through the Flash Player Download Center.
    Details here:
    http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/406/kb406791.html
The latest version of Adobe FLASH player is 10.2.152.26
New versions can be obtained from  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
It is advisable to use the UNinstaller (to remove older versions) before installing the new version: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_player.exe
Note: There us an ActiveX version for IE users, and a separate plug-in version for users of alternative browsers (Mozilla  Firefox, Opera, etc.).

    Hello,
In another thread titled "Flash Player 9 crashes Internet
    Explorer 6"
    http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/webforums/forum/messageview.cfm?forumid=44&catid=184&threadid =1236801&enterthread=y
I described the exact same symptoms as yours.
I too arrived at the same conclusion as you.
I believe that since my Pentium II (200 mhz.) does not
support MMX technology, then that explains why Flash Player 8 and
newer always crash the first time I visit a webpage supporting
    Flash content.
I am wondering if the reason Flash 8 and 9 get installed
without alerting the user that their CPU does not support MMX is
because there is no flag in the Windows configuration file to
indicate that this is the case.
If such a flag exists and is incorrectly set, then perhaps by
changing it, then Flash Player would load with an alternate set of
software routines to mimic the missing hardware instructions.
I am trying to find out more about how the installation of
Windows goes about detecting and advertising the presence or
    absence of MMX.

  • I installed Lion 10.7.4.  Went to use Photoshop Cs and got a popup window.  You can't open the application Adobe Photoshop CS because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.    Is there a way of getting this to work or do I have to get the all new!

I installed Lion 10.7.4.     Went to use Photoshop Cs and got a popup window.  You can't open the application Adobe Photoshop CS because PowerPC applications are no longer supported.    Is there a way of getting this to work or do I have to get newest version of all of my Power PC apps?

    Welcome to Apple Communities
PowerPC applications are unsupported in newer versions. You can upgrade Photoshop or you can install Snow Leopard in a partition.
    1. Open Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities) and select your drive
    2. Go to Partitions tab, press + button, create a new partition and press Apply
    3. Insert the Snow Leopard install DVD and reboot pressing C key
    4. Install it in the new partition
    5. If you want to change boot, go to System Preferences > Startup Disk and select 10.7

  • CS3 Can Not Be Reinstalled....Adobe says no longer supported...

Today I went to start Adobe Illustrator and I got a message that "Licensing has stopped working"...The message said I needed to reinstall programs.....I started to and got a message about "deactivating"....I phoned adobe and was told to ignore that message, uninstall programs and re-install them....I made several attempts to re-install them and kept getting messages that re-install failed....I made my 2nd phone call to Adobe only to be told my product was no longer supported.....So I have reading through the Adobe forums and I am only getting crankier.....Any tips would be appreciated....
PS...I am thinking this has something to do with Flex Licensing system but I have no clue have to edit the registry so i can re-install....
PPS....I have probably made it a worse mess by trying to manually un-install without really know all the bits and pieces to delete....

BEFORE SPENDING HOURS OF YOUR LIFE REINSTALLING:
Check this link in the Adobe Knowledge Base first!
    http://www.adobe.com/go/kb401528
Had to go through all of the solutions until the first part of Solution 4 where it tells the user to move the cache.db file.
After moving this file I tried running photoshop CS3 and instead of the dreaded "licensing has stopped working for this product" message it asked me to enter the serial number again. After that I activated and it worked! ! !
I highly suggest testing these fast solutions before uninstalling and using the clean script.
    Cheers,
    Chris

  • I have a Kobo N416  E-Reader. It is no longer supported by Kobo and is outdated. I was told that I can use Adobe Digital Editions Desktop App to download book to this Kobo N416 E-Reader . How do I do this ? Thanks

Question;  How do I download Ebooks to my Kobo N416 e-reader using Adobe Digital Editions App ? I have already tried to get help from Kobo Techs but they say the Kobo N416 E-Reader is no longer supported by Kobo and is outdated. Kobo told me to use Adobe Digital Editions to download the books I bought on Kobo to my Kobo N416 E-Reader. I have already contacted Adobe Digital Editions for help but they could not help me and told me to go to Adobe Forums.

I didnt't say that our business is using Linux Desktops. I wrote, our main clientele is. And what our customers do like to use is something we cannot control...
    >What difference does it make to you if Adobe releases a new version of Reader that is not supported on Linux?
a new Adobe Reader version that's supported on Linux would be nice. a dialogue between Adobe and Linux developers would be nice...
    >As long as the old versions can open the files correctly, that's all that matters, no?
No, not if our staff is trained to use the newest Adobe Acrobat (trainings are usually for the newest versions) and uses that to produce forms. Now the files open correctly. But what will be in some months or years? Do people working on Linux do have to print the forms then again to fill in?
So do you recommend that we stop the process of producing electronic forms and stay with paper-fill-in forms? Is that the goal of Adobe? (maybe not so clever for your "financial viability"?!?!? ... ein schuss ins eigene bein?!?!)
    >Adobe is a public company and therefore it's not going to maintain a version of its software at great cost if it's not financially viable. It's as simple as that...
So it is to be interpreted that Adobe is interested in killing Linux cause if users cannot work with let's say forms, they will have to switch to something that can do that for them...
We definitely don't want to force Windows or Mac on our clientele. So as far as I get it, we will go back to paper forms and terminate our licence agreements with Adobe and deinstall it...

  • Adobe reader 6.0 app won't open because PowerPC apps are no longer supported

I can no longer open .pdf files on my newer imac which is over 3 yrs. old,  This issue seemed to have started sometime after updating to icloud & Lion??  on this imac but for some reason, I do not have the same problem on my other imac that is running the same Lion v. 10.7.2 which is over 4 yrs. old.  I can see that the older imac is running Adobe Reader 9.4.6 and opens .pdf files.
Here is the error message I get on my newer imac:
adobe reader 6.0 app won't open because PowerPC apps are no longer supported
I don't remember if or when I started having this problem on the newer imac but it use to open .pdf files.  Nor can I find any reference to ANY Adobe Reader version other than 6.0 on this computer,  Even after several tries and downloading off the Adobe web site using Safari.
I have made several attempts to download off the adobe web site using safari which shows it is downloading the app. but cannot find it anywhere on my computer's HD or Desktop even when using Spotlight to search for it.
In fear of screwing up my new 17" MBP which arrived yesterday I have not attempted to transfer any info/files/data off of my other imacs due to they info dating back to the PowerPC days that transfered during switching to newer mac models.
Thanks for any help in this matter

I have tried several times to update the Intel Mac verision of adobe but cannot find where it was downloaded to on my computer.   When I do a search on my computer, the only version that is found is the old 6.0 Power PC which is no longer supported.

It means what it says - it's not compatible with modern Macs. You need to buy a current version.

There is no fix. It simply means that the software is outdated. Adobe would need to release a newer non-PPC version that supports Lion. They may have done that already, I don't know.
