Lifebook, Window 7 Professional, iPhone 4, iOS 4.3.5 (8L1)

Question

Hi LexSchellings,
I have follow iTunes's clicks to install 4.3.5 version and an error code 1062 happened, saying "The iPhone could not be updated.  An unknown error occurred"
However, the iTunes version now inside my computer shows 4.3.5 and my iPhone shows 4.3.5 (8L1)
The problem that I am now facing is my phone cannot be sync anymore.
On synchonizing, the screen keep running at "backup 1 of 6", I let it keep running for over than 15 hours but it just cannot move forward and data cannot be sync.
I have tried the below:
1) Turned off anti-virus and firewall and sync again - no use, keep running at "backup 1 of 6" ;
2) uninstalled and re-installed iTunes - no use, same result;
3) restored window system to 10days ago (before I installed 4.3.5) but then iTunes did not work and requested me to re-install 4.3.5, I did but still - no use, same result;
4) restored iPhone and chose "backup" - no use, same result;
5) restored iPhone and chose "don't backup" this time - no use, same result
My processor is "Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T9400 @ 2.53GHz"
Installed memory (RAM) is 4.00GB (2.99 GB usable)
System type: 32-bit Operating System
OS: Windows 7 Professional

Interesting thing is, on checking the "Connectivity" and "Sync" tests, they are all "working properly"........
