Lifetime channel 640 is not on demand in Hi-Def

Can Verizon tell me why Lifetime channel 640 is not in hi-def on demand. I would think that Verizon has someone that's reads these post and could come up with some type of response .

These are peer to peer forums. The mods esculate certain situations to customer service but that's all. You're not going to get a response on why a channel isn't in HD here from them.

    Whether  or not Liftime provides that content is dependent on the contract with Verizon. So raising the issue with Verizon is appropriate.  If enough of Verizon's user base demonstrates an interest, then Verizon may contract to provide Lifetime in HD.
    Steve, making a suggestion in Ideas would go further than posting in this part of the forum.

    I basically managed to learn how to invert parameters which allows me to be as default in the clean guitar channel and if I switch the first button on the midi foot controller I switch to crunch, but at this point I tryied so hard to programm the second and third button to switch, only through a button in one step, to a third channel for distorsion or a 4th channel for solo guitar but I couldn't figured out how this work can be done!
    I would appreciate if anyone could help or share this experience with others who are experiencing the same problem.

  • How can I use LabVIEW to ground floating SCXI-1520 channels (in order not to lose scanning capabilities from the multiplexer)?

    Currently I am reading quarter bridge strain with several SCXI-1520s. When in MAX I noticed my values were no longer reading after a certain gage and as I attempted to troubleshoot, found out that the multiplexer in this module will not scan past any open channel (or if it does, channel results are not consistent) for a very logical reason. If I lose a gage, I usually lose any data from any subsequent gages which we really cannot afford.
    Are there any suggestions programming in LabVIEW (right now i'm using NI-DAQmx with an analog task set up)so that each time my loop executes, the program will check for any open channels and either not collect that data or change the order of acquisition (i.e. place the open channels last on the scan list?

    Yes, by "open channel" i mean that there is no signal returning from the gage because it has broken off the structure or the signal to the terminal block has been disconnected somehow.
    When I lose data, I'm referring to the data that is acquired on following channels. The behavior appears to be fairly random (which was a troubleshooting nightmare ) but usually if a channel is open, then that and those behind it in the scan order do not return any data. It returns a number like 10.357E-6 and I do not pick up any noise or fluctuations. As far as I understand, the multiplexer stops scanning at this point (open channel) because it has nothing to ground to and subsequently "hangs" - not (or randomly) scanning the following channels. I have gone through the bridge configuration and as of yet, have not figured out how to fix this using any hard-wiring techniques. I emailed NI, and was sent a library file to "ground the channels" but it actually resets the Analog input Task I have defined each loop.
    I am new to NI-DAQmx so I do not know if this will alter any configurations I already have in MAX for NI-DAQmx. Will it override? I am concerned it will slow my loop time, and also I cannot see the code for this sub.vi so am a little skiddish about using it if i do not know if it can be tailored to my app.
    What do you think? Am I on the right path?

    For this set of requirement i think the best option would be to configure a New Sales Order Type and a new Schedule Line Category. In VOV6, While you are defining a new Schedule line category in the transaction flow make sure to switch off the three check box.
    Transfer of requirements / Begin assembly order from SD
    Availability check for sales
    Product allocation active
    Then when we are assigning this newly defined Schedule line Category to Item category, make sure to leave the field of MRP Type as blank in VOV5.

    i'm trying to upgrade system SAP ERP 5.0 to SAP ERP 6.0 EHP 4 and i got problem with EHP installer,
    1. I readed and made all the steps as described in Upgrade guide
    2. Downloaded EHP installer version 7.00 (but when it starts shows me on screen version 7.10)
    3. Via MOPZ i took the list and XML file for the SAR files
    4. Downloaded corrections for EHP installer
    when i start EHP installer, it asks me for the code and for the download directory, i put all required and after that EHP installer works for 5-10 minutes and stops with error:
    ERROR: Release '640' is not supported by this tool!

    Hi, I'm looking at getting BT TV and leaving Sky.
    The only problem for me is that I can't see that Lifetime Channel is on BT, could someone clarify this for me? Does BT have this channel, or will they be getting it anytime soon? I watch this channel a lot so this is the only reason preventing me from signing up.

    The channel only arrived the day along with MTV Music and Movies 24. There is also changes to the BT TV packages.

    Is there any reason why a show would be available on the Channel 4 on demand webiste but not available through on demand on the Sky box?

    It can take a while for certain programmes to be put onto On Demand or it could be what has already been said above.

  • Virtual Global channels created but not selectable

    I have recently updated all of my drivers to the latest version for Labview 7.1 in Windows XP.  As a result of this upgrade, I no longer have access to my virtual global channels, which all transferred and still exist.  Old vi's created with global channels continue to execute, and existing tasks, which reference virtual channels continue to work; however, I believe that this is a result of the NI drivers converting and storing these configurations as logical channels.  Anyway, when creating a new task from within MAX, or using the DAQmx express vi's from within Labview, I no longer have the tab that allows me to select which virtual channels to add to that task, eventhough all of the virtual channels are still defined correctly and available from within MAX.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    After your harddisk crashed, did you reinstall everything?  Make sure that you installed LabVIEW first, then the DAQmx drivers and finally the hardware.  If you did not install in that order, then it's possible that issues might arise. 
    Are you saying that you have 10 Global Virtual Channels and 7 Tasks, but now you don't see them, or is the issue still when you try to create a new task you don't see the Global Virtual Channels avaliable? 
    As for the example finder, are you getting an error message like NI Service Locater is not Running or are you not able to find the NI Help Server?  You can click on the two links for some trouble shooting steps if that is the case.
    If my assumptions are not correct, please provide more information so that I can understand your situation.

  • JDBC sender channel running but not picking up the data from sp

    Hi,
    One of the jdbc sender channels in production is running at its schedule time but it is not picking up the data from the sql side, we have checked with the sp side and they are saying that sp is running fine. No changes have been done in its configuration. Last message coming in RWB  is Retry interval started but that is of 1 day and its already been 3 days. I tried by starting and stopping the channel but of no use. The channel was re activated but that also didn't help.
    Please help, what can be the reason for the same.

    The JDBCadapter ( The respective channel) is definitely locked in PI . Ideally for each polling interval a lock is being created and once the processing is over , the lock should be released/deleted automatically to allow further polling interval. If the lock is not released by the system automatically,further polling will not happen as expected. ( This may affect all sender JDBC adapters as well. I would recommend to do a check in all sender JDBC communication channels)
    You can see/delete the locks in Visual admin.
    Go to Server>Services->Locking adapter and click refresh
    The entries for JDBC adapter ( with name $XIDBAD.JDBC2XI) should be deleted by selecting those particilar entries and click delete selected locks.
    If you have more than one node, then same should be done in all server nodes.
    The temprory solution would be creating/copy the existing channel in ID with same properties and assign it into particular sender agreement.
    But, the lock may be created again which potentailly stops all your database interfaces. Hence i would suggest to use Disconnect From Database After processing of Each messages in Advanced tab in the sender JDBC adapter.
    Hope this solves your issue.
    PS: The same bahaviour would expected for all file adapter as well

  • Communication channel  monitoring did not record the processing detail

    I have a proxy-to-file scenario. Usually, I can see the processing details for the receiving file communication channel in Communication channel  monitoring with the Message ID and Explanation. And if I click the Message ID, it will give me processing steps in Audit Log. However, I don't see this log for last night's run. In SXMB_MONI, it shows me 2 messages were successfully sent out. The second message should be appended to the first message in receiver file. But the receiver side only got the first message data. Is there any way I can find out why the second message did not reach to the receiver?
