Light Room Download and install, previously purchased but not in my account. This isn't a forum type question, it needs customer support not answers from non-adobe folks.
I purchased LR sometime ago. When i tried to login to access the download, I was required to change password. The adobe account email that I had used was no longer available to me. I have been able to change my email and password at this point. But now the product I purchased is not present in my account despite my having a license for it.
I'm now on day 5 of trying to resolve to a fairly simple issue.

I figured out from the original order email that the product page and the download page are not linked together. The order page under my account has the link to download the program, which in some ways makes sense. Other companies will have a link to download a program when you are on that page and logged in.

photoshop elements 13 and premiere 13 purchased, downloaded and installed... but wont OPEN/LAUNCH.. HELLP!!?

My "os" is windows 8.1
When I clicked on the PHOTOSHOP 13 executable the photo editor popped up
along with an install option. Then I clicked install and then a update
failed message popped up. (I've attached a screen shot photo of that) Then
I clicked on error log and a "please quit and try again error code" message
popped up. (I've also attached a screen shot photo of that as well) so
after all that I closed everything and restarted my computer and clicked on
the PHOTOSHOP 13 executable again and it went straight to the photo editor
not the welcome screen (where I can choose either organizer or photo
editor)... why isn't there a welcome screen like before?
When I clicked on the executable for PREMIERE 13 there was two executable
options.. one that was labeled (PREMIERE 13 exe) and another that was
labeled just (PREMIERE exe) without the "13" so first I clicked on PREMIERE
13 exe and it took me to the welcome screen so then I clicked on video
editor the new project but nothing happened. ... the loading bar moves then
stops. So after that I closed it and went back to click the PREMIERE exe
and it took me straight to the video editor, again no welcome screen (were
i can choose either organizer or video editor) just like the photoshop....
so in the end I am able to click on the executable options for both
photoshop 13 and premiere and it takes me straight to the editor but
without the welcome screen...
Clicking on the shortcut icons on my desk top still won't launch though....
So does this mean it's working because clicking on the executable options
takes me straight to the editor? Or is something still not right because
the program won't open/launch when i click on the desktop shortcuts and
welcome screen won't pop up when clicking on executable options?

After I purchased pselements 12 and premiere elements 12 I downloaded and installed pselements 12 but I cannot find how to download and install premiere elements 12 because that window has disappeared and I can't get back to it. How do I download and install premiere elements 12? where is it? how can I find it?

I am assuming that the purchase and download is from Adobe. You should find the information that you seek under My Orders at http://www.adobe.com after you sign in (as per John's link).

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL PREVIOUS FIRMWARE FOR ...
Pleae help on how to solved the problem. Before the update, I can able to record programs on my Live TV Subscription, particularly the myTV DVBH program. But after the update, the record function on the Options of Live TV was gone. That's why, i won't able to record programs anymore. Please help what should I do, If there's any other firmware that I may be able to replace the current one, for my record function to be operational again, or if there's no their update version available, please help me revert back to the original firmware... As I forsee, the only solution possible is to download and install previous firmware version in which Recording function on Live TV is not disable....Yes, a Nokia Care Center is the Final solution if the website can't offer any solution. Thanks for the feedback. Actually, my phone is still in Warranty, that's why I'm pretty sure that I don't have to pay for the services that will be perform. But still I'm into looking other solution to prevent bringing my phone to Nokia Care.
First, I had already an experience with the Nokia Care Center when I have repair my 1st N96 which took a month but they failed to repair, thus my service provider, Smart Communications, just replace the device with a new one.
Next, my location is far from the Nokia Care Center.
Finally, I opt to save all my files, with the device which is almost 95% full or 14.8GB.
Please help if there's any other option... -
moved iphoto to trash and downloaded and installed new one but still tells me to prepare and upgrade it when I have done it 2 or 3 times now... how do i get it to open so I can upload my photos?

What version of iPhoto did you have and what version do you now have? Of the OS? If you are upgrading from iphoto '08 or earlier did you download and RUN the iphoto library upgrader?

I have downloaded and installed Photoshop Elements 11 on my new Macbook Pro. Why can't I see my scanner (Epson Perfection 3200 Photo) from the File>Import menu?
There was no driver update available (it said my driver was up to date), so I just deleted the scanner and restarted the computer. when it came up, the scanner had already been added again. With great anticipation I tried to import from Photoshop...but no luck (scanner was not visible). I finally ended up calling Epson (had great difficulty in locating a number for support) and they finally told me there is no driver update for OS X 10.10 and I should as a work around use "Image Capture" application. I tried it, and it works quite well.

I just purchased a ipad2, it would not work on my MacBook 10.4.1 I purchased and installed OSX snow leopard 10.6.3 downloaded and installed the latest itunes, set up an itunes account, purchased some music and apps. When i plug in my ipod it shows up and works, but when i plug in my new ipad the ipad screen comes up with a display of a cable and itunes but does not show in devises, i have tried all the resets and different USB ports with no success. Any ideas short of selling it on ebay or buying a new computer?
If you've already tried the usual rebooting of the computer and ports and stuff, there is only a few things left I can think of. It's possible that when you updated iTunes it didn't fully replace all the files, so I suggest just manually removing iTunes and then reinstalling it.
Try removing iTunes manually first http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1224 then download a fresh copy, make sure it is 10.3.1
It is essential that you go through Finder to remove those files it mentions. Otherwise they won't be reinstalled when you run the installer again. -
Download and install newest version but still get error - "requires latest version of flash player"
I keep getting a message that something won't work because the latest version of flash player needs to be installed. I go through the download and install for flash player but still get the message. After the install I never get any setup steps. I have tried uninstalling what ever version of flash player is on my computer before the download and install but it doesn't help.
I also tried to delete Adobe photoshop Elements 9 and Adobe Premiere Elements 9 but I could not get it to work. I get a message that "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed."Removed your phone numbers as I'm assuming you don't want these posted on a public forum.
Can you try going through the steps outlined in the two faq's below. Also, where you able to go to the Flash Player Version page and see both the animation and flash player version number displayed?

I've downloaded and installed photoshop cs6, but I can't find it on my mac air.
I downloaded and installed creative cloud, and I then downloaded Adobe Application Manager, and from that I downloaded and installed Photoshop cs6. When I clicked on 'launch app' nothing happened. According to the application manager I've installed photoshop, yet I can't find it anywhere on my mac air, all there is are a bunch of folders, but the actual program of photshop is nowhere to be found.
Ficam56 if you go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers do you see a listing for Photoshop there? If so please run the uninstaller and then reinstall.

Hi, I used the Adobe Application Manager to downloaded and installed the Photoshop CS6, but I can't find the software. The Adobe Application Manager says it's the newest, and I can't find uninstall Photoshop (I'm working on MAC OS, by the way). Other softwares are working, only the Photoshop. And I try to uninstall all product, it says Adobe Application Manager is broken. I reinstalled the Adobe Application Manager, it still can't uninstall all product. Is there anyone can help me? Firefox kept trying to update v. 3.5.?.?, usually failing. So, I went to the website, then downloaded and installed v. 4. But, when I restart my computer, it reverts back to the old version, loses bookmarks added while using v. 4, and again tries to update v. 3.5. When I look in the folder which contains Firefox, "properties" says I have v. 4, even though what is appearing is not.

Do you have the 5.3 GB Mac OS X Mavericks installer application? Please do the following:
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions - Mavericks, Lion/Mountain Lion
Boot to the Recovery HD:
Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Repair
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported then click on the Repair Permissions button. When the process is completed, then quit DU and return to the main menu. Select Restart from the Apple menu.
Now try installing Mavericks, but before you do I recommend you put a copy of the installer in your Downloads folder and make a backup of your current system.
