Lightroom 4.1 can not show text correctly

lightroom 4.1 can not show text correctly when publish in PDF and blurb format
the text can be show correctly in JPEG format
but lightroom 4.0 can show correctly with the same book.
i cant publish my book on blurb now

I don't think LR4 adjustments can be directly sent to CS4, because CS4 cannot interpret LR4's new processing engine.
I think you have to use Edit In... and create a TIF or PSD and send those to CS4

You start out with an array of zero size. Since replace array subset does not change the size of an array, you stay with zero annotations. If nothing is there, you cannot replace it.
Possible solutions:
(A) Instead of reading the current annotation list (which is zero!), you could initialize the shift register with a diagram constant (right-click...create constant), expand it to the desired number of elements and make them all e.g. with a blank text.
(B) Alternatively, you can manually create the desired number of annotation by right-clicking on the graph and select "data operations...create annotations". Now you start of with an array of the correct size if you read the annotation list with a property node and you can replace them programmatically with new annotations as desired.
(C) You can also initialize the shift register with an empty array, then use built array to add annotations.

The percentage completed UI is not showing the correct data

Hi All,
I have received complaints from one of my larger customers that a very long form we have created is not showing the correct % completed at the bottom. They get to the penultimate page (the last page only have three text boxes on) and it state that only 41% of the form has been completed.
It looks to me like the UI is not updating as the questions are being completed. Rather it waits until you move to the next page.
This is what makes our form look rubbish - you are being told that you have only completed 41% of the form only to move on to the next page and bam, you only have three more boxes to complete.
Can somebody help me out here.

I can take a look at your form but you are right that only the pages are accounted for in the percentage and not the form fields so it can be far off from reality. If there is skip logic in a form that can make it vary more. It is likely that it is working "correctly" (considering how we calculate) in your form but if you send me the link to your form at [email protected] I can see if it is not.

All of a sudden I can not receive text messages on my MOTOX. Does anyone know how to solve this problem. I can send them, but can't receive them.

My MOTO X was working fine, then all of a sudden, I can not receive text messages. I have checked the settings and they look correct to me, and I have done everything the web site recommends, except wiping the phone and starting over, to try and fix it. Has anyone else had this issue, and how did you resolve it?

Oam does not show the correct configuration information

Oracle apps,
An issue with the oam.
There are 2 nodes in our system. In 12
One is for db and cm
The other is for forms and apache.
The system is running fine.
But from the OAM, where it does not show the correct configuration info.
From the OAM, all the services are (including db, cm, forms, apache) on one node.
The issue might be caused by the fact that the web tier was cloned from the cm tier as a workaround for some patch errors in web tier.
I even used the EXEC FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN; to clean the system tables and ran
Autocfg on all tiers. But it didn’t solve this issue.
How can I fix this OAM problem to make it show the correct information?

The hostname information is correct.
On oam, this web node is there but all the service actually running on this node is
showing under the cm node .

I'm using Portal 3.0.9.8.0,but Chinese character set on Label and Button can not be displayed correctly.

I finished the installation of language and chose Chinese in "Set Language" Portlet.The Portal becomes Chinese version.
I use "Form based on table or view" method to created a form in Chinese and the process was favoring.The Chinese characters are displayed correctly.But when I edit any item(such as button text or label text) of this form all Chinese characters are displayed as unorderly code.What is the reason?May I get your help again?

Mini Calendar does not show the correct date

in iCal on the bottom left side of the window is the mini Calendar, when I switch between months in this mini Cal,it does not show the correct month anymore and even the button "Today" can not revert the day back ( for example we are now in September, when I open iCal it shows it correctly but after going to next or previous months using the triangles on this mini Cal, the problem comes up ! )

Maybe it wasn't receiving the correct info from your carrier. You're supposed to turn your phone off once in a while so the carrier can update stuff. I had originally heard that you should do it once a day but I never did that.

Labels Not Showing Up Correctly in Workflow Manager Web Page

I have installed the Workflow Server 2.6.3 on Red Hat 7.2 against the Oracle 10g database. When I go to the Workflow Manager web page and login, all the labels appear between brackets "[]" and have incorrect names such as the following:
WF_WORKFLOW_TITLE
WFA_WTITLE
OPEN_NOTIFICATIONS
WFA_FINDTITLE
WFRTG_FIND_TITLE
etc......
I ran the Configuration Assistant again and this didn't solve the problem and I've also verified that the mappings in the server configuration file are correct for OA_JAVA, OA_DOC, OA_MEDIA. Looked through workflow installation log and no errors appear. I installed the web server (Oracle Apache Standalone downloaded from OTN in a separate Oracle Home). Any ideas how to fix these incorrect labels or why they're not showing up correctly??

I've not seen the problem myself, but it seems that the language has not created the correct lookups in the WF_RESOURCES table.
If you look for a name of (for example) 'OPEN_NOTIFICATIONS', there should be an entry for the language you are using (US) which translates the prompt for you. If it's not there then you will probably need to add a language through the installer - I don't think there is a SQL file that you can just run to do it. Alternatively, install it in a new environment and then just extract the resources you need from that system and insert them into this one.

Right->click on these tracks in iTunes and choose Get Info. Then head to Lyrics tab. Are the correct lyrics listed there?

Can not show applet in jeditorpane

I want to load a Web page which contains an applet into a JeditorPane, but I found the applet can not show in the editorpane.
I use the following statement to create a JEditorPane
JEditorPane htmlpane = new JEditorPane("http://sulu.informatics.indiana.edu/6S/network/");
The static text is showing, but the applet graph is always missing. Do I need to do something else? Please help me!

JEditorPane's abilities to show HTML are very limited. It doesn't support CSS, JavaScript, applets and many other things. You'll need a real browser component for that.

My storage is not showing the correct space

Why my storage is not showing the correct amount of space? I have MBA mid 2013 with 121gb. However my storage show a different value than its suppose to be especially on the apps. I google the problem, mostly its because of the time machine but I never use the time machine. and some of my friend tells its probably a junk. is the third party apps like apps cleaner and clean my mac is helpful? I attached the screen capture of my storage. As you can see the value of apps is 162gb in fact my flash is only 121gb. its doesn't make any sense. Please help.

Do not use third party apps such as CleanMyMac on your Mac. They have no effect what so ever on storage space. Your Mac runs maintenance in the background for you > Mac OS X: About background maintenance tasks

I am trying to take RMAN backup from EM. I changed 'system' and 'sys' user passwords in EM after login in as system as normal user. But even then can not connect.
Also changed 'sys' user password in command ..now aI could login to EM as sys - SYSDBA but while scheduling back up it says
