Lightroom 5.7 quit syncing with Lightroom Mobile

I purchased Lightroom desktop 5.7 and ran it as a trial for awhile. I then entered my serial numbers for the upgrade to 5.7. Everything was working fine with 5.7 desktop and mobile, but now, although I can open desktop and log into it and set a collection to sync, it doesn't. Both desktop and mobile now say that my trial has expired. What is up with that?
I can't reach anyone at Adobe by phone. Instead I accidentally got the poser company of iYogi in India posing as Adobe support. They logged into my PC and then proceeded to tell me that it would cost me $370 to fix it! Why is it so damn hard to get support diredtly from Adobe on a product that I just purchased? Somehow that company removed all my restore points and said nobody else could fix my PC. Now I have to do a complete restore from backup

My itunes recently quit syncing with my outlook 2003 calender, I removed itunes as per the instructions and reinstalled its still not syncing, has anyone else had this problem maybe since the itunes update?

What version of Outlook do you have? It's possible that iOS6 has limited backwards compatibility.

Syncing with LR Mobile

I have just discovered LR mobile and love it, better than using iTunes to sync with my phone.
Syncing is no problem, works great, but is there a way I can sync only selected photos in a collection and not the entire collection.
I really don't want to make a further collection of photos that I want to sync.
Any help, advice would be great.

No, sync is based on collections, so you'll have to create another. Still, at least it's not iTunes.

i have a htc260 windows 5 smartphone. will this sync succesfully with mac tiger? if so...how? i am currently struggling with mising sync...which is really hit and miss. if this cant be done succesfully which is the best smartphone platform (except iphone as not available in uk)...going nuts. thanx in advance

iSync does not support any Windows Mobile OS device, including the latest Windows Mobile 5 or 6 platforms.
I'm not sure why you're having a hit or miss experience with the Missing Sync for WIndows Mobile: even with an operating system as difficult to interact with as Windows Mobile, the process of setting up and synchronizing such a device should be straightforward. Have you attempted to contact Mark/Space for assistance?

My I phone quit syncing with outlook..says can't install device, so some setting has changed on my computer, know what?

I phone, and I pod quit synching with my windows computer. it worked fine, an add in or setting changed somehow.....says "can't install device"

iPad, iPod not syncing on Mavericks…. I-Tunes freezing on connection of same to the usb port! The following fixed these issues on my MacBook Pro running 10.9.3. I do have Xcode on my laptop, but have never used it…. I’m not a programmer or hacker, just a cheesed of Apple fan. I tried many of the already suggested possible fixes and nothing helped. Got fed up using the disk repair utility and getting no further on.
I opened System Preferences, Security & Privacy/Privacy. In Accessibility, after having scanned all my files many times, I added the following apps, some of them may be developer tools from Xcode, and gave them all control….. then did a computer restart.

ICal quit syncing with WebDav & Google

I've set up a secure webdisk with my web host just to sync calendars on a mac network. Suddenly the sync on my computer quit working. My husband's still works and he's running 10.6 (without a firewall). I can't even get to the domain where the disk is using Safari, but I can get there using Firefox. (ex. https://domain.com:2078)
I've also tried to sync with an office Google Calendar and it downloaded events once and now just spins.
I've tried to add the domains into the firewall and I have turned off the firewall. I've added the domain in the proxy with port 2078. I've restarted.
I'm just baffled because my husband's machine is on the same network and is syncing fine.
Any ideas?

Curious if anyone has tried getting a Windows Mobile to wirelessly sync with Address Book Server and with iCal Server?
IMAP mail works great, but I have a client with mostly Windows Mobile phones and was wondering if there was a way to do this.

IPhone quit syncing with Outlook after disabling iCloud

I have a new iPhone. I hooked it up with a cable to my laptop running Win 7 and did a sync using iTunes with Outlook Pro Plus 2010. Everything sync'd fine (calendar, contacts, notes). I did several syncs. I decided to try syncing with iCloud and so installed iCloud on the pc and turned sync on the phone. It didn't do what I thought it would so I turned it off (selected off on the iphone and uninstalled iCloud off the laptop). At this point, I said I did not want data from iCloud saved on my phone for calendar, but I think I said to save it for the other two apps. I then noticed that I no longer had a "calendar" listed under my calendars (I still have some internet calendars I have linked to), but not the default calendar. I can only save new items to one of the internet calendars. There isn't a "add calendar" button on the phone to add more calendars on the phone - only to add calendars with outlook.com, exchange, gmail, etc.
I tried syncing to Outlook, but it will no longer sync. It will sync notes and contacts fine (I tested both and it seems to be working fine). I have tried closing and rebooting both pc and phone, uninstalling iTunes and reinstalling, resetting sync in itunes, setting sync to push data from the pc to the phone. I turned iCloud sync on for calendar and then shut it back off...but this time, I told it to save the data on the phone. The "calendar" saved from pc showed up on the phone. However, it won't sync with Outlook. In iTunes, it was showing two "calendars" with both selected. I added a new calendar at that point on the phone called calendar. I deleted the other calendars that iCloud added - but still no luck on syncing. After deleting all the iCloud calendars and the added calendar, the two listings in iTunes went away (when syncing was working, there weren't any individual calendars listed in iTunes).
I think the issue is from 1 of 2 things: 1) something got messed up with they sync and it is trying to sync to a blank calendar in my outlook - not looking at the default calendar (unlikely) 2) it can't sync with the phone because the default calendar no longer exists on the phone (likely).
Any ideas on how to recover the default calendar or how to fix the sync issue? I have been trying to find all I can on the internet, but after troubleshooting for several hours, I am at a loss.

I figured out how to recover the calendar and get syncing again (or at least a work around), so thought I would post in case someone else has the issue. To recover the calendar, you need to log out of all calendars on the iPhone and it will recreate the default calendar. When you try to log back into another calendar, it will ask if you want to delete the default and warn that there may be duplicates by not deleting it. Since it was blank, duplicates wasn't a concern.
To recover syncing again, I looked up where the sync files are stored. I copied all folders that looked like they had anything to do with syncing to a temporary folder in case I had issues that I needed to recover from. I then went in and deleted all the sync files I could find from the date I tried to use iCloud. I also deleted the sync database which caused iTunes to not be able to sync correctly. Next, I did a repair on iTunes. When it came back up, it allowed me to reset everything up as if I hadn't sync'd the phone before. It seems to now be working again.

Lightroom Desktop does not Sync with LR Mobile

I Synced about 10.000 Pictures to LR Mobile. Then I selected some Pictures ("accept" and "reject"), and moved Pictures from one collection to a new one.
I see These changes on the Adobe CC Website (LR Mobile Weblink).
Unfortunately, These Changes do not sync into LR Desktop. In LR Desktop I found there is a Folder "All Sync Errors". I removed the problem pictures from the collections they were in, so that they shouldn't be synced anymore. But the don't go awa from the "All Sync Errors" Folder.
Then I changed some Pictures in LR Desktop (exposure up). Now These Pictures dissapeared from the Ipad, and also from the Adobe CC Website, but they appeared in the "All Sync Errors" Folder in LR Desktop.
I tried to stop and start syncing using the actionpanel, I also tried to log off and log on to the creative cloud (using Lightroom Desktop AND the Adobe CC Application)
How do I get the Sync running again?

Could you try to remove the photos from sync and see if this helps. You can add them afterwards.

Ical on iphone not syncing with either mobile me or my mac

i have an iphone 3gs and mobile me... everything is set to synching. On the phone, on the mac ... everywhere. Any ical entries entered in ical on the mac or on mobile me will synch to the iphone.
any entries made on the iphone will not synch... neither to the mac, nor to mobile me. All software is newest version.
this of course is a huge pain, since it more or less makes the cal function worthless on the iphone.

Not sure if the problem is the same one but my Iphone has stopped syncing calendars with MS outlook (PC not Mac) via the USB. Changes on either calendar (pc or phone) are not being updated to the other device. Was working fine a week ago.
Have upgraded to 4.3.1 in between - is that the problem?

Most Samsung phones are not compatible with iSync, not because of Apple, but because Samsung have not bothered to implement the industry standard SyncML protocol in most of their phones.
Currently there are two Samsung phones which are compatible with iSync natively, plus a few more via plugins.
Before buying a phone you should always check out Apple iSync Supported Devices page, or a third-party plugin provider such as Feisar or Novamedia, if syncing is important to you.

Local files wont sync with my mobile

So I was trying to add my AC/DC songs, that I have purchased time ago, to spotify since they don't have AC/DC, I created a playlist with my local files on the desktop app, then synced the playlist with my android device. I can see the playlist on my mobile but when I want to make it available offline it never download any tracks, they just stay in a gray color and I can't even play them. How can I fix this?

Hello MDOGBD, try to access your anti-virus settings. There should be an option to disable it permanently or temporarily. Most anti-virus softwares have a small icon in your Windows tray and you should be able to right click for options to disable it (that is if you are running Windows). Your question was not very clear. You should be able to play local files straight away on your computer. For ease of understanding, the computer with your local songs shall be called computer A. If you are looking to sync those songs to another computer (computer B) then unfortunately that doesn't work. You would have to have a copy of those songs on computer A transferred to computer B and listed under the local files section to play them.
If the problem is to do with syncing the local songs on computer A to your phone, try the solutions listed by the other posters on this page. If that doesn't help try restarting your router and your phone.
