Lightroom 5 now in trail mode but i have authentic serial number

Lightroom 5 now in trail mode even though i have bought the software and been using it for over a year. When i in put my serial number in it tells me its invalid. How do i convince this software its authentic?

I signed in to my Adobe account and looked at setting up sharing with mobile option then realised that my trial had expired and now its rest so that when i enter LR its counting down the 30 days, currently 25 days. As i first mentioned when i enter my serial number, the one i received from the [email protected] says its invalid.
I'm trying to use the stand alone and not the CC.

    I have the same problem.  It says trial is expired, so I select the "sign in now" button.  After sign in, it comes up with a place to enter a serial number.  The only two other options are "back" and "next".

    If it is the first CS version then you will need to check out the following.  I believe it applies to CS as well even though it specifies CS2....

    If you never bought the product then you cannot get the serial number.

    If you go to the computer where your sync your phone to and open itunes and then go to edit in the tool bar then preferences then device preferences then devices.. hover the mouse pointer over your device name in the back up lists that appear there and it shows the IMEI

    You need to provide some more information. Have you subscribed to the creative cloud? Or did you purchase a standalone license? It really makes a difference. Please clarify. Also, what OS are you using?

    Did you pass code locked it? If Find My iPhone is configured, you can do a remote wipe. Any way, go to the police and make a report, change your password in iTunes Store, really sorry, that's not much you could do. Is it authorize? If so you can deauthorize in iTunes when you select iTunes Sore under STORE (left panel) and click your Apple ID (top right)

    You can use a download instead of the disk and license with your serial. The link can be found here: Other downloads select CS5, the program you use to have on disk. Please change the language of the page so you will get the correct language. Serials are limited to the language and the program so please be carefully selecting the correct suite or single program.     iOS devices cannnot be tracked or located with just the serial number. Unless you shared your Apple ID and password with anyone, then your account cannot be accessed at the iTunes Store.

    As far as I know there is no download available for older Standard versions.

    http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html Assuming you wanted an individual version and not a volume license or such, this should do it. It also is the full version, not an upgrade. Please back it up to a CD and/or a backup HD. Don't expect it to always be available.

  • Lightroom is in trial mode, but I have purchased a subscription.

    Creative Cloud (oh why oh why do they have this???) says I am in trial mode.  When I log onto the web account, it shows that a subscription has been purchased.  Lightroom wont work properly as it says it is in trial mode. Any help?  That is in simple english and doesnt involve 40 steps, especially when it is not due to my incompetence!!!

    If you did not activate Find my iPhone then you've truly lost it. Unless, of course, you or someone else finds it? There is no way using the serial number and before you ask the IMEI number.

    if you follow all 7 steps, you can download a trial via one of the links on this page using a browser that accepts cookies:  http://prodesigntools.com/all-adobe-cs5-direct-download-links.html
    and activate with your serial number.
    if you have a download problem, you didn't follow all 7 steps.  typically, failure to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 is the problem, but your browser must also allow cookies so that's (a restrictive browser setting) another potential source of problems.
