  • Creative Cloud Photography Plan only works in Trial Mode?

    Hello everyone,
    I bought Creative Cloud Photography Plan for a year and paid for it. I use a mac so i downloaded Creative Cloud app for Mac.
    Donwloaded Photoshop CC and Lightrom 5 (Which are included in Creative Cloud Photography Plan) but i can only run them in trial mode.
    Don't Creative Cloud Photography Plan include to rights to use this programs or do i have to buy licences for them anyway?
    Because i didn't think that i am going to need the licenses, i thought that just the Creative Cloud Photography Plan is enough to use them.
    Does anybody know anything about that?

  • Firefox won't open normally. Only opens in safe mode. Help?

    I was just surfing and listening to spotify (separate app) on Windows 8 and all of a sudden all of my applications that i had open froze. i turned off the computer and turned it back on and everything worked normal except for firefox. it just kept giving me the crash reporter. the report id is Crash ID: bp-0ea35c7a-76c2-4f0e-bffb-c73342140920
    I can only open it in safe mode. What can I do?

    If you are running Kaspersky, check for updates for that application and any Firefox add-ons that Kaspersky installed.

  • Cant open the programs, they only will accept trial mode, and cant lockind the creative cloud

    I have a windows computer with adobe CC6.
    Now I can not open any of the programs, without asking for my code. - It does not help, proposing instead a trial version.
    I can not install again. When I do not get something out of the Creative Cloud (and I cant lokin) where I need to download from. Please help!

    be careful with (de)installing aso. by (de)installing by your own resources. As much as I regret it and as strange as it may seem I fear it's a challenge for Adobe's Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
    Sometimes - for whatever reasons - CC doesn't "want" to work. In this case you should CC completely delete and reinstall by help of Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. (A try to uninstall by own resources is not enough!)

The tool removes installation records for prerelease installations of Creative Cloud or Creative Suite applications.     Sometimes the "opm.db file" is the culprit. In this case you should delete it.

  • Paid subscription, but opens in trial mode (expired)

    My Premiere Pro CC 2014 has finished its trial and I have already payed for the creative Cloud in order to get the Premiere Pro CC 2014 and Creative Cloud only let me download Premiere Pro CS6. Why??? Can the newest CS6 version open CC' files?? What can I do? Help me please, I MUST finish an important project.

    If you have a downloaded version of Premiere Pro CC 2014 already running on the computer then it would automatically be licensed.
    In Case you already uninstalled the application then try signing out of the Creative Cloud application and then sign back in you might be able to see Premiere Pro CC 2014 on the computer.
    Please provide us with the exact version of your Operating System as well.

  • Firefox will only open in safe-mode?

    Hello community,
    I've been having this weird problem lately... Well as I try to open Firefox an error window shows up saying that Firefox chrashed and that it has to be restarted, as soon as I restart Firefox, the message shows again, and only after few tries I'm allowed to start Firefox in safe mode by clicking on a button showing up on another error window.
    I already have tried to:
    -Disinstall and reinstall Firefox
    -Disabling all plugins (won't allow me to manage extensions in safe-mode tough)
    -Deleting the *-journal files
    Any ideas? :'(
    P.s.: I'm running Firefox 20.0 on Windows 7, the problem showed up really unexpectedly, didn't install anything new

  • Acrobat Xi Pro Opens in trial mode 32767 days of trial left

    Hello,
    I am a long time user of Acrobat XI Pro. I purchased it on a disk from a bona fide software shop. It has worked perfectly for many months and now upon opening a PDF it is coming up with an error message saying that I have 32767 days remaining or the trial (which is bizarre), to continue using I'm to pay £17.58 per month. There is a 'Start Trial' and 'License This Software' button, I have not pressed either.
    This is a fully licenced product that I have so there should be no extra payment required.
    This is not the cloud version.

    Firefox won't open but is listed on Task Manager as running. It must be closed from there in order to run in Safe Mode. I tried running it in XP emulator with the same result

    After updating to 10.4 iTunes wouldn't open, then I reinstalled it, it still didn't work.
    Then I opened it in compatibility mode for Windows XP (SP2) and it worked, but it ****** up my Windows 7 color scheme.

    When your iPod is connected try going to Edit>Preferences>iPod and enable it for disk use this may eliminate the need to manually put it into disk mode. Failing that try restoring your iPod, this will erase the hard drive, reload the software and put it back to default settings.: Restoring iPod to Factory Settings
    Just to note, if the iPod is enabled for disk use then you will need to manually eject each time before the Do Not Disconnect will go away: Safely Disconnect IPod

    I've just purchased Dreamweaver CC. When I launch it Adobe App Manager asks me to either run as trial or license the software. When I try to license the software I log into my adobe account, then the app manager asks me for my serial number. Since I purchased this as a subscription I don't have a serial number.     1.     Please login to https://creative.adobe.com using your Adobe Id and Password and click on the My Account, if it is is showing 20 GB that means the creative cloud is active.
    2.     After that check this link http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/ccm-prompt-serial-number.html and if everything is alright then donwload Adobe Creative Cloud via https://creative.adobe.com/apps
    3.     Still no success then in windows 7 navigate to following location:
      /windows/system32/drivers/etc
    1. look out for "Hosts" file
    2. Open it with notepad
    3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
    4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CS6
    On Windows XP navigate to following location:
    \windows\system32\drivers\etc
    1. look out for "Hosts" file
    2. Open it with notepad
    3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
    4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CS6
    Mac:
    1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
    2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
    3. Remove the entries and save the file

  • Pages stuck in trial mode when opening file...

    I purchased Pages through the app store after using it as a trial.
    When I open Pages directly and then load a file everything works fine. However, if I open Pages by clicking on a file it opens in trial mode and I cannot save as it tells me it is expired.
    I only see one reference to Pages under my applications and it works fine. If I change the program that opens files, there is only one listing for Pages and selecting it does not change the problem.
    Does anyone know why when opening a file I get stuck in trial mode? Is there another instance of Pages installed somewhere?
    I'm fairly new to Mac, so it's possible I overlooked something. Thanks.

    Even experienced users miss this one. You now need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each user.
    Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

  • CC photoshop opening in trial?

    Hi, have purchased the Photography Package which includes CC Photoshop and Lightroom 5. Have downloaded the creative cloud hub thing fine and have installed Lightroom and Photoshop from it. Lightroom opened just fine and ran me through the registration process and now works just fine. Photoshop opens in trial mode though - as if it wasn't already purchased - telling me I have 30 days left of my trial.
    I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning off and on, searching for updates etc.
    Any ideas anyone?
