Is Lightroom only available as part of a cloud subscription service or can you buy the program on its own?

Nope, but that's how Disney wants it. Probably they think they make more money getting you to buy a physical copy rather than the digital download. Since it was just released, they figure people will want to buy it right away and will be willing to pay the higher price.

I spent a whole day trying to get my hands on Captivate 7! I finally got it at a decent price from buy.com (Rakuten.com), which is an authorized Adobe Reseller. The product was fulfilled by a third party but it is genuine and I am very happy with the purchase. Hope this helps!

Has any Coldplay fan lost purchased content within iTunes, I have recently noticed my Coldplay Live 2012 purchased on iTunes is gone from my iCloud library and no longer available for purchase ! A bit strange considering there new album just went on sale

Recently I have noticed my iTune purchased concert movies after being put back in the cloud are currently missing.
I have never had purchased content from iTunes vanish from my iCloud library and also not be available for purchase on iTunes.
When I had Apple personnel attempt to push the content back to me, they could not find Coldplay's Live 2012.
Even more strange considering their new album just went on sale and renewed interest must be prompting fans to review their collections.
A beautifully shot concert film is missing, a sad situation to be sure!

I work with an Inventory module software and is responsible for software detection across several computers. Once an updated version comes up, I update our database with latest software details to get it detected if installed on any machines.
The problem tracking updates with Desktop Creative Cloud Software are;
1)We have to have it installed with the CC applications in-order to get the notification of the latest updates and have to check everyday.
2)Only relates to the latest updates, so in-between we may miss a prior update unknowingly.Hence, the remote machines having those updates may not get detected with the software version update which would create problem in reporting.
3)For all CC products, there is no base or previous updates available for installation if we miss one.
I went through the Adobe Products Update pages [Product updates] which holds good when it comes to Acrobat and Reader software which I follow to track down any newer updates but this is inconsistent when it comes to CC products like in After Effects CC, Dreamweaver CC etc...
So overall to be very specific, is there any one channel I can follow to get the notifications only for the updates on CC products and then may be I can rely on Desktop Creative Cloud for installation if not available anywhere like in product update pages of Adobe ?

10.0.8 is no longer available, except in the trial version. The current sale version is 10.0.9. Apple has never sold older versions of their software, only the current version. That's not going to change in the near future.

Can I Contact Someone to Ask about Wanting a Song Available for Purchase?

I love supporting artists I love by purchasing CDs and songs from iTunes. I want the song "Let it Rain" by Epik High on their CD Swan Songs, but iTunes doesn't have it listed. Would Apple support or a representative be available to contact in order to request having this CD and the songs available for purchase? To have the physical CD imported would cost a lot of money, so I'm curious.

Whether or not Apple can get the rights to that song will depend entirely on the artist and record company. They may well not have any representation outside of South Korea. But you can make the suggestion.
