Lightroom freezes when I enter WEB mode

Hi, I have another question. I find that Lightroom freezes when I enter WEB mode and try to build a web presentation using this feature. I'm currently running XP as my operating system, 4 gb RAM, with an AMD DualCore 4600+ processor.

How do you go to the Web Module? Do you go from the grid with all your images, potentially hundreds to thousands of images or do you first make a Collection of you chosen images, More likely to be tens to maybe couple hundred of images.
If the former, LR maybe hanking on the renderign of so many images to what ever initial template Web is set for.
Best to do a selection of images to a Collection First. What happens if you go to Web with a Collecion of say, 50 images?

Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.
(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)
* On Windows you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
* On Mac you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the option key while starting Firefox.
* On Linux you can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by quitting Firefox and then going to your Terminal and running: firefox -safe-mode (you may need to specify the Firefox installation path e.g. /usr/lib/firefox)
* Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.
Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the [[Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems]]
To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

Keyboard freeze when texting in landscape mode

I'm finding that my keyboard may freeze when texting in landscape mode. If I turn the phone upright, I can resume texting. If I type a few words and return to landscape mode, everything seems to work fine. This does not happen all of the time when texting in landscape mode...only on occasion. I have not had any other issues using the landscape keyboard in another application. Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions? Using the iPhone 6 with iOS 8.

Yep this is an ios8 issue. Never had it with ios7 or previous.
This his is the most buggy iOS to date.
Come on, Apple. Fix this.

This is usually an indication that your headphones are not plugged ALL the way in. The white part of the headset should be flush with the body of the Nano and no silver from the headphone plug should still be seen.

Also take a look into your event manager/viewer.
You´ll find it under start-->control panel>administration

Helix freezes when resuming from sleep mode

Every time I close the lid, the Helix enters sleep mode. Then, when I reopen it and enter my password, the computer freezes, most often taking me to the Photos app. In order to resume work, I have to use the Power button to shut down and restart. Very frustrating -- can't even walk across the room with the lid closed without having to restart, often losing whatever I was working on. Any ideas?

1) Update your bios and update the Intel Management Engine firmware to the latest. Below is the link to enter the downloads page and download latest application accordingly, please click on "Select Product" then in "QUICK PATH" enter the MTM no. select the exact model.

2) if issues still persist, please check the installed RAMS or he secondary RAM installed as in some cases it has been found cause the interruptions. If the system is shipped with dual memory try running with only one RAM first to check if problem still persist.
3) If both of the above fails please contact nearby Authorized Lenovo service support teams, they will able to advise according on the next course of action.

Lightroom freezes when exporting catalog

Hello, I have lightroom 5.7, I use an iMac OSX 10.9.5. When I export my entire collection 40,000.00 images and catalog to another external hard drive, lightroom freezes in mid session. Last night I updated to OS X 10.10.1 Thank you!

I believe DdeGannes suggested permission on the Destination folder (not the source folder). Performing a copy requires only Read&Write permission on the destination folder, not the source folder. You need to go into your operating system and change the permissions to Read&Write on the destination folder. (If you don't know how to do that, go to your favorite search engine and type in Change Permissions Mac)

E-600 freezes when using the web

My Nokia E-600 freezes when I use the web, any website not a certain one. It's already up to date. I have tried to restore factory settings which worked fine for about a week or so and then back to where we started. Any suggestions?

IPhone 4S Problem - When I enter Camera Mode, feint purple lines begin converging into my photo and LED won't turn on, only during videos! Please Help?

I am in need of dire assistance! Bought a new iPhone 4S 64GB Black through my Carrier, Optus in Australia.
Everything seems to be working perfectly, besides my camera. When i enter it, a feint purple begins to appear with my photos, and the LED flashlight wont appear when i take photos with front camera, it will only turn on when i activate an LED flashlight app and when i turn on flash when i record videos!
Does anyone else have this issue? If so, can someone tell me if its a hardware issue and needs to be replaced, or it can be updated and fixed with a software update?

I believe your only option is making an appointment at an Apple store if there is one nearby where it can be determined if your iPhone can be restored with iTunes there.
If not, more than likely there is a hardware problem with no way to know what the problem is without being diagnostically tested.
Apple doesn't offer a menu of repair services for the iPhone except for replacing the battery for an iPhone that is no longer under warranty. Apple offers an out of warranty or not covered under the warranty "repair" price, which pays for an exchange at a discounted price off the full retail sales price ($199 plus tax) which doesn't require signing a new two year contract with AT&T.

Web pages keep repeatedly freezing when I enter my name

I am now on my second iPhone 6 running IOS 8.2 and am experiencing the same issue-namely that on web pages when I try and type in my name (Zoe), the web page (and Safari) freeze as soon as I type the second letter. I updated to IOS 8.2 on my iPad mini today and had the same thing happen. Help!

Lightroom 4.3 Stopping processes when Mac enters sleep mode

I have been finding that when i have a process running that requires some time to complete in LR 4.3 (e.g creating timelapses, or exporting large sets of images, or creating many 1:1 previews), that if my mac goes to sleep these processes stop.
When I wake my Mac again these processes start up again though.
After a little reading I seem to have found that the latest mountain lion upgrade has removed a macs ability to check hard drive activity before going totaly to sleep. So previously the screen will be sleeping but processes can run in the background.
If what I have read is accurate this is also true for downloads and other processes.
Furthermore they go on to say that applications now have to create "power assertions" to keep processes running.
I assume Lightroom does not yet have these? Are they looking into it?
Can anyone please shed some light on this, or some work arounds available.
Some people havce mentioned the Caffene app, but would perfer a better solution.

Macbookpro freezes when i enter password at login screen

Over the weekend I had an issue with Security Update 003 and Adobe Version Cue CS2. That got resolved and I no longer had any startup issues, but now I have them again, only they are a little different. My computer froze while converting a Photoshop file to PDF so I resarted then got to the login screen and as soon as i begun typin my password the computer froze. if i am very quick i can enter the password, but then it freezes on the logging in screen with the progress bar (not the starting mac os X one, i get past that). i can use safe mode, but i really need access back to full mode. I have removed all startup items so it is not that. also, my computer doesnt pick up airport any more, since the crash today. so i cant use the internet in safe mode. it says my airport status is "No AirPort Hardware Found". I was using it literally seconds before the computer froze during the conversion to PDF?

Video freezes when switching from window mode to full screen mode

I have seen repeatedly that when I play a video (downloaded via iTunesU) and try to switch to the fullscreen view, the video freezes at the frame I hit "fullscreen" on. The audio, and the file, however, continue to play but the video is frozen. To fix this, I have to keep hitting Pause/Play for the video to resume. It also happens when I go back to windowed mode.
Any solutions?

Same problem, as soon as I 'upgraded' to 9.03.15. At first I thought it was only a problem with older videos, but as I checked out videos, even a recently downloaded TV show exhibits the problem. Some videos, however, work fine? If I play around with a problem video until I get a green screen I can get it to work.

Jdeveloper 3.1 freezing when moving to design mode

I have created a Panel with the Business component data forms wizard. I have chosen a table and have completed the wizards steps.
When I go to view the generated class (Panel) in design mode jdeveloper freezes.

2. Both ways produce the same result when trying to move to the design mode.
3. No output to log - JDeveloper freezes
4. Only 7.3.4 (tested against two instances)
Note: This maybe of great help. When I was reviewing the entity object (the table which on the panel) I select the Validation tab and JDeveloper was frozen.
I reviewed the documentation and found this information.
"Business Components for Java provides a framework for defining, implementing, and executing validation logic in middle-tier components." Is JDeveloper looking for something to do with this validation tab which is causing it to appear frozen?
I would like to resolve this problem as soon as I can. I would like to explore JDevelopers functions instead of having to code all GUI elements by hand.
