Hello until my Windows PC was broken, I used there lightroom 5. Now, the new one is a Mac. But I can't use it, because the serial number does not work. What can I do? (Sorry for my bad english...)

There was no new serial needed to update from Logic 9 to 9.1.7
If your Logic 9 was an upgrade from Logic 8 it may be asking you for your original Logic 8 Full serial first and then your Logic 9 Upgrade serial...
Otherwise, it's best to call Apple directly and get them to help you...

no, you don't need to remove lr from your pc. you are allowed up to two concurrent installations of adobe software.

At the end of a 30-day LR trial period, LR should give you a choice to enter a serial number or purchase. What happens if you enter your serial number?
Where did you purchase the original LR4 serial number from, Adobe, a physical store location, or the internet site not Adobe?

Run the Creative Suite Cleaner Tool and reinstall everything. Also refer to this:

Your Illu is still tied to your un out trial and you need to delete the locked license file so it will correctly run with the suite serial.

Did you just purchase Premiere Elements 12 - online download or installation disc?
Was the program ever installed by you a while back and are you trying to reinstall it now?
Are you sure that you are working with the serial number and not a redemption code?

i have the CS5 CD package which i purchased since 3 years but trying to reinstall it after my computer formating my i-mac reject the CD. so i download the CS5 design standard from adobe.com using my Serial number written on the CD box and it doesn't work. please somebody can help me?

CS5.5 serial number doesn't work

4 months ago I installed in my PC the CS5.5
by dialing the serial number of the product I purchased
in the boxes of the splash screen of a trial version.
All the programs of the CS have been installed as purchased products
except for Fireworks (but I didn't find it out until now).
Now I need to use it and I am trying to install it from the trial version
(which I downloaded few months ago but had never launched)
by dialing the CS5.5 serial number I purchased but it doesn’t work.
I dialog says that my serial number is not valid for the product I am trying to install.
What is wrong with the license I purchased?

Hi! About a year ago I bought a used computer with CS5 Master Collection (pretty much the only reason I bought is was because of that program.) The program was newly installed so I registered it to my Adobe ID. Now that computer is about to give up and I would like to install it on my new computer but I can't make it work. When I put in the serial number I get a message telling me that the serial number isn't valid for that product, but that can't be right. CS5 is the only product I've registered and under "My products" on my Adobe ID it says Master Collection, version 5. The only thing I can think about is that it could be a school licence, as I bought it from a school. If so is it still possible to make it work or is it no longer possible since the computer doesn't belong to the school anymore?

Cs4 serial number doesn't work with mavericks

CS4 upgrade from CS2 was installed on a mac running OS 10.9.2, the 30 day trial allowed photoshop to work, however, the serial number from the box does not work. Everything seemed to work properly on the previous computer running 10.8

There is a possibility the box is counterfeit - they do exist.
Beyond that speculation, it's impossible for other users (like myself) to help you with serial number issues - you'll have to call Adobe customer support to resolve such issues.
