Lightroom is telling me that my serial number is invalid and won't let me use the product. I have the correct serial number.
I had to reinstall my computer's operating system and reinstall Lightroom. I input the serial that I pulled off the web at the Adobe site (also verified it w/ the email from Adobe) but it says my serial number is invalid. I have a deadline to delivery some images tomorrow and I can't use the software. Waiting for an answer Adobe and nothing is happening from them. Anything I can do???
Use Google and search for Adobe Lightroom Update downloads. Then go to the Adobe download site and download the most current version of LR version for the serial number you have.
Adobe has made this very hard. They always point you to the Creative Cloud version and you need the Stand alone version.

It appears that some iTunes Match songs appear grayed out when you try to download them to your iTunes library. If you haven't already, be sure to authorize iTunes on your iMac before downloading content from iCloud or the iTunes Store.
These steps can help you download grayed out songs to your iTunes library:
Resolve issues with iTunes Match - Apple Support
Songs containing DRM (Digital Rights Management) might not appear in iCloud, or might appear grayed out. This can occur if your computer is not authorized to play that content. Authorize your computer, then manually update iTunes Match. To find out what Apple ID your computer needs to be authorized with to play a specific song, follow the steps below:
Open iTunes.
Locate and select the song that you want to play in your iTunes library.
From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose File > Get Info.
In the Summary tab, find the Account Name field in the right column. Write it down.
Click OK.
From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose Store > Authorize this Computer.
Type in the account name from the Summary field and enter its password. Click Authorize.
From the menu bar at the top of your computer screen, choose Store > Update iTunes Match.

Did anything happen to the computer? It appears that you are trying to sync to another iTunes library since in that case you can only sync with one iTunes library.

yes, the software is on your Mac but it isnt licenced or owned by you so the digital rights management system Apple employs is blocking the application from being used. Its to stop illegal distribution of downloaded software.
my only suggestion is to phone Apple and see if they can transfer ownership -

Please answer if you can! It's a new ipod, and I would hate to have to throw it away a few days after purchase.You might have voice over enabled. Connect to iTunes and disable voice over under configure universal access.

If you haven't been able to connect to the iTunes Store:
Make sure your date, time, and time zone are correct in Settings > General > Date & Time.

Make sure that your iOS software is up to date by tapping Settings > General > Software Update (iOS 5 or later) or connecting your iOS device to iTunes and clicking Check for Update on your device's Summary page.
Check and verify that you're in range of a Wi-Fi router or base station. If you're on a device with cellular service, make sure that cellular data is turned on from Settings > General > Cellular.
Note: If connected to cellular data, larger items may not download. You may need to connect to Wi-Fi to download apps, videos, and podcasts.
Make sure that you have an active Internet connection. You can check the user guide for your device for help with connecting to the Internet.
Make sure that other devices (portable computers, for example) are able to connect to the Wi-Fi network and access the Internet.
Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.
If the issue persists, try troubleshooting your Wi-Fi networks and connections.

I have an I pad 2 and I down loaded photos from my old lap top onto my I pad the problem is that it won't let me delete them as they were duplicated when transferring and are using up a lot of my memory. Don't know how to sort this.

A website I use frequently claims that I'm already logged in and won't let me in.
After selecting LOG IN and entering my password, I'm bumped back to the log in screen with the notice that I "...am already logged in from another computer" which is not the case. I can use Explorer or Safari and I'm able to log in just fine. My desktop shortcut however uses Mozilla and I would prefer to keep it that way.

When I try to launch the product, it says the Serial Number is valid but a qualifying product couldnt be found on the computer..same error others are reporting, I have been waiting for over 1 month and have not been able to get an anwer .
You purchased the upgrade version and the serial number of the qualifying product is needed to complete the install. If it can not find a qualifying product installed on the machine, it should be asking you for the SN of that product, not the SN of the new install.

For the last month or so my icloud won't back up, it keeps telling me that there is too much storage and I need to delete some data. But I have deleted between 3-400 photos and it is still saying the same, can anyone please help
If they were deleted from your camera roll that should have resulted in a corresponding decrease in the estimated size of your next backup.
If it's still saying that you don't have enough storage to back up, read through this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4847. It provides some suggestions for reducing your iCloud storage, such as deleting unneeded email.
The other area to look at is your text messages. These are included in the backup. If you have lots of photos and videos attached to your messages, that can significantly increase the size of your backup. If that's the case, deleting these may make a big difference. -
