Lightroom License Expired with Photography Subscription?

I recently signed up to the Photography subscription to use Lightroom, however creative cloud says the trail has expired and the only option is to buy even tho its included in the subscription package? The option to uninstall is also unavailable, I did try removing the app through the Mac OS and reinstalled but the same problem persists.

Can I download and use CS5 as part of my photography subscription? I have tried CC and CS6 and both crash very often on my computer and work much slower. For comparison when I tried CS5 it worked perfectly. For now I am most interested in a version that is stable even if it's older, so what are my options? My OS is Windows 7, 32-bit. CC crashes when saving to jpg, when saving psd file bigger than 300MB, when turning on liquify, when file has more layers and many other times, I have already lost hours of work. Generally when CC is starting and when it is saving it lasts twice longer compared to CS5.
Yes I have installed all updates. I also reinstalled CC, changed my graphic card driver, changed PS preferences, but nothing seems to work. I have searched and found that some people have similar problems with this version and most of them wasn't able to fix the problem, same as in the thread I mentioned.
So I am focused now on getting CS5, what are my options with subscription?

Will Edge Reflow be included with Photography subscription?

I currently subscribed to Creative Cloud for photographers. I have been using Photoshop for some web design and started using Edge Reflow. However my concern is that once Edge Reflow is released it will not be available for me to use. I have no intention of upgrading my subscription and I don't want to waste time with a program I won't be able to use long term.
What plans will include the final version of Edge Reflow?

You can delete breakpoint today. You can click the breakpoint pinhead so it's highlighted in blue and hit the delete key or push the "-" (normally the "+" when no breakpoint is selected).
Also, if you long-click (click and hold) the "+" button to get the breakpoint panel, when you mouse over a region you can click the "x" to delete it:

Volume licensing conflicts with creative cloud subscriptions on same adobeID

I have volume licensing for adobe acrobat pro. However, I also have one cancelled Creative Cloud version of Acrobat Pro that was cancelled due to inconvenient billing practices for CC. When I install a new version of Acrobat Pro on a Mac, using the volume license serial number, it installs successfully for a month. Then, out of nowhere, it fails to launch citing an expired creative cloud subscription. I have paid close $5000 for these volume licenses. They should never expire. This only seems to happen on the Macs, the windows versions don't seem to have this issue. So, how can I stop my volume licesened Acrobat Pros from randomly expiring?

Please try steps mentioned below:
Quit Acrobat.
Delete the following folders:
Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore
Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache
And, delete all files from following folder except cache.db
Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD
Then launch Acrobat and try to activate with the serial number and check.

Can I combine photography subscription with another single app subscription?

I'm interested in subscribing to Creative Cloud to use PhotoShop and Illustrator. I'm aware that I could either get 2 single app subscriptions or the complete package, but does anyone know if is it also possible to combine the photography subscription (for PS) with a single app subscription for Illustrator, as this works out a bit cheaper?

CC update: is Lightroom out of Photoshop Photography Program subscription?

After the recent CC update my Lightroom had "detached" from the installed application list and now suggests to "try" it:
When I launch Lightroom it suggests me to download update to 5.5. I looked at my account and see that I have Lightroom registered as a product and Photoshop Photography Program as subscription:
When I was subscribing for the plan in November 2013 Lightroom was part of the subscription, now it is out and the CC application is not even aware that Lightroom is installed on my computer.
Please let me know if the Lightroom is taken away from my CC subscription. If not, how can I return Lightroom into CC manger so that it alone tracks for the updates to all my subscribed CC applications?

How do I get started with the Photography Subscription?

I recently signed up for the Photography subscription (incl. LR5) via telephone. Payment has been cleared. During the order, the operator updated my email address to a new address I now prefer. The order doesn't show up in My Orders, and only a free subscription of Creative Cloud shows up in My Subscriptions. However, I can't sign in with the new email address, which I think is not allowing me to download PS or LR which is what I purchased. How do I get this resolved?

How can I transfer creative cloud photography subscription to another adobe account

My son bought CC Photography subscription for me on my last birthday. He did it on his account and has been making the monthly payments. I would like to take over the subscription on my own Adobe account. That is, I would like to be able to transfer ownership without having to reinstall Lightroom and Photoshop. Any way to do this?

John, thank you for your reply. However, I went to that link and followed out several of the many branches. They all led me to "Forum" as the only contact option (including "Still need help? Contact us"). So apparently Adobe would prefer that I rely on other customers who may have similar experiences. I really would rather start a chat with Adobe support, but so far that does not appear to be an option. Photoshop prompts for serial number after purchasing photography subscription

Hello, recently I got photography subscription. After signing into cloud photoshop asks me for a serial number.
I had a chat with adobe representative who recommended me to contact tech support, he stated that on Adobe side I have no subscription registered (though I have one in my user profile and I have an order id).
On contact page it's been said that support is overloaded, so here I am ...

The My Products may only show things that have been registered, which you cannot do because PS-CC is asking for a serial number, so maybe it is normal that nothing is listed, there, yet.

For mine, I see both a subscription purchase confirmation and a list of the monthly transactions, similar to what is listed in two parts on creative.adobe.com.
If nothing is listed at this www.adobe.com link then there may be a purchase problem due to non-Adobe payment order servicer, and you may find relief with someone like the Beverly that seems to fix people's purchasing/credit-card issues, after they post to this forum; however, your forum-post subject, which mentions serial-number problems, not purchasing problems, suggests a tech-support solution so it may be overlooked by someone like Beverly.
If something is listed for your purchase on www.adobe.com then the issue could be a problem with licensing or the CC Manager app data stored on your local computer, whatever is making PS-CC think it needs a serial number, and probably someone from tech-support needs to connect remotely and hack something to get PS-CC to figure out you are licensed. Usually logging out and back into the CC manager is enough to have the CC Manager rescan and figure things out, but that is usually for cases where a serial-number isn't being asked for and the CC Manager app doesn't see that PS is licensed.
Another thought is that maybe the type of purchase you made via DigitalRiver does have some sort of serial-number associated with it that would be included in some order confirmation correspondence, so check any e-mails or digital-receipts that you received as part of the order process to see if a serial-number is listed.
Finally, where did you get the version of PS-CC that you installed? If it was not from the either a button in the CC-Manager app or an icon on the creative.adobe.com pages then it may be the wrong version and the fix would be to uninstall what you have and download and install the CC-Manager/Creative version, and it might be worth doing this, anyway, even if you do think you installed the right version, in case something didn't quite work in the first install. I don't know if your European location would cause the wrong version to be downloaded.

For anyone else with this question, when you go to creative cloud.com/redeem, when you enter the code for the 12 month prepaid membership purchased from another vendor such as B&H, it automatically extends your current expiration date by 12 months.
