Lightroom Mobile 1.1.0 iOS 8 Crash when sharing to Instagram

I upgraded to iOS 8 just last night. One of the first things I did is try out Lightroom Mobile. It crashes immediately at startup. Is this systemic or possibly localized to myself?

Yes it did show a message about crashing on previous open etc.
So i just tried to replicate this as well and cannot any more. Before I was on iOS 8.0 and am now on 8.0.2 - maybe something changed?

T440P [20AN] - Lync 2013 Crashing When Sharing Desktop - Intel Driver

Hello,
After updating to the latest video drivers from the ThinkVantage Update Retriever, our Lync clients crash when sharing desktop on our T440P series and X240 series. I noticed when I uninstall the video driver I am able to screen share without incident. Also, if I update the driver from Windows Update I am able to share successfully. We use the update retriever and thininstaller to install our drivers in our environment. I have tried uninstalling the Lync updates all the way down to the base version and experience the same issue at every level. It crashes 100% of the time when sharing desktop. I have tested it on T440p machines in our environment that do not have the latest display driver, and no crashes occurred. Here are the specifics:

Just as an updated to this:
I'm still waiting on updated drivers to fix the issue, however, there is a workaround. If you disable Desktop Composition screen sharing will work.
Control Panel -> Performance and Information Tools -> Adjust Visual Effects -> Uncheck “Enable desktop composition

IMovie 10.0 crash when sharing or just idle

My first attempt at using the MBP as advertised on Apple commercials: Putting together a string of iPhone videos.
When sharing iMovie just crashes. Now it just crashes when I launch it.
The top center part of the keyboard becomes really hot and the lines below seem to indicate a GPU driver or hardware problem.
Concerning? Should I get my hardware checked out? This baby is 10 days old.

I still have the same problem, even after the 10.0.1 update.
Should I bring the computer back? Could it be that the gfx card is overheating?

IOS 8 crashes when maps appear.

Ever since I purchased my iPhone 6 in November, I've had apps crash on me whenever a "locating map" appears onscreen. If I browse my Facebook app's newsfeed and see someone has shared their location (where a map showing there location appears) the whole app crashes. It's not just the Facebook app, it crashes whenever a map of locations appears any app (Ex: Find iPhone crashes before the map appears; Starbucks crashes when I look up Starbucks locations near me). The weird thing is that Google maps works fine, but Apple maps crashes. Does anyone have any solutions? I feel like I'm not the only one with this problem.

The problem is solved. Just update to iOS 8.2 and it fixes the problem right away. My phone works perfect...for now lol

IOS 6 crashes when searching on App Store

I had to do the EXACT same thing with my iPod! (I was running out of space because I backed up my iPod too often) And it seems to only crash when I search for YouTube...
They seriously need to fix this...

Elements 12 crash when sharing to Revel

I have recently bought Elements 12 and was trying to upload all my 7000+ photos to Revel when some runtime error message came up that made Elements crash; when I reload Elements 12 it says it cannot access my catalog as it is being used by another programme. Yet I have no other programmes running! Any ideas how to fix please?

What an amazingly simple solution. Thanks for that! You would think that with many people using GB for podcasts, that when you select the podcast template they would either eliminate the need for the tempo selection, or default you to 40bpm. Thanks again!

IMovie 10.0.1 crashing when sharing

Trying to share short 1080p clips (about 1 minute) to youtube using iMovie 10.0.1. The program crashes a few seconds after initiating sharing. Tried a number of times with different clips. Also erased all files in my imovie library, restarted the program, but still crashes when trying to share (also when sharing to a file). MBP retina mid 2012 10.9. Any ideas?

Hello, I have also many problems with IMOVIE 10.0.0.1. At first it crashed for the generation of the film, I had to uninstall IMOVIE, MAVERICKS reinstall the recovery procedure and reinstall IMOVIE. Then it worked. This was the version 10.0.0. With the 10.0.0.1 version, I crashes during editing, I pasé there a few hours, it bothers me a lot. I have a Macbook Pro intel core duo ... The machine seems to lack power, but I feel that this version is very buggy IMOVIE .. Regards.

Crash when Sharing turned on

When sharing is turned on, iPhoto crashes everytime. I run several accounts on my laptop and this occurs with every account and every library. The moment I turn sharing off, the crashes stop. It is important for my workflow that I can share iPhoto.
Sharing works fine in iTunes
Macbook Pro 10.4.8 iPhoto 06 with everything updated

If it is a permissions issue try the following: download and run BatChmod on the iPhoto Library folder with the settings shown here, putting your administartive name in the owner and group sections. You can either type in the path to the folder or just drag the folder into that field.

IOS app crashes when RemoteNotifier subscribes

I am attempting to get push notifications working. I am building my app in FlashBuilder 4.6 using Starling 1.4.1 and AIR 3.9.

My app keeps crashing on the subscribe call. I have tried deploying to both an iPad4 and an iPhone4, both running iOS7. It crashes on both.
My code:

The command that crashes the app is remoteNot.subscribe. I have tried putting that command in an activate event handler, and it still crashes (not right away, but when I minimize the app and then restore it). None of the remoteNot event handlers ever get called.
The app runs fine if I comment out that one line of code.
Anyone have any ideas or tips?

AIR for iOS application crash when deployed as Ad-Hoc package

We have develop Adobe AIR application that uses Starling and Gunk DI.
The applications works great in the simulator and when deploying it to a device from the development environment, we use IntelliJ.
When we package the application as ad-hoc package and deploy it to iPad using TestFlight the application crash, and I mean iOS crash report, without throwing AS3 exception when we try to create any type that is derived from starling.display.Sprite using Gunk CI.
The strange thing is that the AIR app crashes without exception.

Numbers on iOS 7 crashes when switching tabs

About a year ago I created a simple spreadsheet using Numbers on my iPad 2. The first tab has one small sheet on top with a few rows and a second sheet on the bottom. I created a form from the three columns on the second sheet. Every week I make a copy of this spreadsheet for a planning meeting I attend. This morning I tried working with a copy of that spreadsheet. When I switched to the form tab, I had trouble just getting the first field to accept input. Once I get that working, if I switch to the first tab, Numbers crashes.
The crash happens every time. All I have to do is open the spreadsheet, switch to the form tab, tap in the first field, and switch back to the first tab. As soon as I tap the tab, Numbers crashes immediately. This never happened under any previous version of iOS. I use a Logitech bluetooth keyboard for input, but I got the same crash with the keyboard turned off.

I had the same issue. Found that the only way to get it to work was input the data in the form and hit the + button as if to add a a new input then switch to back to first tab and it will not crash

OS X/iOS Maps crash when searching/accessing bookmarks

I've been trying to track this one down for a while now.
Os OS X Maps crashes after a few seconds and it looks like it trying to open the bookmarks:
MSPBookmarkStorageReadFrom
I think that one of the bookmarks has an invalid field and this is causing the Maps app to crash.
Now seeing as the bookmarks are synced with iCloud when I search on iOS the app crashes immediately.
Is there anyway for me to clear all the bookmarks without opening the Maps app?

Copy and Paste this code in the Code field in the "Tools > Error Console" and click the "Evaluate" button to cleanup and compress the places.sqlite database file.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
Also consider deleting and reinstalling the Mail Account in question.

Can anyone Help? My Lightroom 4 will not Export, it just crashes when it tries?

I haven't been able to EXPORT from Adobe's LIGHTROOM 4 in 2 days! I've rebooted the PC at least 4 times, backup the catalog (with over 90,000 photos that took a while lol), closed photoshop and lightroom and then reopened them countless times and it is still not allowing me to export. The files are not missing and it's just stalling when it starts to export and has to close itself down.

I am having this issue as well and it is sporadic. Most of the time, when I export I get the message "Export Results | Some export operations were not performed." The saved error message contents read as follows:
The file could not be written. (1)
M:\Images\To Be Edited Photos\2000_07_26\03946_n_12ahltu3f83891.jpg
I can't delete or even view the newly created file unless I shut down LR4.2.
I've tried written to different drives and confirmed that there is no monitoring of the directories by other software.
I am running Windows 8 but noticed the the original author of this thread is running Windows 7.
