Lightroom not updating main preview with develop changes. Steps taken, please help...

I have CC photographers package with the latest Photoshop and Lightroom (5.7) installed. Starting yesterday when I make changes to the develop sliders the image doesn't change. The filmstrip preview does but the main preview does not. If I switch to a different image and back I can see the changes but I can't edit that way. I purged caches, increased their size, made a new catalog, uninstalled (and left over files) and ran CC cleaner on the registry then rebooted and re installed. I did not uninstall CC or Photoshop. How can I make the slider changes show up in real time again? It isn't that the changes are lagging. I can change a slider and it WILL NOT change the image no matter how long I wait, but if I switch to another photo and back the changes show up immediately. Searching Google yielded only results about smart previews and was not helpful to me. I am not using smart previews and the actual RAW files are on the same machine Thanks everyone!

I don’t know for sure, but if it just started, not when you installed LR 5.7, then something changed on your system. A display-update issue would perhaps be related to video drivers, so did your system’s video drivers get updated, yesterday, or did you install some game that changed something?
About the only thing I can suggest in this regard is to try rolling back your video drivers or installing the latest video drivers from the video-card manufacturer’s site, or if they have a list of older drivers, archived, then try installing the preview version or two back.

Photoshop CC: Save For Web function does not update filesize previews when I change filetypes

I recently tried to save some web banners and wanted to optimize for smallest filesize with best looking output, and as I changed filetypes from Gif to Jpeg to PNG, the preview at the bottom of the window that usually updates with estimated filesize was not changing and the preview image would not change as well. The issue made it impossible to predict the output and required that I actually save in all the variations, then reopen them to see the end result.
My software is up to date.
Not really sure what it can be.
Please help.

Correct, USB local sync was taken away from iphones and ipads with 10.9.1 and 2. We are not allowed to speculate on rumours it might come back in 10.9.3 plus new iTunes. Either wait and see or explore Syncmate 5 beta free trial.

The plugins folder in the Firefox installation folder doesn't exist by default. There is no default plugin in Firefox 4, so that folder would be empty and in thus not included. If you want to use that location then you need to create a plugins folder.
Did you try /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins ?

I created a free Mobile Me account with my iPad and enabled 'Find my iPhone' on it. After that, I went to my 3GS and activated 'Find my iPhone' successfully.
The thing is: nothing works with the 3gs. With the iPad, I can lock it, and send messages to it (I didn't try to erase it, for obvious reasons). I cannot send messages to the 3GS and can't lock it, either.
Both devices with the latest iOS version (4.2.1).
I tried erasing all email accounts, and reseting network configuration. Push enabled.

There is a loop hole. Just register your account using the same steps on any iphone4 ipad or itouch 4th gen FIRST then u'll be able to use your account on your 3gs that allows it to track your iphone...up to a max of 3 diff devices. google the other forums, this was what i read from them.

4 Gig Nano not updating/Cant write to this disk error. Please Help!

Hi. I have a Ipod Nano 4g. (actually my husbands.. but anyway) he will load it to his computer and it starts updating, recognizes it.. everything looks perfect then after about 4 songs sometimes 3 or 8.. but generally within minutes it stops updating and says "cant read or write to this disk" something like that. The restoring didnt help.
Its a desktop computer with XP on it.. any suggestions?

Problem with Tempo change using factory - Please Help!

Im experiencing a problem when I change the tempo of an audio file and want to revert back to its original state. I understand that you can not just undo the process so I try and delete the file from my bin and import the file again. The problem that I am experiencing is that even though the original file is at the original tempo, once imported to my bin the temp changes automaticaly to the one I deleted. Is there something I am doing wrong? any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

you can stretch any audio file already recorded in Logic but there is simple rulethat you must follow:
the Sample must be recorded in Logic at original BPM tempo
you can use Bus routing or bounce...
all resulting files will be vere same as apple loop...
if your file is not recorded in logic just find the correct BPM and after tha, Bounce it!

I was not complete clear.
Since you never changed the settings in the advanced section of iTunes preferecnes, you have to chech that your music is really in the location setted in the folders reported in the advanced section. If not you have 2 ways: reset the position of this folders or in the actual disk organisation or in the pointing on the preferences.
If you press the reset button you just give to itunes its default setting as for the position of the music files: probably this will be a good choice if you have never changed any default preference.
But before I would check the folders and see if the songs are really there

I believe from the situation you describe your iPhone 3g has the iPAD baseband 6.15.00 which is interfering with iTunes. Remember Apple does not allow downgrade of software typically. The current 3g firmware 4.2.1 has a baseband 5.15.04 which is lower than, what I believe your baseband is of 6.15.00. So to install the current 3g firmware 4.2.1 would actually be a baseband downgrade, which iTunes will not allow. So to fix your iPhone you will have to search the Web like diesel vdub said. There are no parts to buy and your iPhone will work again I promise.
