Je possède lightroom 5 activé sur mon PC sous Windows
Je veux réaliser une seconde activation sur mon portable macbook air
lorsque j utilise le numéro de série présent dans mon compte cela ne fonctionne pas
j'ai désinstallé lightroom de mon ancien portable donc je ne possède qu une copie du logiciel

Installation du logiciel LR sur mon deuxième ordinateur.

Acheteur d’un Leica M9, j’ai installé LR4 sur mon ordinateur principal dès l’acquisition du matériel. Je souhaite installer cette version sur mon deuxième ordinateur, Mac Book 13". L’installation est refusée systématiquement. J’essaye LR3. L’installation réussit, mais voulant ouvrir le logiciel, je suis renvoyé à la fenêtre Acheter le produit ou Version d’évaluation du produit… Je ne comprends pas !

Creative Cloud sur deux ordinateurs

Bonjour à la communauté ,
J'ai un ordinateur défaillant (à mon domicile) sur lequel, j'ai installé quelques logiciels issu de mon adhésion à Creative Cloud (photoshop, dreamweaver, lightroom), il va donc partir au SAV pour quelques semaines.
Est-ce possible d'installer ces mêmes logiciels à partir de mon abonnement Creative Cloud sur un deuxième ordinateur situé à mon domicile également ?
Y à t'il des manipulations à faire sur le premier ordinateur défaillant au niveau des logiciels (activation, désactivation ou autre) ?

Vous pouvez installer sans problème les programmes en utilisant le même abonnement sur 2 ordinateurs différents (même sur un mac et un pc ou l'un en anglais et l'autre en français par exemple).
Pas besoin de manipulations particulières.
Si par contre vous n'envisagez plus d'utiliser la Suite sur votre premier ordinateur, il serait judicieux de la désactiver.
Vous pouvez faire cela depuis le menu Aide de l'un des programmes (Aide > Désactiver...)

J'ai un problème: je ne peux pas réactiver photoshop sur mon nouvel ordinateur, car je l'ai déjà activé sur les deux précédents, dont le disque dur a grillé. Comme ces ordinateurs sont à la poubelle, je ne peux pas désactiver photoshop, et du coup Adobe me dit que le numéro de licence a déjà été utilisé deux fois, et que je ne peux pas activer le logiciel sur le nouveau. Que faire?

Est-il possible de travailler les mêmes photos et catalogues sur deux ordinateurs ? Partir en vacances avec un portable, importer des photos et vidéos sur le portable, travailler les documents (vignettes, étiquettes, etc) sur le portable et ensuite tout "décharger" sur un ordi de bureau sans devoir tout refaire (vignettes, étiquettes, etc)

Deux solutions très différentes, en supposant que vous avez la même version d'Elements. (Vous avez droit à deux activations) :
1 - utiliser un disque externe USB pour stocker les images et les catalogues. Il est alors possible de le connecter à tour de rôle à l'un ou l'autre ordinateur en conservant toutes les dernieres mises à jour. Conseil, partez d'une sauvegarde complète depuis le menu de l'organizeur, restaurez sur le disque dur externe dans un dossier maître. Veillez à ce que le disque externe soit reconnu sous la même lettre par vos deux ordinateurs.
2 - Utilisez une sauvegarde complète depuis l'un des ordinateurs, et restaurez la sur l'autre par le menu de l'organiseur. Cette solution convient bien pour une longue période de vacances à l'issue de laquelle vous restaurez la totalité du travail fait pendant les vacances.
N'hésitez pas à demander plus de détails... et pensez à faire des sauvegardes, sur un autre disque dur externe USB de préférence !

ok, si tu as essayé le restore de préférences par la commande au démarrage : Cmd+shift+ctrl+alt et que tu as eu la fenêtre de restaure de tes préférences et que rien n'y fait...
Une soluce à fonctionné pour moi pour recupérer mon indesing cs6 (photoshop et illustration, audio étaient tous en place nickel). Je n'ai pas récupéré mon indesign CC 2014... mais déjà c'est pas mal

1 - sur ton finder tu ouvres une fenêtre ou un dossier / tu va dans le menu du haut “aller“ ou commande + shift+ g et copier coller : ~/library
quand tu y est tu repère le dossier “PRÉFÉRENCES“ PAS UN AUTRE, tu dois avoir "pref panes" juste avant.., là c'est juste préférences.
accèdes aux informations par click droit/lire les infos ou commande “i“ .
2 - sur la nouvelle fenêtre qui c'est ouverte et que vous connaissez bien :
on déverrouille le cadenas en bas à droite. on rentre ses identifiant OSX.
S'il n'y a pas d'admin... clicker sur le petit plus en bas à gauche et rajoutez-le - ULTRA IMPORTANT
mettez tous les 3 : admin, staff et everyone sur lecture et écriture et ensuite tu referme ton cadenas en bas à droite.
3 - tu revient sur ton Finder et ré-ouvre un dossier quelconque / tu va dans le menu du haut “aller“ ou commande + shift+ g et copier coller : ~/library/Application support
tu fais la même que plus haut (2) : déverrouilles, change les permissions, referme ton cadenas
4 - dernière étape :

2 activations sur un abonnement

J'ai un problème avec l'activation de mon abonnement sur un deuxiième ordinateur.
Sur le premier, tout va bien, je peux installer tous les programmes que je souhaite (abonnement pack complet).
Sur mon deuxième ordinateur (portable), je suis bien connecté avec le même identifiant Adobe mais les programmes que je souhaite installer sont en mode "période d'essai".
Je pensais au début que c'était un problème d'affichage dans CreativeCloud mais la période d'essai a maintenant expirée et je ne peux plus ouvrir mes programmes.
Je sais qu'on peut le faire, mes collègues le font et cela fonctionne parfaitement (jusqu'à 2 activations sur le même compte, bien sur).
Est-ce que quelqu'un aurait une idée de ce qui ne va pas ?
Je suis sur Mac, sous Yosemite (iMac et MacBook).

Maybe the problem is not your MB Air......
Try these:
Make sure bluetooth is turned off if you're not using it.
Set your screen brightness to 4 bars.
See what's loading in your login items. Delete the ones you don't need.
Open Activity Monitor - under All Processes see what's using most of your CPU's resources.
Highlight the ones with the highest %CPU and hit quit process.
Remember that when Apple says that your battery should last 7 hours, they tested it just browsing the web and not have anything open in the background and screen is set at 50% brightness.

Je suis actuellement en stage et utilise labview.
J'ai deja créé un vi me permettant d'ouvrir une application (CANoe) sur le même ordinateur à partir de labview, en utilisant Automation Open.
Je cherche maintenant à faire de même, mais avec le vi labview sur un ordinateur, et l'application sur un autre ordinateur.(je les ai connecté en wifi pour l'instant). quand je mets l'adresse IP voulue sur l'entrée "machine name" de Automation Open, cela n'a pas l'air de fonctionner.
D'après ce que j'ai pu comprendre cela pourrait venir des paramètres DCOM, mais je n'arrive apparemment pas à les configurer de la bonne manière.
Quelqu'un pourrait il me fournir des précisions sur la démarche à suivre?

How can Apple tell that the liquid damage in my mac air was made by me?

Apple said my five months Mac Air has liquid damage inside and I need to pay more than $400.
I totally cannot accept it.

I can see corrosion, but how can Apple tell this damage was made by me?
Actually I can easily approve this was definitely not made by me because of this part's location.

All of above picture can easily approve I　cannot put water inside to damage this part without damaging other parts.
1. if water from keyboard, water will definitely pass by other places and damage other parts.

I believe that my case was just Hastily delt by one junior staff and later the manager just tried to cover his staff's mistake.

One of my friend told me normally there are several paper inside laptop and they will change the color if touching the water.
So people can tell the laptop was poured in water if several paper change the color togother.

Nor did the white corrosive agent present exist at the point of sale.

I see also 2 contact points with DEEP corrosion pitting not indicative of any defect from the factory.

1. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It changes nothing, for better or worse, and therefore will not, in itself, solve the problem. But with the aid of the test results, the solution may take a few minutes, instead of hours or days.
Don't be put off by the complexity of these instructions. The process is much less complicated than the description. You do harder tasks with the computer all the time.
2. If you don't already have a current backup, back up all data before doing anything else. The backup is necessary on general principle, not because of anything in the test procedure. Backup is always a must, and when you're having any kind of trouble with the computer, you may be at higher than usual risk of losing data, whether you follow these instructions or not.
There are ways to back up a computer that isn't fully functional. Ask if you need guidance.
3. Below are instructions to run a UNIX shell script, a type of program. As I wrote above, it changes nothing. It doesn't send or receive any data on the network. All it does is to generate a human-readable report on the state of the computer. That report goes nowhere unless you choose to share it. If you prefer, you can act on it yourself without disclosing the contents to me or anyone else.
You should be wondering whether you can believe me, and whether it's safe to run a program at the behest of a stranger. In general, no, it's not safe and I don't encourage it.
In this case, however, there are a couple of ways for you to decide whether the program is safe without having to trust me. First, you can read it. Unlike an application that you download and click to run, it's transparent, so anyone with the necessary skill can verify what it does.

Copy the selected text to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C.
8. Launch the built-in Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Terminal in the icon grid.
Click anywhere in the Terminal window and paste by pressing command-V. The text you pasted should vanish immediately. If it doesn't, press the return key.
9. If you see an error message in the Terminal window such as "Syntax error" or "Event not found," enter
exec bash
and press return. Then paste the script again.
10. If you're logged in as an administrator, you'll be prompted for your login password. Nothing will be displayed when you type it. You will not see the usual dots in place of typed characters. Make sure caps lock is off. Type carefully and then press return. You may get a one-time warning to be careful. If you make three failed attempts to enter the password, the test will run anyway, but it will produce less information. In most cases, the difference is not important. If you don't know the password, or if you prefer not to enter it, press the key combination control-C or just press return three times at the password prompt. Again, the script will still run.
If you're not logged in as an administrator, you won't be prompted for a password. The test will still run. It just won't do anything that requires administrator privileges.
11. The test may take a few minutes to run, depending on how many files you have and the speed of the computer. A computer that's abnormally slow may take longer to run the test. While it's running, there will be nothing in the Terminal window and no indication of progress. Wait for the line
[Process completed]
to appear. If you don't see it within half an hour or so, the test probably won't complete in a reasonable time. In that case, close the Terminal window and report what happened. No harm will be done.
12. When the test is complete, quit Terminal. The results will have been copied to the Clipboard automatically. They are not shown in the Terminal window. Please don't copy anything from there. All you have to do is start a reply to this comment and then paste by pressing command-V again.
At the top of the results, there will be a line that begins with the words "Start time." If you don't see that, but instead see a mass of gibberish, you didn't wait for the "Process completed" message to appear in the Terminal window. Please wait for it and try again.
If any private information, such as your name or email address, appears in the results, anonymize it before posting. Usually that won't be necessary.
13. When you post the results, you might see an error message on the web page: "You have included content in your post that is not permitted," or "You are not authorized to post." That's a bug in the forum software. Please post the test results on Pastebin, then post a link here to the page you created.

Mac Air takes a very long time when manually putting to sleep

I put my Mac Air in sleep mode from the apple icon after Im dont using it but sometimes takes a very long time to shut down. Then Im not sure if sometimes it goes into sleep mode by itself first. My mac notebook as soon as you hit sleep it shut down instantly. Anyone else have this problem?

Why does sound not work on my Mac Air?

Why does sound not work on my Mac Air --all setting seem okay. OSX 10.9.2 operating systyem.

Open System Preferences > Sound > Output
Make sure the coorect output devices is selected and the Mute button is not checked.
