Limit on copying to other computers reached from reloading, can I get more?

I reload my computer quite often, and just recently did some messing around with Vista, so I had several reloads of the OS.
The last time I reloaded everything it said I had used up my 5 "computers" I can install on. I only keep my itunes library on my main machine and my desktop.
Is there a way I can reset that?

Your purchases can be authorized on only five computers at a time so it is very important to deauthorize a computer before you reinstall the operating system or make any other major changes to the system or else one computer will use up multiple authorizations.
As it explains at the bottom of the Apple Knowledge Base article I linked to above, once a year - and only once a year - you have the option of deauthorizing all the computers associated with an iTunes Account and starting over again.

Nothing is going to stop you from dragging it in multiple times, but what exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to get iTunes to look through the folder and pick up newly added song files?

Turn Off your computer. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your computer. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

1. Don't confuse "Apple ID" with iTunes Account ID. You can have many Apple IDs but only one iTunes account active at a time.
2. If you "changed" your iTunes account ID, you actually have 2 accounts - one under the old name plus the new name.
3. You can't merge the accounts - they remain separate. Apps purcahsed under the old account name will update ONLY WHEN THE PHONE IS SIGNED IN TO THE OLD ACCOUNT NAME and visa versa.
4. Likewise, you can sync only the apps, music, media purchased under the account the phone AND iTunes are signed in to.

The iPhone warranty is only valid in the original country of purchase. You would need to ship the phone to someone you know in Singapore. This would be at your expense. Your other option is to look for a local 3rd party repair shop but this will void your remaining warranty.

Verify that you have a cellular or Wi-Fi network connection. This allows the Assisted GPS (A-GPS) on the device to locate visible GPS satellites faster, in addition to providing initial location information using the Wi-Fi or cellular networks.

Maintain a clear view of the horizon in several directions. Keep in mind that walls, vehicle roofs, tall buildings, mountains, and other obstructions can block line of sight to GPS satellites. Format your stick with MS-DOS (FAT32) format. I use camera CF cards as memory stick and a good practice is to regularly format them: it deals with defragmentation effectively.
JPG is a standard, regardless of which application writes it and is readable by all applications supporting JPG.
Make sure you properly eject your usb stick when you take the it out of the usb port: it makes sure the OS closes all open files.

The Mac desktop computer in our house is connected to wifi but you can't browse the internet. Other computers in our house are connected to wifi and are browsing without any issues.

Go step by step and test.
1.Power Cycle
   Power off the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
   Plug it back to the wall. Power the router on. Wait until all the lights are lit properly.
   It will take a while.
Restart the computer.
Start up in Safe Mode.
